I had been two men in my life. I was beginning to understand that neither of them were real. They were both the ultimate pretenders. Rider pretended to be a Hangman, but always stood on the outside, looking in. Cain pretended he was a prophet, outwardly faking strength, yet drowning in fear underneath. But if both of these men were a ruse, then who the hell was I? Who was the real me?
“You changed it all. You changed everything.”As much as I loved Rider, nothing compared to the love I had for the woman he was paired with. There has never been a woman with that much strength in these books. It blew me away. I loved that she had been through so much, yet still had so much love, compassion and such a backbone! Her story was hard to read, much like Rider’s in some ways, yet she was so so strong. She gives hope, light and love just by being her. And strength. If it wasn’t for this woman, I’m not sure if Rider would have ever found that strength deep within himself.
“You are a good person, Rider. A pure soul always finds love. Even through hate, they will always find the ability to claim love.”
“I’m not good. I don’t believe that.”
“Then I will believe it for you.”
In such a short space of time, she had become my everything. My morning, noon and night. My reason to wake each day. In the end, she had been the greatest blessing I could have prayed for.
A saint for the ultimate sinner.

Who was the real me?

I focused on solely on the moment, letting the past drift away. Because only this was important. No religion, no duty, no club…just us. JUST HER.
The woman in my arms.
My heart. My soul…MY DEEPEST REDEMPTION.

I had been two men in my life
“A pure soul always finds love. Even through hate, they will always find the ability to claim love.”

"Two prisoners, finding solace in the other’s voice and the simple touch of a hand."Rider is wasting away in a cell after his twin brother has stolen his identity as the leader of The Order. When Rider realized what was truly happening to the people of his so-called "faith," he fought back. This rebellion has landed him a daily appointment to torture sessions and a cold dark cell. Refusing to repent, it seems as though Rider is finally paying for the sins of his past.

“My name means nothing. I am devil-created, perfectly designed to make men sin. I am sin personified. I am the magnet to the evil that hides deep inside . . . ”Harmony has been hidden for years from the prophet. As a "cursed daughter of Eve," Harmony is destined to be forced to marry the prophet and face sexual torment and physical abuse at the hands of the men. When she is discovered, she is instantly transported to a cell. With only a small hole to communicate, she discovers Rider. Rider and Harmony form a bond and grow close. However, when all the secrets are revealed, will Harmony truly be able to love a man who has caused so much pain and heartbreak. When the Hades Hangmen get their hands on Rider, is he strong enough to survive?

"I loved him. Somehow, miraculously, in all of the madness, stress and grief of the past few weeks . . . I had given my heart to this man. A man whose spirit was just as fragile as my own. And I could save him. I was determined to redeem him of his wrongs."Told in dual POV, Deep Redemption has all of the elements that I adore in the Hades Hangmen Series. With complex characters, a raw and gritty plot, loyal brothers, and smoking hot steam, Rider and Harmony's story did not disappoint. The stakes are high for Rider as he is forced to make amends for the wrong he is done and find the strength within to forgive himself. The connection between Harmony and Rider is tender and passionate and is the driving force of the action in the plot. The secondary characters play a critical role in the story arc. The sisters, finally healed from the brokenness of their past, stand together and affirm their love and faith in each other and the Hades Hangmen finally have the opportunity to seek vengeance against The Order and Rider! Although I was pleased with the outcome of the ending, I am certainly anxious for more resolution for Rider and the brothers of the MC. I can only hope that Ms. Cole will offer us more resolution and healing for Rider and the brothers as the series continues.

He was two sides of the same coin, a man straddling a barrier only known in his heart.
"I'm lonely. I'm so damn lonely that I can barely breathe."
"A pure soul always finds love. Even through hate, they will always find the ability to claim love."
"I'm not good. I don't believe that."
"Then I will believe it for you."
"You have been the only good I've ever known. You've been the heaven I was searching for after all. Not the faith, or the prayers...just you...only you."
"It is my eternal right to love you. And I will fight for that right until the sun sets on my life."
“I’m lonely,” I said, brokenly. “I’m so damn lonely that I can barely breathe.”

“You have been the heaven I was searching for after all. Not the faith, or the prayers…just you…only you."
“So fucking beautiful and perfect. And mine. Truly mine, in every way. But I don’t deserve you. Not even one little bit.”
"Repent! Repent and bow down to the profit!" Brother James screamed as I hung from the chains in the ceiling.
"I will never forget how you made me feel." I squeezed her hand. "How this touch reignited my hope when I had none left to cling to."
My heart. My soul... ...my deepest redemption.

She wanted me, despite my transgressions.
The woman who won my heart through a wall of stone. The one who fought for me with an unrivaled intensity...and one i would die to protect.

I forgive you. I love you. It is time to be free.
"I'm not good," he argued. "I don't believe that."
I smiled. Pressing my forehead to his, I said, "Then I will believe it for you."
"I would gladly be his redemption, if he would finally forgive himself first."
"I...I have no home," he said sadly.
Taking his hand from my face, I placed it over my racing heart. "Yes you do. Your home is right here."
"Against the odds, we found one another in hell."

"You made me seethe truth. Even though it was too late, I'm glad that I saw it. We should walk into death with our eyes and hearts wide open."
"The fellow sinner had formed a bond with me that I had never had before. Two prisioners, finding solace in the other's voice and the simple touch of a hand."
