About the author

Tillie Cole

59 books25.9k followers
Amazon & USA Today Best Selling Author, Tillie Cole, is a Northern girl through and through. She originates from a place called Teesside on that little but awesomely sunny (okay I exaggerate) Isle called Great Britain. She was brought up surrounded by her English rose mother -- a farmer's daughter, her crazy Scottish father, a savagely sarcastic sister and a multitude of rescue animals and horses.
Being a scary blend of Scottish and English, Tillie embraces both cultures; her English heritage through her love of HP sauce and freshly made Yorkshire Puddings, and her Scottish which is mostly demonstrated by her frighteningly foul-mouthed episodes of pure rage and her much loved dirty jokes.

Having been born and raised as a Teesside Smoggie, Tillie, at age nineteen, moved forty miles north to the 'Toon', Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, where she attended Newcastle University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts honours degree in Religious Studies. She returned two years later to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Teaching High School Social Studies. Tillie, regards Newcastle to be a home from home and enjoyed the Newcastle Geordie way of life for seven 'proper mint' and 'lush' years.

One summers day, after finishing reading her thousandth book on her much loved and treasured Kindle, Tillie turned to her husband and declared, "D'you know, I have a great idea for a story. I could write a book." Several months later, after repeating the same tired line at the close of another completed story, she was scolded by her husband to shut up talking about writing a novel and "just bloody do it!" For the first time in eleven years, Tillie actually took his advice (he is still trying to get over the shock) and immediately set off on a crazy journey, delving deep into her fertile imagination.

Tillie, ever since, has written from the heart. She combines her passion for anything camp and glittery with her love of humour and dark brooding men (most often muscled and tattooed – they’re her weakness!). She also has a serious side (believe it or not!) and loves to immerse herself in the complex study of World Religions, History and Cultural Studies and creates fantasy stories that enable her to thread serious issues and topics into her writing -- yep, there's more to this girl than profanity and sparkles!

After six years of teaching high school Social Studies and following her Professional Rugby Player husband around Europe, they have finally given up their nomadic way of life and settled in Calgary, Alberta where Tillie spends most of her days (and many a late night) lost in a writing euphoria or pursuing a dazzling career as a barrel-racing, tasselled-chap wearing, Stetson-sporting cowgirl... Ye-haw!

Once again, I find myself in the minority opinion on a buzz book.

Last chance...

description

Okay, I think we've scrolled this shit far enough down the page to avoid some twisted panties, don't you?

So let's do this.

This was one of those highly anticipated books that I - and a lot of you, I'm sure - felt wary about.

And not because of the "too high expectations" issue, but because of "the shit that hath occureth in former booketh" issue.

description

AKA...

This book is about our former nemesis-homie who kidnapped former MC lady-homie.

Then betrayed ALL the homies.

And then ordered the punishment and gang rape of another former MC lady-homie.

description

....Or did he...

Yeah...

description

Exactly.

We'll get back to that later...

First...this review.

As I said above, this was a hugely anticipated book and, overall, I did like it.

However, I gotta be honest and say that there were just a few too many...issues here that prevented me really liking and loving it.

As a result, this is one of those not so rare occasions when I am somewhat at a loss regarding what I actually think or want to say.

Alas...never fear.

I'm sure some bullshit deeply profound and moving commentary will sally forth once I commence tapping this out.

description

So - as always - when faced with this conundrum, I shall lay this out numbered style.

Now, for all those who think I'm "mean" in my sub-four star reviews - which is your right - and/or those who prefer to "overlook" certain issues and "rise above" all sanctimony-style, that's great.

You can stop here if you want.

Or just you can just remember that everything I say is tongue in cheek and comes from a place of appreciation and humor.

Either way...

description

So let's get started.

Issue #1: "Rider's...Redemption...?"

Yup, that's a question mark up there ^^^ after redemption.

Because let's address the main thing we all wanted to know when it came to tackling this book:

How was Cole was going to redeem Rider/Cain in the eyes of her readers, being that he, you know, did some pretty heinous shit?

Answer:

description

That's right Alex, we'll take "Tap Dance" for $800.

AKA

The "I don't know nothing about nothing" defense...

Or as I like to call it, the "Oh, I'm sorry, Officer. I was sleeping. I didn't know Jimmy was gonna knock over that liquor store. And FYI, these aren't my pants. Oh, shoot, there is heroin in the pocket of these pants that I'm wearing that aren't mine?"

description

Now I knew that this was going to be a hard corner for Cole to get Rider out of, I guess I just expected something different.

Regardless, I was willing to overlook this for the sake of the story and because I really wanted to like Rider.

However, the title could legit could have been less "Deep Redemption" and more "Shallow Alibi."

description

Issue #2: If Alibi Should Fail, Commence Major Ass Kicking

Welp, just in case you didn't buy "the Alibi" and couldn't forgive Rider for his misdeeds, Cole made sure that you could opt to either a) relish watching him suffer, or b) just feel really, really bad for the guy.

Because shit, she could have just stamped "Everlast" on his forehead and called it a fucking day.

description

Homie gets his ass HANDED to him.

Not once.

Not twice.

But - literally - 35+ fucking times and then some.

I mean, geez.

We get it.

description

Not only did I feel bad for the guy but, from a practical standpoint, how many full body ass kickings can one body take? LOL

Issue #3: Rider/Harmony

Quite frankly, the connection between these two just never solidified for me.

The crux of their "bonding time" happened off page and was addressed with an "over the next week" post synopsis paragraph.

With Mae/Styx, Ky/Lilah, Maddie/Flame I felt like there was more relationship development. More time together, Just more.

In fact this book felt shorter than all the previous books in this series. It felt like the middle was missing.

This lack of connection resulted in me having not much interest in the main couple.

And it's never a good thing when the side stage overwhelms the main show.

To be fair, however, Cole created such AMAZING characters and relationships in the previous three books, that no wonder I had trouble forcing myself to look away from them and not at Rider/Harmony.

Issue #4: Return of the Jedi

All I can say is:

Holy.

Shit.

I wondered how Cole was gonna get Rider out of the Order cell.

But the way she went?

description

Wow.

Now, following that parade of...uber convenient happenings, things got all Star Wars on us.

Seriously, the miraculous "I am your fatha" moments that rose up?

Darth Vader himself would been like, wow, that's a bit much.

Oh man.

description

Seriously.

There were so many "convenient" resolutions which - independently, or perhaps one or two, would have been just fine - but collectively?

It became almost comical to me.

Add to that the way the ending played out in regards to how the Hangmen handled Rider?

description

I just didn't love it.

I could see myself warming up to it more after a future re-read - thus my review title - MAYBE, but this one just didn't do it for me like books 1 through 3.

Which is A-OK - they can't ALL be winners for ALL people ALL the time.

And I am REALLY looking forward to the next book. I am hoping we will get to see some crazy Meister-world...and, hopefully, more MC Club, which I missed in this one.

Other than that?

description

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Okay, let's see if "redemption" is possible here...

At the end, will I be like this:

description

Or like this?

description

Let's find out, shall we.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Rider's story? Hmmmm...he's kind of on my shit list after book two.

*Val asks self* will I read this?

Yyyyyyyyyes.

I had been two men in my life. I was beginning to understand that neither of them were real. They were both the ultimate pretenders. Rider pretended to be a Hangman, but always stood on the outside, looking in. Cain pretended he was a prophet, outwardly faking strength, yet drowning in fear underneath. But if both of these men were a ruse, then who the hell was I? Who was the real me?

This book completely wrecked me.

In the previous books of this series, Rider was one of those characters I loved to hate and hated to love. I wondered how Tillie could write a book about this ‘villain’ of the series and make us love him. Make him truly redeemed. Somehow, she was able to do this easily and flawlessly. Prophet Cain or Rider was a completely lovable character. I felt for him so much. I feel like he 100% redeemed himself.

Rider has sacrificed everything to do what is right. He knows he has made terrible mistakes, but he can’t stand by and watch his brother do the things he’s doing. He can’t watch his people be treated this way. So he’s locked up. Isolated. Beaten. And it’s devastating. He feels completely alone in the world. Some of the only friends he’s ever had, he betrayed. Now he has no one. Until she shows up in the cell next to him.

 photo 66183B58-6EEC-4CD3-950C-66667550B354_zpsdcy6rpbv.jpg

One person. One person changes everything for Rider. How I would love to tell you about this person and her story… but I can’t. It’s a story you want to explore on your own. Just know that the female lead in this story, well, I’m not sure Tillie has ever written a woman quite like her. Especially in this series. Their love was completely pure and exceptional.
“You changed it all. You changed everything.”

As much as I loved Rider, nothing compared to the love I had for the woman he was paired with. There has never been a woman with that much strength in these books. It blew me away. I loved that she had been through so much, yet still had so much love, compassion and such a backbone! Her story was hard to read, much like Rider’s in some ways, yet she was so so strong. She gives hope, light and love just by being her. And strength. If it wasn’t for this woman, I’m not sure if Rider would have ever found that strength deep within himself.
“You are a good person, Rider. A pure soul always finds love. Even through hate, they will always find the ability to claim love.”

“I’m not good. I don’t believe that.”

“Then I will believe it for you.”

 photo E5750E7B-D0C1-4CE8-A3A2-63AE8C1DD7C6_zps57c7drcr.jpg

There was so much emotion in every page of this story. Every single second of the book, I felt something. It’s been a while since I’ve cried so long and thoroughly while reading. Once about that 60% mark hit, I’m not sure I stopped crying until the very last page. I love books that make me feel like this, that impact me so strongly. Tillie Cole has this gift with her writing- she brings those feelings out like no other.

This story was nothing like I expected it to be. It exceeded all my expectations, and they were fairly high to begin with. There were several twists that were unexpected that I absolutely loved. A few new characters were dropped in that weaved into the story perfectly. This book shattered my heart at times, but I loved every second. This book and series are among my favorites and I highly recommend them!
In such a short space of time, she had become my everything. My morning, noon and night. My reason to wake each day. In the end, she had been the greatest blessing I could have prayed for.
A saint for the ultimate sinner.

I have loved every book in this series, but I was more nervous about this book than any of the others. Let's face it, Rider is not an easy character to like. He was a major contributor to the pain and suffering at the hands of his religious cult in previous books. If not an active participant, Prophet Cain certainly chose to look the other way while many atrocities were committed in his name.

Now, he finds himself reaping what he sowed. After finally growing a pair and standing up against the ritual raping of young children, Rider aka Prophet Cain, is at the mercy of his twisted sibling. Cain's twin, Judas, has assumed his identity as the Prophet. Cain is imprisoned and subjected to daily beatings at the hands of his brother's co-conspirators.

While imprisoned, he befriends Harmony, one of the "cursed daughters of Eve". She is going to be forced to marry his brother, posing as him. Cain is determined to stop that from happening and to rescue Harmony from the cult.

He is finally opening his eyes to the evil that the cult harbors. His blinders have been removed and he must come to terms with the role he played in propagating the crimes committed in the name of religion. He now knows that his entire life was a lie.

With the help of some insiders, Rider sets out to right the wrongs of his past. Redemption will not be easily obtained and he knows that some wrongs will never be forgiven. Nobody is less forgiving of him than himself.

After everything he'd done, I was surprised at how easily Rider worked his way into my heart again. I've always had a love/hate relationship with Rider, but after Lilah's book, I was sure that he was irredeemable. As it ends up, that wasn't the case.

Harmony also proved to be an incredibly strong heroine. I think she might be the strongest of all the ladies in this series so far. I was blown away by her resilience, not just of body, but of mind and spirit. She had endured more abuse than I could imagine, but was strong enough to offer forgiveness. I absolutely loved her character!

There were far more twists and turns in this book than I had anticipated. Every time I thought I knew where the story was headed, something new would surprise me. It kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish.

If you're a fan of the series, this is another great addition. To fully understand this story and to get maximum enjoyment out of it, you need to read the books in the series in order. If you haven't already, read this series! It is fantastic!

Dive in blind. DON'T read too many reviews. DON'T try to get answers right away.

This book is a ride. It has twists and turns, so many secrets, so many surprises.

You'll love it. You'll love Rider and his woman.

Is Prophet Cain beyond redepmtion or can an angel come and be his salvation?

SEE FOR YOURSELVES!

I focused on solely on the moment, letting the past drift away. Because only this was important. No religion, no duty, no club…just us. JUST HER.

The woman in my arms.

My heart. My soul…MY DEEPEST REDEMPTION.

PRE-READ REVIEW:

I know pretty much everyone hates this guy, but I LOVE RIDER!

He is not my favorite among the Hades Hangmen (It's Flame, of course. DUH.) but Rider's been numero dos since the beginning of the series and it looks like he will remain to be so.

I mean...if I still love him after all the sh*t he pulled in the first two books, I dunno WHAT ELSE could make me stop.

CAN'T WAIT TO READ HIS STORY!

So Tillie Cole just posted this mysterious pic on her FB page and wanted us to guess the heroes and heroines of the upcoming books in the series.
Here are my theories: We still don't know who Rider and Viking's HEAs will be. Phebe will end up with AK for sure, and Tanner will be with the girl he left his Nazi gang for. But will Sia have Cowboy OR Hush? OR hum...both, perhaps? *naughty smile*

The Hades Hangmen series is my fave amongst all of Tillie Cole’s works. It is the reason why I became a blogger last year. I was dying when all of my blogger friends got advanced copies of SOULS UNFRACTURED and I sat on my couch having a little pity party for one because I had to wait like the rest of the non-blogging community. For those of you who haven’t read this series yet, and have plans to read it, skip my review, because I will be mentioning tidbits from the previous books. I will, however, NOT be spoiling this one!! I truly believe you have to go into DEEP REDEMPTION completely blind!!

I have had a love/hate relationship with Rider "aka" Cain since the very first book. I really thought he was a good guy till we found out towards the end of book one that he was Prophet Cain, future leader of THE ORDER, the psychotic cult that tortured and raped poor Mae and her sisters, "aka" The Cursed, along with other girls since they were only eight-years-old. These men are just a bunch of sadistic pedophiles. But in book two we learn that Rider had no knowledge of the raping rituals and he was beyond horrified when he witnesses the debauchery for the first time. He was raised along with his twin brother in seclusion and they spent all of their time learning their scriptures and preparing for the day that Rider would take his place as Prophet Cain, leader of The Order. When he tries to save a child from being raped, he is beaten and thrown in a dirty prison cell. His twin decides to take on his identity and orders daily beatings for Rider until he agrees to accept their ways. This was how it all ended for Rider in book two. He did manage to save Mae and her sisters from being kidnapped as well and that’s how we all ended up believing that there was still a lot of good in Rider and that he just might be worthy of redemption.

 photo f952ed26df198c6c6d70f82c9d499746_zpsqtxlgrtn.jpg

So for almost a year, those of us who can’t get enough of this series have been waiting patiently for Rider’s story. We knew it was going to be a really dark and tumultuous road he would be placed on that would lead to the path of redemption. I will say that out of all the four books, this one wasn’t as hard to endure with the dark elements. Rider is the one who suffers the most and I guess it’s what this character has to endure in order to truly be redeemed in the eyes of the faithful readers of this series. His suffering and loneliness broke my heart at times and I just about loved him as much as I loved Flame…well, almost as much anyhow.

I wondered and hypothesized who Rider’s love interest would be. I was happy with the woman who captured his heart and she fell fiercely in love with him as well. She comes into Rider’s life when he is almost at the end of his rope. He’s so disillusioned and beyond shattered by his brother’s betrayal, but when this woman winds up being imprisoned in the cell next to his, they end up bonding through the brief moments that they are able to have conversations through the wall that separates them. This woman was the one with the most strength and courage out of all the heroines in this series so far and truly ends up being Rider’s salvation. I know that we will get more of their story in the future books as we do with all the previous characters with each installment. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if we got another book for each couple as well. I truly believe there is so much more to learn about their lives together. I really enjoyed spending time with all of them and seeing how much they’ve grown as couples and learning of the new joys and sorrows that they face.

DEEP REDEMPTION is packed with huge revelations!! I screamed. I cried. And by the time it was over, I was sad to have to say goodbye for now. I was so engrossed in the story I swear that it felt like it took hardly any time to finish this almost 400-page book!!

DEEP REDEMPTION is due out July 12th!! I hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as I have!

TOP 5 REASONS I CAN'T LIKE, Deep Redemption.
(Even though I really, really, really, really, really, wanted to!)

description

#5: KY IS AN IMMATURE DOUCHEBAG.

When Lilah has a miscarriage & learns she can’t have children, does Ky offer her the strength, comfort, & support she needs? Hells no! He pouts, whines, & downs a bottle of Jack Daniels. Then, he makes his severely traumatized, grief stricken wife comfort him!

My Reaction: Choosing Jack over Lilah is not only an immature douchebag problem, but an alcohol one as well. I fear Lilah will waste her life dragging Ky’s drunken ass out of bars, wiping cheap lipstick off his cut, & blaming herself for his D-bag ways. So, Ky...

description

#4: NEWSFLASH: TEXAS IS IN AMERICA!

If The Hangmen were born & raised in the great, American state of Texas, why don’t they speak like American Texans? Americans say “hydroplaned”, not “aquaplaned”; “eleven reasons standing around this room”, not "stood around this room”; & “The stupid prick fell off his bike”, not “came off his bike.” Also, American Chicagoans say “you guys”, American Texans say "y’all”.

My Reaction: This isn’t Cole’s first American Rodeo (pun intended). And, according to her bio, she now lives in Texas. So, it’s high time her American Texans got the fucking lingo right! There are thousands of professional editors in America, most of which are fluent in American syntax & Southern American vernacular.

description

#3: TWO WORDS: GOOGLE IT!

Before claiming an American cult “runs arms out of Israel”, Google firearms statistics. Israel exports a mere 2% of the world’s firearms, while the U.S. exports 33%; more than any other country in the world.* Also, there are at least 13 gun manufacturers in the state of Texas alone.*

My Reaction: Americans don’t need to run arms out of ANYWHERE, there’s plenty available in The Good Ol’ U.S. of A! Considering the cult’s high-ranking government ties, I’d sooner believe “off the books” guns were being run out of Texas & in to Israel, rather than the other way around.

description

#2: SCREW THE ALAMO. REMEMBER JONESTOWN!

In 1978, US Representative Leo Ryan arrived in Jonestown, Guyana to investigate claims that Jim Jones, leader of a cult called The Peoples Temple, was abusing Americans. Within 24 hours, Ryan was murdered & Jones distributed cyanide laced fruit juice to all of his followers. Of the 909 people who died in the “Jonestown Massacre”, 1/3 were children.*

In 2016, The Hangmen’s brilliant plan to end the Church of the Holy Sepulchre hinges on Rider quietly rescuing a few “good” guys, then sneaking eleven Hangmen into New Zion so they could kill Jonah & an army of gun toting "bad" guys. TWO HOURS before shock & awe, Rider tells Jonah the plan!

My Reaction: Only a total dumb fuck tells a psycho with a God complex he’s got TWO HOURS to prepare for an invasion by murderous, revenge seeking bikers hell bent on annihilating everyone on the compound.

description

#1: GROUPTHINK...? ANYONE...? BUELLER...?

The heroine came from a satellite cult in… Ugh! I almost can’t type it… it’s just so…. *Sigh* … she came from Puerto Rico! Which is fine. Whatever! Except…. OMG! The REASON!

Ky: “What the fuck is the defectors’ commune?”
Rider: “Where they sent all who didn’t stick to the commune rules.”
Styx: “Bella was in the defectors’ commune?”
Rider: “Yeah. In Puerto Rico.”

They sent all defectors to Puerto Rico? Seriously? Dudes! When highly cohesive groups of people with similar backgrounds are thrown together, then isolated from contrary opinions, they often achieve consensus through conformity. While this Groupthink can result in risky or immoral decisions (like Jonestown), it can be effective & productive when applied to positive endeavors (like ending a pedophile cult).*

My Reaction: What kind of dumb fuck cult leader sends ALL cult dissenters to ONE isolated location, to live as a highly cohesive group with others who AGREE with their contrary opinions so they form a consensus on the most productive way to organize an effective rebellion?

description

I KNOW I AM BUT WHAT ARE YOU?
(Please! It had to be said!)

BOTTOM LINE:

For the record, I usually like Cole’s books (except for Sweet Rome). I also greatly appreciate her clear understanding of the words “enlightenment”, “regret”, “atonement”, and “redemption”.

Sadly, Deep Redemption suffers from the same OTT, unbelievable, absurdly inaccurate, plot devices as Sweet Rome. If a cliché exists, this story has it: rape, child abuse, incest, inbreeding, infertility, evil cults, false messiahs, long lost parents, resurrected & kidnapped sisters, orphaned doppelgangers, sadistic-swastika-sporting KKKers, Israeli gun runners, and a whole bunch of Texas sized other shit that don’t make a darn lick of sense! (And Texas is a really, BIG ASS state!) (In AMERICA!)*

DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE UNHYGIENIC SEX SCENES.

description

Which is why I couldn't like Deep Redemption, even though I really, really, really, really, really, really, really wanted to. I DID try though. I just couldn’t!

SORRY Y’ALL!

But I’m still looking forward to A.K. & Phebe’s story. I have faith it will be better. *fingers crossed*

I'm not going to write a full review for this book, I'm just going to throw out some random thoughts:

THIS BOOK IS...

extremely powerful,
severely intense,
devastatingly cruel,
painfully beautiful,
overwhelmingly touching,
heart-wrenchingly emotional,
remarkably unique, and
immensely gripping.

Confession: Flame is still my favorite hero (Sorry, Rider!) and the main female character in this book whom I shall not name (to not give away spoilers) is my favorite heroine of all time.

Dear author, please don't let us wait too long for the next book. I'm dying here...

BONUS MATERIAL: Take a peek at my Rider :)

**Spoilers, Spoilers, and More Spoilers**

I'm gonna be honest and say that I have been putting off reading this book for almost a year now because I was just too scared to start it. In book one I loved Rider for almost the whole book until he backstabbed Styx, Mae and the Hangmen. Then I hated him. In book 2 my hate for him grew into the most deepest hate I have ever had for any fictional character ever. The things that happened in book 2 were truly unforgivable and I wanted the Hangmen especially Ky to kill him slow and painfully. By book 3 I could see Cole was trying to turn Rider around. Trying to start his redemption with the "I didn't know that stuff was really happening" defense but I didn't buy that shit and I still wanted blood. Boy did I get his blood in this book. Mrs Cole didn't spare Rider the ass whoopings he had coming his way. Rider got the shit kicked out of him almost the whole damn book.

But if both of those men were a ruse, then who the hell was I? Who was the real me?-Rider

 photo jr043_zpssowam2ga.gif

“What did you do?” I pushed myself to ask. My fingers pressed harder against the stone wall as I waited for him to speak. “Too much,” he replied vaguely. “Too many unforgivable things.” He sighed. “I deserve these beatings and more, Harmony. The things I have done . . . ” I could feel his sorrow passing through the thick wall. “I should be here. I should be getting this treatment.” He took a deep breath and whispered, “I am beginning to think it should be worse.”-Bella and Rider

I am pretty sure that by the end of this book Rider was pissing blood and only had the use of one kidney. Did I feel sorry for Rider and all the ass kickings he endured? Nope not even a little bit, but it did satisfy my bloodlust to see his ass in pain for all the shit he did or turned a blind eye to. I was glad that he didn't make a ton of excuses for his actions, but instead felt deep shame and remorse. I felt Rider finally opened his eyes and grew a little in this book. I did however start to soften to Rider a very small bit. Did I forgive Rider and feel he redeemed himself? No not yet but I think this was a good start. Rider didn't "WOW" me, make me instantly forgive him, and love him again, however Bella and the plot of this story did.

“I do not know much about matters of the heart. But I know what it is like to harbor feelings for a man people greatly disapprove of. Who people regard as wrong, unsalvageable or sinful.” Maddie blushed. “But I also know what it is like when you are in their arms. In their hearts. It is different. You can make them different . . . you can show them that they too can be saved, even when they believe they are a lost cause.” Maddie looked me directly in the eyes. “I know what Rider has done is bad. And I can see how much of a toll all this has been on you. But . . . but I do not believe he is evil. He may be lost, confused . . . but I believe he can be saved. You, Bella. You can save him. You have that ability.”-Maddie

 photo Rider and Bella_zpseqbwfk76.jpg

“So fucking beautiful and perfect. And mine. Truly mine, in every way. But I don’t deserve you. Not even one little bit.”-Rider

When Harmony came on the scene blonde hair ,brown eyes, having been newly labeled a cursed sister of Eve and thrown in the cell next to Rider's, I knew there was something more to her. But never would I have guessed it was that she was Mae and Maddie's thought to be dead sister Bella. Bella was a brave, strong heroine. I really loved her. Like Mae, Lilah, and Maddie Bella had lived through hell at the hands of the cult she was raised in. Repeatedly raped and beat almost to death by the sick bastard that was brother Gabriel. I loved that even after all she lived through she still had fire and a fighting spirit. She would fight to the death for those she loved, and she was willing to walk back into hell to try to help and save innocent lives. And for a woman raised in a culture were women were to be meek and subservient she was a total rebel. I loved Bella, and I loved that she was back with her sisters.

“I would speak. I was tired of being silenced by men. I would speak, and they would listen! -Bella

 photo 8qqLe_zpsxgsfxbu8.gif

"I loved him. Somehow, miraculously, in all of the madness, stress and grief of the past few weeks . . . I had given my heart to this man. A man whose spirit was just as fragile as my own. And I could save him. I was determined to redeem him of his wrongs."-Bella

Rider and Bella together were good. They had a sweet relationship built on going through hell together, but I didn't feel them like I did the first 3 couples. The first 3 couples were so powerful that Rider and Bella couldn't touch them. They didn't even come close to a fraction of the powerful, all consuming emotional, and moving love story that Flame and Maddie had. They didn't feel like Fate, like Mae and Styx did. And they didn't overcome so much to end up with a beautiful healing love like Ky and Lilah. There were still good together but Tillie Cole set that bar high with the first 3 books. Flame and Maddie's story is still my all time favorite. My God I loved every single moment with Flame and Maddie in this book. They have both grown so much. I would love for Maddie to get pregnant and have a cute lil Flame. I'm still a total Flame whore all the way. That crazy mother fucker just does it for me.

 photo sdfgasd_zpssq2eqhpu.gif

“I love you, Flame, but I will not lose my sister. I will not let Rider be killed. I am sick and tired of all the hurt and pain.” “He hurt you. He took you from me,” Flame snarled. Maddie shook her head. “No. He let me go. His brother took me from you. His brother, whom he killed to save us.” She placed her hand over her chest. “Flame. By hurting Rider, you will hurt me. Deep in my heart.” Flame’s black eyes flared. “No,” he said. “I don’t want you to be fuckin’ hurt. It’s not gonna fuckin’ happen.” “I know you don’t,” she said and smiled, nothing but love in her eyes. Flame looked around at his brothers, then threw his blades to the ground. He turned to the redheaded man beside him and took the bar from his hand. The dark-haired man on his other side shook his head, but threw his bloodied blade down too. Flame faced the men and screamed, “Throw down your fuckin’ weapons or I’ll kill you all where you stand! None of you will touch Maddie. Not a single one!”-Maddie and Flame

The plot of this book was so good. It had so many twist and turns that I felt like it was one crazy wild ride from start to finish. Judah was the perfect bad guy. Evil at it's purest form. I was so glad he died and It helped me forgive Rider a little bit that Rider was the one that killed his pos twin. I enjoyed catching up with Styx and Mae. My heart broke for Ky and Lilah and what they had to go through losing their pregnancy and finding out Lilah may not be able to have children from the trauma of being raped so many times. I was glad for Grace but I still hope they get pregnant again and have a baby of their own. Lilah and Ky deserve good things they have suffered the most of all the couples. Lil Ash was cute and I want more of him. I hope Tillie Cole has a book planned for Ash. When Rider came back to the Hangmen, wow the powerful emotions all the brothers felt seeing him again after all he did was so strong. Angst was coming from my kindle in waves. I was glad Cole didn't just gloss over everything and have the guys just up and forgive Rider after they took down the cult. Rider did too much to them and it would have made them feel like pussies if they would have let that shit go especially Ky. So I was glad they got to cut and beat the shit out of him before their women stopped them from sending Rider to the boatman. Smiler was great in this book and I can't wait for him to get his book. I also can't wait for Phebe and AK's book which is next. Tillie Cole is an amazing writer. She writes such powerful, and soul shattering love stories that move me, and steal my heart. I am a life long fan girl and I will read anything she writes.

“Now get that cut back on, Styx and stop bein’ so fuckin’ melodramatic. Shit! Between you, your bitches and Cowboy forever bein’ all open with his hippie feelins, I’m gonna grow a fuckin’ vagina! And that’d be a shame because my dick is a fuckin’ modern marvel. The anaconda is too precious to lose.”-Viking

5 “You have me” STARS

Tillie Cole gifts the story fans of the series have been anxiously waiting for. This is the Prophet Cain’s book!

description

As Cain took his position as prophet of the Order in the last book, he realizes the full scope of his duties and fully is acquainted with the practices he supposedly supports. Cain was a torn man and in the end of the prior book, he stood for what he believed in and faced his twin brother’s wrath. Cain is now in a cell striped of his title as his brother has taken his name. Judah offers redemption to Cain if stands by his side as he takes his name and the role of prophet.

description

”No matter what they do, I will not repent.”

Cain faces horrific conditions as he struggles with guilt about the things that went on in the Order under his leadership. He has lost his faith but slowly starts to connect with a woman named Harmony who inhabits the cell next to his.

”I am a sinner, Harmony. If you kiss damns pure hearts, then it is too late to affect mine.”

description

The story is action-packed, twist-riddled, and impossible to put down. Cain must reach out to the men he betrayed the Hades Hangmen for help and face their wrath as well.

description

Cain’s redemption was heartbreaking, shocking, making it the ultimate read. He has been the most interesting character since readers met him as the undercover biker named Rider. However, no matter how much my heart went out to him the star of this book hands down was Harmony. Harmony embodied what all the other heroines of this series lacked. She had such strength, determination, and faith in herself and those she trusted even after the cruelty she survived. Harmony is everything Cain has been searching for...

description

Tillie Cole delivers one hell of a ride for fans of this series. I actually could have read more but am hoping that Cain and Harmony are included in the next book and things get even better for these two. I don’t think their story is over at all in fact I felt like they began.

I was a bit disappointed with this one. There was a bit too much going on and at times, it was all very much like a soap opera episode. We just needed some amnesia added to the mix and bam.. recipe complete.

The whole absurdity of coincidences and over the top plot took away from what should have been the the focus of the book. I feel like a book about redemption needs a more character driven plot. We got plenty of insight intro Rider’s head but it wasn’t enough.

The relationship between Rider and Harmony was just not developed enough. We sort of got told that they grew close while holding hands and talking to each other in captivity. It wasn’t anywhere near enough to built a credible love connection. I guess we can talk about affection due to mutual understanding but absolute love? Nope.

I was also disappointed that we didn’t get more development for Harmony’s character. Out of all the girls so far she had the most potential and it was just left there.. in the wind.

One thing I will praise is the way Tillie makes her male characters vulnerable. I love that they cry and scream their emotions. They confess their weaknesses, doubts, guilt and pain. She humanises them so much. Alpha behaviour does not exclude having a wide emotional range. Tillie creates characters that are the furthest things from stereotypes.

Although I haven’t loved this book as much as the others, I still appreciate Rider’s character and his journey that we got to see from book one. I understood his spiritual battles, his crumbling beliefs and in the end I couldn’t blame him for the past anymore. I just wish his story was better because his character was so unique. His journey to selfhood, so complicated and conflicted. So yes, once again he deserved a better individual story but also a better love story.

ONLY THROUGH BLOOD CAN THE DEEPEST REDEMPTION BE FOUND…

He was born to ascend.
He was destined to lead.
He was never meant to fail.

DEEP REDEMPTION: (Hades Hangmen #4) contains religious practices and experiences, it also contains graphic scenes of disturbing and taboo practices, sexual abuse and excessive violence. Woohoooo I am in my own sicko element!!

This kicks us off in the 'Prologue' (Cain 5 years ago) to 'Present day' this also has multiple POV'S.

In the Prologue it shows us how he wormed his way into the club, to gain their trust, with the soul purpose of taking them down.

And then to 'Present Day' this starts off right where the previous book dropped off at so there is no way you have to back peddle at all. Being held in a cell by his twin until he repents all his sins, beaten, given just enough food to survive by.

"Repent!
Repent and declare your loyalty to your prophet!"

Jumping into this being honest I was filled with a lot of trepidation, we all hated what this man stood for, but this books delves further into his past than we were privy to in the previous books and that hate turns into love swiftly. Was he a product of his childhood hmmmm maybe.

Good VS Evil

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Image and video hosting by TinyPic I had been two men in my life
I was beginning to understand neither of them were real.
Rider pretended to be a hangman
But always stood on the outside looking in
Cain pretended he was a prophet
Outwardly faking strength
yet drowning in fear underneath.

One question remains above all else who is the real Rider aka Cain?

Evil begets evil, Cain
Whatever sin blackens my soul lives in you too.
We are the same
Made the same
Born the same.

So many times throughout reading this my heart was racing, my mind was screaming, my fingers were racing to flick those pages on the ipad, my eyes were devouring/savouring every word. The anticipation of what's to come, one word racing through my mind is revenge.

He was born to ascend.
He was destined to lead.
He was never meant to fail.

This story was heart-breakingly raw a few times there I shed a tear or two, got me in the feels big time. the man we all hated with a vengeance stole my heart and even at the end of the story it's still barely put back together.

My heart
My soul
My deepest redemption.

“A pure soul always finds love. Even through hate, they will always find the ability to claim love.”

Deep Redemption is the fourth book in the Hades Hangmen. This cannot be read as a stand-alone so please start at the beginning of the series! This is one ride you want to enjoy from the beginning. The Hades Hangmen are a complex bunch, and with the added drama of the cult The Order in their midst abusing women and children, the twists and turns will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire read. It's no surprise that I am a huge fan of this series and I have been desperately waiting for the right time to read this one. Rider is the broken prophet who spent his entire life trying to be the "prophet" he was ordained to be. After causing pain and heartbreak to everyone in his path, it is finally judgment day for the Prophet turned MC Rebel!

description
"Two prisoners, finding solace in the other’s voice and the simple touch of a hand."
Rider is wasting away in a cell after his twin brother has stolen his identity as the leader of The Order. When Rider realized what was truly happening to the people of his so-called "faith," he fought back. This rebellion has landed him a daily appointment to torture sessions and a cold dark cell. Refusing to repent, it seems as though Rider is finally paying for the sins of his past.

description
“My name means nothing. I am devil-created, perfectly designed to make men sin. I am sin personified. I am the magnet to the evil that hides deep inside . . . ”
Harmony has been hidden for years from the prophet. As a "cursed daughter of Eve," Harmony is destined to be forced to marry the prophet and face sexual torment and physical abuse at the hands of the men. When she is discovered, she is instantly transported to a cell. With only a small hole to communicate, she discovers Rider. Rider and Harmony form a bond and grow close. However, when all the secrets are revealed, will Harmony truly be able to love a man who has caused so much pain and heartbreak. When the Hades Hangmen get their hands on Rider, is he strong enough to survive?

description
"I loved him. Somehow, miraculously, in all of the madness, stress and grief of the past few weeks . . . I had given my heart to this man. A man whose spirit was just as fragile as my own. And I could save him. I was determined to redeem him of his wrongs."
Told in dual POV, Deep Redemption has all of the elements that I adore in the Hades Hangmen Series. With complex characters, a raw and gritty plot, loyal brothers, and smoking hot steam, Rider and Harmony's story did not disappoint. The stakes are high for Rider as he is forced to make amends for the wrong he is done and find the strength within to forgive himself. The connection between Harmony and Rider is tender and passionate and is the driving force of the action in the plot. The secondary characters play a critical role in the story arc. The sisters, finally healed from the brokenness of their past, stand together and affirm their love and faith in each other and the Hades Hangmen finally have the opportunity to seek vengeance against The Order and Rider! Although I was pleased with the outcome of the ending, I am certainly anxious for more resolution for Rider and the brothers of the MC. I can only hope that Ms. Cole will offer us more resolution and healing for Rider and the brothers as the series continues.

description

Overall, I highly recommend Deep Redemption and the entire Hades Hangmen Series to anyone who enjoys a truly dark and twisted story expertly blended with an action packed crew of motorcycle men! The pacing is perfection, and the characters are unforgettable. I am anxiously waiting for more Hades Hangmen goodness!

5++ Hail the Prophet STARS

Talk about deep redemption! Going into this I had no clue how Tillie was going to pull this off. If you're a Hades Hangmen bitch, you know redeeming Cain would be a near insurmountable task. But like the fantastic author that she is, Tillie Cole rose to the challenge and delivered a knee buckling, breathless and heart-wrenching story!

 photo DR_zpseuvzrrnm.jpg

By the end of Souls Unfractured, my heart was thawing towards Cain as my hatred for Judah grew tenfold! Up until then, I'd written off Cain and only wanted vengeance for him and his cult.

This was a tumultuous ride. The emotions, danger, forgiveness, love and hate was powerful! Like a match to gasoline, Tillie only turned up the fire as this story unfolded!

There were also a few amazing surprises and revelations...

that only added to and rounded out the story. And the theme and FEEL of family was fierce and palpable in this book! The solidarity of the sisters, the brotherhood of the Hangmen and much more. Just so many emotions. At times, I battled myself reading this because nothing's black and white, especially when it comes to Cain. For the Hangmen. I knew where they were coming from, I knew why there was no forgiveness for the Prophet but shit, there's always another side to the story. And Tillie pulled out all the stops and gave us all layers to this complex, deeply intense and emotional tale.

 photo DR2_zpsnjevm4tk.jpg

Tillie obliterated every one of my 'But, what about...' thoughts. This was perfection!

I must say there is one chapter, Chapter 17, that had me bawling like a baby. The tension, the dialogue, the true, raw and fierce emotions were a thing of BEAUTY!!

If you haven't figured it out already, this is a MUST READ. Mark your calendar, ALL HAIL THE PROPHET!! And like with all the other books before, I need Damnable Grace STAT!

you know the kind of anger where you're so angry that you start crying? yeah... that was me while reading this. don't ask me why i felt this emotion in an extreme way, i read the last 40% of this book at 3 am while drinking a glass of wine so pls don't judge.

but anyways, why am i so angry you ask? well let's just say that I HATE THE HANGMEN.

oh god, y'all don't know the FURY i felt with how they treated my boy Rider (H). sure he was the bad guy in the first 3 books and he was a dumbass but my boy didn't deserve the shit he got from them ok? my mans Rider needed a hug, like, yesterday and did they give him that? NoOoO. every good thing that happened to the Hangmen in this book is because of Rider and all they did to "thank" him was (spoilers) torture him, and almost beat him to death. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. TORTURED HIM.

now THAT is how you ruin the main characters/good guys in this series and i don't know about y'all but i was ready to throw hands and fight ALL the Hangmen and protect Rider
description

Rider had been starved, tortured and beaten to death for nearly 80% of this book and the fact that the "good guys" are also doing the things that the "bad guys" did to Rider? how- how can i even like the Hangmen? of course im gonna hate them.

and i never really cared about Smiler (one of the Hangmen) cuz he had no significance in the previous books but i loved him here. now HE is a true bro for having Rider's back. how Rider grew up being alone and no one really caring or loving him, this dude needs more bros in his life but whatever. the Hangmen don't even deserve him anyways.

another reason why i was so angry (spoilers) was the fact that we spent 3 books reading about this pedophile cult raping children and Rider's twin being a sadistic, sociopathic pervert who thinks he's a god and how does he die? from strangulation... i've known innocent people in history die the most brutal death yet this, pardon my language, motherfucker died from STRANGULATION?!

the build-up for the Hangmen vs. The Order was so good and it was even more interesting than the romance but the execution and conclusion was just not it. everything happened so quickly and all these mofos died too quickly.

and speaking of romance, i love Harmony and Rider as individuals but i just didn't feel their romance here since it was pretty insta-lovey, the chemistry wasn't really there, and Rider miraculously got over Mae pretty quickly that it wasn't believable since we spent 3 books of him pining over her real hard. and can i just say, i was SHOOK when i found out who Harmony (h) really was?? i wasn't expecting that at all.

anyways, right now, i automatically hate the Hangmen in the next books so i apologize if im gonna talk shit about them in the future. it izz wut it izz 🤷🏻‍♀️

hell-fucking-no

Hell fucking no. Read a book about a man who sanctioned the rape of innocent women? Over my dead body is this guy redeemable.

so I get the feeling that the author tried to back track after getting backlash from her readers over this character. In book 3 the author tries to make it seem like Ryder had no idea what was going on but that's bullshit. It's too bad i requested a refund from Amazon for the 2nd book or else I would have posted some quotes that prove differently. Mae specifically told him that little girls were raped and now we're supposed to believe he just didn't understand what she meant? Then the author makes it seem like he only asked tha Lilah be punished but was so upset over Mae that he didn't want to know what the punishment was. Another woman in his cult tells him about the rape and he accuses her of lying.

Sorry but I call bullshit. I think the author just wanted to cover her ass and try to make him redeemable for people who posted on GR that they refused to read his book. Apparently I'm this book the author completely changes the story and makes it seem like Rider knew nothing and is now some fucking crusader against child rape. Yeah, sure. Sorry, Hun. Nobody is buying your lies now that you're trying to change what you wrote in the previous books. Having his ass beat for 40 days by Judas' guards isn't enough of a retribution for sanctioning rape.

Dingdingding: a quote from the book showing Ryder still allowed it to happen in book 3 even after learning about child rape.

***4.5 Stars***

He was two sides of the same coin, a man straddling a barrier only known in his heart.

First and foremost, I want to apologize for what will be a generally vague review. Why you ask? Because there is no way that I will say anything that might spoil this book for anyone. This book needs to be experienced and felt firsthand. I'm not even going to reveal who the leading lady is in this tale.

But what I will tell you is that you will feel a myriad of emotions while reading this book. Anxiety, frustration, anger, disbelief, passion, confusion, rage, love, honesty, friendship, family, brotherhood....redemption. These feelings will change from word to word, paragraph to paragraph, chapter to chapter...but they will take you on a thought provoking journey that you will never forget.

If you're reading this book, you've read the previous three so you know what predicament Cain finds himself in. But what I wasn't expecting was the soul shattering sense of loneliness that he would evoke. My heart broke into a million pieces when the magnitude of what his life has really been like hit me. A bottomless pit of lies, expectations, selfish greed and misguided beliefs.

"I'm lonely. I'm so damn lonely that I can barely breathe."

The bond that he forms with his heroine is deep and pure and impenetrable. The raw, brutal and gut wrenching honesty they share is a cleansing confession, a balm to their soul, a means to mend broken beliefs...but most importantly, the biggest weapon they have to keep and defend their love.

"A pure soul always finds love. Even through hate, they will always find the ability to claim love."

"I'm not good. I don't believe that."

"Then I will believe it for you."

I absolutely loved the unyielding strength that the heroine had. She was an immovable warrior, a woman with such determined strength that even the toughest of men must acknowledge the respect she deserves. The way she was able to rise above everything thrown her way and be such a pillar of strength for Cain had me balling my eyes out at times.

I always say I'm really hard on my heroines, but after witnessing what I have here....THIS....this heroine is precisely why I am so hard on all others. She has been through atrocities of her own, but she's able to rise above it all and refuse to be a victim....to stand up for her beliefs, for what she feels is right and face any adversary that stands in her way. Through the pureness of her love and the determination of her will she was able to help a man find the redemption that his soul deserved.

"You have been the only good I've ever known. You've been the heaven I was searching for after all. Not the faith, or the prayers...just you...only you."

As with the others, this book is not easy to read at times. Cain and his lady must walk through the gates of hell to find the freedom they are looking for. Cain must battle pure evil to find peace. He must deal with the consequences of every one of his actions, regardless of their cause. But on the other side of that fight lies the life he's always prayed for, a freedom he's never felt and a love he never even dared to dream of.

"It is my eternal right to love you. And I will fight for that right until the sun sets on my life."

There are even more secrets revealed here that continue to weave the tale of the Cursed Sisters of Eve. Couples and brothers are put to the test and additional layers are added to an already abundantly rich story. Tillie Cole has managed to immerse me even deeper into the lives of these characters with each passing book. I can't remember when was the last time that a series, or a set of characters, has gripped me and touched me so deeply as this one.

We're given the information of the next book's couple, and I must say, I cannot wait to see how Tillie works her magic on their tale. I'll be stocking up on tissues and alcohol until then. I feel like I need to make my own Hades Hangmen Series Bunker.

RATING: 5 "You have me" Hearts!! :D <3

“I’m lonely,” I said, brokenly. “I’m so damn lonely that I can barely breathe.”

Deep Redemption is the sort of read that cultivates trepidation even before the first page is flipped given its protagonist, someone who has been the foe of the series. However, that worry is for naught as Ms. Cole effortlessly moulds our feelings so that by the time we reach the end, we are unconditionally and irrevocably in love with Rider or Prophet Cain.

“You are a good person, Rider. A pure soul always finds love. Even through hate, they will always find the ability to claim love.”

While not as dark as previous books, this tale is heart-wrenching, making us feel every emotion—pain, loneliness, hopelessness—alongside Rider and we can’t help but sympathize and even shed tears at his utter desolation. The highlight of this story though is the heroine; she is simply strength personified. She has gone through much despair in her past, but never wallows in self-pity, instead choosing to let her compassion, love, willingness to believe in Rider and have hope in life shine through.

“I’m not good. I don’t believe that.”
“Then I will believe it for you.”

The romance that develops between the two of them is nothing short of beautiful as we watch Rider fall even as he finds new strength in our heroine. Despite the insta-tone of their relationship, Ms. Cole flawlessly delves into the emotional complexities that accompany an unconventional romance.

In such a short space of time, she had become my everything. My morning, noon and night. My reason to wake each day. In the end, she had been the greatest blessing I could have prayed for.
A saint for the ultimate sinner.

Additionally, the final scenes of this tale far exceeds our expectations, ending in a realistic manner rather than being tied together with a neat bow. Overall, Deep Redemption makes us fall apart before mending our hearts, a marvelous addition to the Hades Hangmen series. Now, I can’t wait for AK’s story next!

Other Fave Quotes:

When she spoke I felt like I had a friend. When I spoke to her, I felt it was the only time in my life I had ever spoken the truth.
I was me, whoever that man may be.

“I will never forget how you made me feel.” I squeezed her hand. “How this touch reignited my hope when I had none left to cling to.” I let my fingertip drift along her bottom lip. “How these lips made my heart beat, when I was sure it could never beat again.”

“I forgive you. I love you. It is time to be free.”

“I love you too,” I said raggedly. “You have been the only good I’ve ever known. You’ve been the heaven I was searching for after all. Not the faith, or the prayers…just you…only you.”

I wanted a family again. I wanted to be loved. I wanted to be whole again.

“Strength is a shield, only to be lowered by trust.”

“I am happy, and I am yours. This is my dream.”

Holy hell, bring on the tissues because I am crying like a little bitch. Tillie Cole, how do you do this?? I truly don’t know how she goes from one world to the next so flawlessly, but she does. It doesn’t matter what she writes I am there one-clicking!

Deep Redemption is the fourth story Tillie has brought us in the Hades Hangman series. Let’s be honest, I never saw this story coming. I never imagined Prophet Cain would need or deserve a story, but what I realized is we don’t really know him at all. Being in his head and seeing his struggles brought forth a new understanding of him. I actually found myself angry at others, because I loved him so much. I know it's crazy, but trust me!

“You have been the heaven I was searching for after all. Not the faith, or the prayers…just you…only you."

Onto the story, we meet up with Prophet Cain while he is locked up, his evil twin Judah is pretending to be him and wreaking havoc. During this time we can immediately see that Cain/Rider has realized that the error in ways, he is seeing how he was brainwashed. Living there and seeing the evil is making him crazy and he wants to make things right.

While imprisoned a girl shows up, she is also locked up. Her and Cain develop a bond and he decides he will do anything to help her. He is tired of seeing innocent women and children suffer in the name of this false religion. While he is already at this point, the beautiful woman next time him drives the fire to wrong the rights he has done.

“So fucking beautiful and perfect. And mine. Truly mine, in every way. But I don’t deserve you. Not even one little bit.”

I would like to say the story really takes off from here, but honestly it was going from page one. I was immediately pulled back into this world and eager to see what happened next. The twists, I never saw coming and loved the value they added to the story. This story made me feel so much and towards the end I was crying, my heart hurt for these people. I mean it’s crazy how real it all seems, but these scenes broke my heart.

Obviously I am sold on this series, so naturally book four is going to be a win for me. I mean I go into all of these books expecting to love them, but the reality is this book made me feel so much. In my opinion, this book took the series to the next level. If you haven’t started this series, I highly recommend it. It’s not an easy read, but it will leave a lasting impression.

4.5 Unbreakable Bond Stars

"Repent! Repent and bow down to the profit!" Brother James screamed as I hung from the chains in the ceiling.

⛓ Cain/Rider tried to stop a repulsive and cruel act on innocent women and children that he did not know was being done. For this he is swiftly beaten and locked in a cell to be repeatedly beaten daily until he agrees to live with what is happening.

 photo harmony1_zpsrcw5e3k8.gif

⛓ Harmony was living in Puerto Rico in part of the 'order' until they are ordered to get to New Zion. It is when guards come to help them leave they see her and immediately label her a 'cursed'. When they arrive at New Zion she is immediately whisked away and dumped in a cell, it is here she meets Rider through the wall.

"I will never forget how you made me feel." I squeezed her hand. "How this touch reignited my hope when I had none left to cling to."

⛓ It was really nice when Harmony got to the compound, however I found myself getting a little pissed at the Hangman's treatment of a certain person after everything that had happened I think it was way to harsh.

⛓ I loved all the twists, drama, suspense and grit this book gave me. I also found myself getting answers to questions I've had since the first book. I so DID NOT see the twist with Harmony being what it was or who it was.

⛓ I'm super excited to read Phebe's story next, I can only imagine the shit she's been through.

My heart. My soul... ...my deepest redemption.

4.5 "the power of a woman's love" stars

Tillie Cole's books in the Hades Hangmen series are filled with subjects that are not easy to comprehend and I can state clearly, I am sure, that 99% of readers cant even begin to imagine the horrors displayed in the stories and it 's really hard to understand and to process the inner pain and struggles the main characters go through.

Knowing all that I was reluctant to read this book, but then again, knowing myself, I am a slave of my own curiousity, intrigue and anticipation are both curses I fall under without hesitation, so therefore, my journey begun once again.

This time though, I was somewhat prepared for the intensity of the described subjects and events and my mind and heart were able to cope.

Without revealing the details, which means I cant go into describing the storyline, I will only say that this journey was worth it.

This story is a one man's journey towards freedom.
His journey is not simple, in fact it's been a lie, it's been a hoax and faux and a devious deceit planned to achieve hidden agenda, and its product being a young man torn apart within right and wrong, true and false.

It was a story of a one woman's love and salvation. Unconditional love, the purest of hearts that saved and elevated the given second chance a notion of a new beginnig, a hope, for a better life...
She wanted me, despite my transgressions.

It's a story of forgivness, about making amends on so many levels and so many layers, it 's a story of beating the monsters of the past and embracing the thorny road ahead, with a new meaning, with a new light to follow, with HOPE only love can provide.
The woman who won my heart through a wall of stone. The one who fought for me with an unrivaled intensity...and one i would die to protect.

It's a journey of a one man's salvation...through the power of a one woman's love.

I forgive you. I love you. It is time to be free.

This story showed me , once more that nothing is just BLACK or WHITE not even GREY. It's a full spectre of colors, shades, lines, curves, shapes known or unknown to human eye or mind. It also spoke volumes to me about second chances, about the power of love, about the strength of belief that could shape you wrongly if you don't know of any other. It showed me the meaning of perception and how it could shape a person's image if put in wrong use...
but then again, what is right or wrong? it's a perception of deeds and thoughts accepted by the majority...and yes, every „right“ can be turned into a devious deceit and turned into a „wrong“ but than again shouldn't we give a second look behind the obvious „wrong“ ? Not to justify the wrong but to change it and make it stop, make it right if possible.

There are so many questions lingering in the air, I always have that feeling after reading Tillie Cole's books, especially in these series. Sometimes I don't wanna pose any questions, cause sometimes I am afraid of the answers, but as I said it before, curiousity maybe did kill the cat in the end, but if I don't find out, I'll never know... LOL

It's a necessity for obtaining the balance and order within yourself. And I am not only balancing, I fuckin juggle! *wink*

If you haven't read Tillie Cole's Hade Hangmen series, please, don't wait any longer. They do deal with „hard and troubled issues“ to swallow or comprehend, but they also bring a certain release and elevation in knowing that you are ALIVE to feel every single bit of the spectre this Author provides in her stories.

5 ~Save Me~ Stars*****

(ARC kindly provided by the author in exchange for an honest review)

What a beautiful and emotional story. The more I read these books , the more I love them. From the moment I got on the back of the Hades Hangmen motorcycle on that very first book, I haven't been able to get off. Tillie Cole has given me the ride of a lifetime with this series. I cried, laughed and even cried laughing with this beautiful book. I couldn't have possibly loved it more.

 photo 0185C433-E52B-4356-9B54-A1A193175E37_zpsedey3k9r.jpg

It is a very challenging task to review this book without giving too much away. So many secrets are revealed in this book, that even mentioning a name could spoil it for the reader.

So, please forgive me for the vague description...

If you have been following this series, like me you've had a love/hate relationship with the hero Cain. But in this book, I saw a completely different side of him. His faults were not totally his own, his mistakes were almost made blindly because, in my eyes, this man really didn't know any better. He grew up being groomed to the be the leader of this terrible cult. He grew up in a twisted world, and to him having these beliefs, and taking part in the cruel practices was the norm. In most of the book Cain spends time locked up in a cell, but even after he comes out, the shackles holding his heart are made out of the deep guilt he carries around, and no matter where he is, freedom is never a possibility.

Harmony is a very beautiful and very brave character. She comes from Puerto Rico, from a different commune, her beauty deemed her a cursed sister of Eve, and Judah has plans to marry her, in order to fulfill their prophecy and keep The Order safe from doomsday. As much as Harmony hates the idea of marrying the prophet, she believes it's her duty in order to save the people of New Zion. Her courage and determination to carry on with her obligations will falter the moment she meets the man staying in the holding cell next to hers; Cain.

 photo A337BC91-8088-4844-BB8F-05DB07246EAC_zpsrbm8ixyv.jpg

After encouraging and giving each other words of hope, Cain and Harmony form a bond. They can't see or touch each other, but they feel close to one another. A fierce desire to protect the other, and a love that can mean the salvation of their souls will bloom inside the walls of those darks cells. What will happen once they come face to face for the first time?

Judah is planning a big attack on the Hades of Hangmen MC. His greed and thirst for total domination knows no bounds, and he will prove to be a very powerful adversary for the Hangmen MC.

I loved the excitement and thrill in which all the events developed in this story. I was hooked, biting my nails with every chapter.

Another fascinating book by Tillie Cole, where she makes us fall in love with a beautiful character that I once used to hate. This explosive series keeps getting better and better, never a dull moment, and never the same. I am totally addicted!

3.5 Stars

Overall Opinion: I was worried that I would build up my expectations of this one a little too high and then be disappointed, so I put off reading it for a while. Obviously I didn't last long though ;). I wouldn't say I was disappointed, but I also wasn't overly impressed either. I love this author and how she can create such diverse characters. She often takes characters that we don't care for and makes us sympathize and root for them in the end. So when I heard Rider's story was coming out, I knew it was right up her alley. I think my biggest complaint was that there was so much suspense and other things going on (which is completely understandable considering what they were all dealing with) and not enough romance. I felt like it was a little too instalove for me. While their interactions were sweet and touching at first, I just wanted more to understand their deep connection.

Brief Summary of the Storyline: I'm going to keep this really brief because I don't want to ruin it...This is Harmony and Rider's story. They meet when they are both held captive at the cult commune. They form a bond through talking through their cell doors and eventually fall in love...and get a HFN ending.

POV: This alternated between Harmony and Rider's POV.

Overall Pace of Story: Good. I never skimmed, and I thought it flowed well.

Instalove: Kind of. They connected instantly, but I felt like maybe it was their situation that propelled the process. I wanted to experience more of the development of feelings between them to make it more believable.

H rating: 4 stars. Rider. Poor Rider. I started to feel bad for him in Flame's story, because he was so brainwashed and alone -- so I'm not all that shocked that I felt for him in this one and ended up liking his character.

h rating: 4 stars. Harmony. I really liked her strength. She was in a terrible situation her whole life, but she never lost her spirit which is admirable.

Sadness level: Moderate. There are a few times that I choked up, but I never cried. I bet a lot of readers would though, because both of these characters go through some horrible things.

Push/Pull: No

Heat level: Moderate/low. Not many scenes, and I felt like they were more to further their emotional connection rather than the physical act (or to be sexy).

Descriptive sex: Yes

Safe sex: No. No mentions of condoms, birth control or std status. The H was a virgin, and the h only had non-consensual sex.

OW/OM drama: No

Sex scene with OW or OM: Yes

Cheating: No

Separation: No

Possible Triggers: Yes

Closure: This had decent closure with what I would call a HFN ending. I feel like we will get some more of this couple in the next book, Damnable Grace, and hopefully some more closure for them.

How I got it: I paid the $3.99 on Amazon.

Safety: I'd say that this is probably Safe with exception for most readers.

Deep redemption, indeed.

After everything the Hangmen have suffered at Prophet Cain’s hand, his was the last story I wanted to read. But Tillie Cole did the impossible and reminded me that even the worst human beings are worthy of salvation. She stripped Cain bare, down to his soul, and showed me what was in his heart. She made me care about the man and even had me rooting for him have a happy ending. That’s some writing magic, right there.

Deep Redemption picks up where Souls Unfractured left off. Prophet Cain has been betrayed by his brother, Judah, and thrown into a cell. While Judah assumes Cain’s identity, Cain suffers through daily torture at the hands of the guards. His brother is determined to have revenge against the Hangmen and there isn’t anything Cain can do to stop it.

Harmony is an outcast from the commune. When she is discovered to be one of the “Cursed”, she is brought back to Texas to marry Prophet Cain (Judah) to fulfill the prophecy. Even though she knows of the atrocities that occur within the cult, Harmony feels that it is her duty to try to save the unwitting members of the cult from certain doom. She is kept secluded in a cell, where she has clandestine conversations with the man kept in the room next to hers.

I knew that the woman who was paired with Cain would have to be very special, but I was surprised to find how similar Harmony and Cain were. They form a deep bond through their conversations and it is so sweet and unadulterated. Like I said, I never expected to root for them, but I was drawn into their relationship and couldn’t wait to see how they would get out of their predicament. The whole storyline was just so, so good.

This series seems to just keep getting better. The books are wrought with tension, filled with action, and reveal more and more twists as they go along. I'm completely addicted and I can’t wait to see what happens in AK and Phebe’s book, Damnable Grace!

5+ Redeeming Stars!!!!

"I'm not good," he argued. "I don't believe that."
I smiled. Pressing my forehead to his, I said, "Then I will believe it for you."

Holy Fuck! Are you kidding me?! That was incredible!

She topped Flame's book...and as the ultimate self-proclaimed Flame Whore, I did not think that could be done.

"I would gladly be his redemption, if he would finally forgive himself first."

I have so many thoughts. I need to sleep on them. This is definitely one of my top reads for 2016 AND this heroine is one of my fave heroines EVER!!!!!!!!!

"I...I have no home," he said sadly.
Taking his hand from my face, I placed it over my racing heart. "Yes you do. Your home is right here."

As much as I loved this book, though, there was an aspect about the end that I hated. Nothing to do with the couple, but with Rider. All that I'll say is ENOUGH ALREADY!!! Pretty sure this was the reaction I was supposed to have, but seriously if one more person insulted him or laid a hand on him, I was gonna lose my shit! Again, I get it... It's part of why I love Tillie's writing. It was the REAL thing to do to stay true to the characters, the life, and the situation (hence why I did not remove a star rating because of it), but I didn't like it. Hopefully, time will heal all wounds and all that, because even though I got it, it wasn't fair to this poor hero. Yes! Poor hero. He fucking atoned and then some. :( The book ended, and I was angry with the whole club. Except for Smiler. Oh, I love Smiler. I love what he did at the end. <3

Otherwise? Unforgettable! I can honestly say that you are missing out if you have not read this series. There's something about the way that Tillie writes these big, bad, flawed men that makes my heart melt. The fierce protectiveness they have for the women they love. Cain/Rider was no different. This book is such a ride. I cried, cringed, screamed at my iPad, smiled, and clutched my chest a many of times!

"Against the odds, we found one another in hell."

4,5-Heart-wrenchingly emotional-Stars!

”You are a good person, Rider. A pure soul always finds love. Even through hate, they will always find the ability to claim love.”

“I am not good. I don’t believe that.”

“Then i will believe it for you.”

Deep Redemption is the best plot twist of 2020. I am astonished by how emotional this book made me😦😍

This book is so extremely intense, so tremendously soul-stirring and so intensely all consuming, i am completely blown away.
I read it all in one sitting and my heart was in my throat the entirety of it.

Deep Redemption seriously made me feel like i was experiencing everything the main characters were experiencing. Very impressive writing!

If any of you have been following my reviews for the three first books in the Hades Hangmen series, then you will truly understand exactly why i am utterly shocked at my reaction to Deep Redemption.

But for those of you who haven’t read my previous reviews, let me explain.
In the first three books, I completely, totally, fully and wholeheartedly HATED Cain/Ryder.
But i guess hate is also a strong emotion, so maybe that explains why i got so attached to Ryder.
Reading about all the shit he went through, one thing after another, i just wanted to seriously harm everyone and anyone that hurt him, and i have only ever felt like that before with Flame, and Flame is one of my favorite heroes of all time, so that’s a strong testament to how much i loved Ryder.

This book was the one i was feeling most anxious about reading in the series, i really didn’t know how Tillie Cole could possibly ever make me forgive Ryder and even love him, and to be honest i didn’t even care to know.
But somehow i managed to finally start it after days of procrastinating, and like always Tillie Cole really impressed me with her brilliant writing and ability to make you connect with any character she writes. When i say she’s a genius with words people, i really mean it!!!

Let me get into why i absolutely loved this book and the main characters.
Though it’s gonna be challenging, I will try my best to keep my review as free of spoilers as i possibly can, because i truly believe it’s best to go into Deep Redemption completely blind!!

Ryder:

“I had been two men in my life. I was beginning to understand that neither of them were real. They were both the ultimate pretenders. Rider pretended to be a Hangman, but always stood on the outside, looking in. Cain pretended he was a prophet, outwardly faking strength, yet drowning in fear underneath. But if both of those men were a ruse, then who the hell was I? Who was the real me?
I had absolutely no idea.”

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, i have to mention once again how completely MIND BLOWN i am by my total change of heart regarding Ryder.

I went from despising the ground he walks on, to LOVING everything about him.
But i have to say, Ryder really had the biggest character development since KY and Lilah in Heart Recaptured.
He went from being a huge gullible and brainwashed person, and a real asshole, to one of the bravest, strongest but vulnerable and most lovable characters in the whole series. I completely fell in love with him, and i just wanted to protect him and shield him from the whole world.

In this book we find out that Ryder had no knowledge of the raping rituals, and the abuse that happened in the cult.

“Rider nodded and squeezed his eyes tightly shut as if ridding an unwanted image from his mind. “I didn’t know,” he said in a voice barely above a whisper. “I didn’t know, I refused to believe this of our people . . . until I saw it with my own two eyes and had no choice but to see its ugly truth.”

So when he witnesses a child about to get raped, he ends up killing the rapist, which gets him thrown by his twin(Judah) in a cell, with daily beatings scheduled for him as punishment until he repents. In the meantime Judah steals his identity as Prophet Cain since they’re identical.

I loved when he finally stood up to Judah, because it really showed that when push came to shove, he didn’t just sit back and allow all the fucked up shit in the cult to happen, he took action no matter how difficult it was for him to stand up against everyone in the cult, despite being alone.

“Hung up on this wooden cross, dying slowly with every punch to my ribs, chest and stomach, I felt no light in my heart. I only felt darkness consuming my soul. I only felt hatred forcing my heart to keep beating.
I felt evil flood my veins. And for once, I didn’t try to resist it. I embraced it. Gone was Prophet Cain; in his place, was a devil reborn.
One that bore no resemblance to the man before.”

He also never gave up no matter how bad he was beaten by the guards and no matter how lonely he felt. He stuck by his beliefs and was ready to die before he ever condoned the horrible things that happened in the cult.

“Spots flickered in front of my eyes and my lips cracked with dryness. I could no longer feel my arms at my side, and knew that I would soon be pulled under. I could feel it, coming to take me down. But I fought it. Every day I fought the effects of the punishments.
The fight in me was the only thing I had left.”

I really think this was the moment i actually started letting go of the hatred i felt in my heart towards Ryder, it was really early on in the book which really surprised. But i just couldn’t hate him when he was getting beat and punished every day, but was still determined not to give up and turn a blind eye to all the horrors he witnessed and now finally believed.

“I had started to pray that my own brother would die . . .
. . . and if those thoughts could only come from a sinner’s heart, then a sinner I was.”

Then just as he feels that he’s losing hope and can no longer take it anymore.

“I pressed my cheek to the hard stone floor and let the darkness take me.
If I was lucky, maybe I wouldn’t wake again.”

That’s when he meets Harmony, when she is imprisoned in the cell next to his.

“Rider,” Harmony said quietly. “I see such agony in your eyes that I feel it all the way down to my soul.”
My heart tore at the sadness in her voice. My throat clogged at her compassion. This is what this feels like, I thought. This is what affection was—unbarred, unforced… natural. No coercion. No panic. Just freely given.”

He instantly feel a connection to her and she becomes his salvation, his lifeline that brings a glimpse of hope and light to his fucked up situation.

“I will never forget how you made me feel.” I squeezed her hand. “How this touch reignited my hope when I had none left to cling to.” I let my fingertip drift along her bottom lip. “How these lips made my heart beat, when I was sure it could never beat again.”

I loved Harmony and Ryder together, i think they both went through so much and they really deserved to finally be happy with each other.

“I only let myself feel the beautiful woman in my arms. The woman that won my heart through a wall of stone. The one that fought for me with an unrivaled intensity… and one I would die to protect. I focused solely on the moment, letting the past drift away. Because only this was important. No religion, no duty, no club… just us. Just her.
The woman in my arms.
My heart.
My soul . . .
 . . . my deepest redemption...”

In this book, Ryder is the one who suffers the most, I felt like this whole book was just him getting beaten and tortured daily, add that to the loneliness and despair he felt, and my heart just completely broke. I was crying and emotional the whole time reading, all that suffering and loneliness really hit me right in the feels 😭💔

“Thank you . . . thank you so damn much for making me understand what it was like to be normal for a time. I didn’t know until you that I’d been living my entire life with blinders on. You . . .” I sucked in a breath. “You changed all that for me. You made me see the truth. Even though it was too late, I’m glad that I saw it. We should walk into death with our eyes and hearts wide open.”

Ryder’s a real damaged but wonderful man, and i love him so much. All the selfless acts and sacrifices he made throughout the book for Harmony, and all the other characters, especially since they were made at his own expense. You just can’t help but fall in love with this remarkable man 😍

“She was with me in my pain.
I stared into her eyes, and she stared into mine. No words were spoken, but they didn’t need to be. Words were useless right now. Our silent touch gave me more peace than I had ever felt in my entire life.
A single sweet touch took away the hurt . . . just for one cherished moment.”

Harmony:

‘’Once again he was the prisoner. I realized then that no matter where Rider went, here or the commune, he was always alone. Would always be alone. He was an eternal outcast. Never belonging in either world that he had walked in.’’ My poor baby 🥺😭

I wondered and thought a lot about who Ryder’s love interest would be.
Let me just say i am really shocked but extremely satisfied and happy with our heroine.

Harmony is one of the bravest and strongest heroines ever. Despite everything she went through, she was so determined and set on fighting back.
She was everything Ryder needed. I loved how caring and protective she was of him.

“Rider,” I said again, inching just that little bit closer. His hurt was like a magnet to me, and only I held the power to comfort him.”

She never gave up on him, no matter what obstacles stood in their way, no matter what everyone told her about him. ‘’If there was a man who physically represented a torn soul, it was Ryder‘’

“Rider’s face fell into an expression of utter rejection and despair. I watched his hand fall to land on his leg. His shoulders sagged in defeat. His eyes drifted downward and his skin paled. If there was ever an image of a man destroyed it was this. My heart tore into tiny fragments as I watched the hope leave his broken form.”

She was his hope when he was hopeless, the only one who ever stood by him, and his beacon of light guiding him through the darkest moments of his life.

“Rider,” I whispered and smoothed his long hair back from his damp face. “I am here . . . I am here.” My words only forced a louder cry from his mouth. I rocked him back and forth, my tears falling to mix with his on the dirt-ridden floor.
‘’I’m all alone,” he choked out through his agony. “I’m so fucking alone . . . so fucking confused . . . ”
“No,” I told him and moved my hands to his cheeks. My heart tore at how much pain he was in. I had never seen someone so destroyed.’’

I really loved Harmony, loved her and her compassionate, caring, gutsy and strong self. She really was the perfect match for Ryder, i couldn’t have asked for a better woman for him.

I’m so happy her and Ryder found each other.

“The only man that had ever shown me such affection and honor.
The pure prophet with the conflicted heart.
A heart I believed could be saved.
Even if mine was already damned.”

The only thing is i really wish we had more scenes between Ryder and Harmony, especially after they finally got their HEA, but oh well, I’m hoping to have some scenes of them in the next books 🤞

Judah:

Ughh whenever i think of Judah, i feel my blood boiling and the burn of hatred swelling in my chest. I hate this man so much, for all the horrifying things he did and orchestrated to happen in the cult, and for all the ways he manipulated and tortured Ryder.

He truly deserved to die the most horrible death, so it’s safe to say i am kind of unsatisfied with the way he died, i wanted torture and blood and just so much more than that. Plus i thought the way the cult was dealt with was pretty anticlimactic, but still i am happy that the cult is finally destroyed.

The MC men:

Omg i really never thought there would come a day when i would hate every single one of these bitches, especially not because of Ryder. But lord, i hated them with every fiber of my being, even my baby Flame!
I know, what a shock right, i am definitely shocked myself.

I seriously hated the way they took turns one by one torturing a man that has already been through enough suffering to last him a lifetime and some.
I know they had their reasons, and i know they have their rules that they have to stick by, but i was still extremely angry. And to make it all worse, even after what they put him through, they still treated him like the dirt under their shoes, and i just can’t stand by that.

I was pissed, and i don’t think i can forgive them anytime soon, I’m even tempted to go back to their books and rate them lower because they’re all asshole and i don’t like them anymore.
Literally fuck you all 🤬

Actually all of them except for Smiler, i liked him so much in this book, because although he was hurt and betrayed by Ryder’s actions, he didn’t hurt him, didn’t turn his back on him and in fact was actively trying to include Ryder in the MC again.

“Then I knew . . . the fucker took a dive. I shook my head, not believing it was true, that he’d pull a stupid stunt like that just to get me involved again. But when Smiler’s smirk turned into a grin, I saw the confirmation on his face.”

Ah i loved him 😍

Though i am feeling very homicidal towards the Hangmen, I’m still gonna read the next book because i love Phebe and i want her story badly!

Finally because this review is too long(i feel like i can only write long reviews for this series, because i always have so much to say), i will just say i love Deep Redemption, and to anyone who hasn’t read this series yet, READ IT!! It’s truly one of the best MC series ever, and it’s really worth it.

5 Gritty yet Redeeming Stars!

I cracked open the pages of Deep Redemption wondering how the heck Tillie Cole was going to take the ultimate anti-hero- guilty for doing such inhumane things all in the spirit of his messed up cult religion- and manage to find me forgiving him. If there's nothing I love more, it's the author's ability to take the ultimate anti-hero and gradually melt our hearts for him... Tillie Cole did that for me here in Deep Redemption .

Prior to reading this, I was astounded by all the huge warnings and requests to please not post spoilers. This entire freaking book is a spoiler. A spoiler for all the previous books in the series AND all the happenings between these pages. So I'll keep it short...

Hades Hangmen series is one of the most gritty, emotionally jarring dark, taboo series I've read. Tillie Cole has the ability to paint such a clear picture, her readers can't help but cringe at the events that occur for her heroes and heroines. She kept true to that theme with this book but also added, deep within the darkness and vengeance, a feeling of healing and redemption. Can a person whose lived a life of twisted, faith-driven depravity get a second chance? Is he worthy of a second chance?

A second thing Tillie Cole stood true with in Deep Redemption is taking a very scarred and damaged heroine and made her tough... able to rise from the ashes life bestowed upon her and support her man against all popular opinion. Her heroines have steel backbones and an unbreakable bond to their family and their men like no other.

Hades Hangmen series has one common theme- second chances. Second chances at life, love, redemption. It's a tough road each character travels to get to that happy resolution but it's hard-fought and relentless.

This book was virtually unputdownable. Scenes so pictorially graphic, I had a hard time turning them off in my head after closing my kindle. It'll make you disgusted, angry, sad, and swooning in relief all within its pages. Another great installment in the Hades Hangmen series.

5 LA MEJOR NOVELA DEL 2016 STARS

Este es el libro numero 4 de la serie Hades Hangmen, y si han llegado a este punto es porque cuentan con un estomago fuerte y un corazón aun mas.
description

Heme aquí tratando de escribir una reseña con el corazón roto, con lagrimas en los ojos, con el alma desgarrada, y con un nudo en el estomago.

description

Heme aquí amando un libro que muestra una historia tan cruel y violenta.

Heme aquí perdonando a Rider un personaje que hiso cosas tan atroces que no merecía se perdonado, pero que sin duda recibio su castigo y mas.

"You made me seethe truth. Even though it was too late, I'm glad that I saw it. We should walk into death with our eyes and hearts wide open."

description

Heme aquí derramando un torrente de lagrimas por una de las escenas mas crueles, tristes y retorcidas que jamás había leído.
Heme aquí odiando y admirando a la mas sacrificada, fuerte y decidida de las Cursed woman of Eve.

"The fellow sinner had formed a bond with me that I had never had before. Two prisioners, finding solace in the other's voice and the simple touch of a hand."

description

Heme aquí tratando de darle sentido a un romance con olor a muerte, tan intenso y apasionante.
description

No diré nada mas, solo que es uno de los mejores libros que he leído este año y que los Hades ya se volvieron mi serie favorita de Bikers.

Tillie Cole tengo 3 mensajes para ti:
