A cute booklet, about live in the United Kingdom in general, with nites about each part, daily life, culture, and important statistics, very good information for people with interest in this subject.
The main purpose of the book is English language learning, through interesting facts and stats.

4. a)They are to be do "afternoon tea" as they drink three cups of tea on each day. They also drinks one and half cup of coffee each day.
b)First, I got interested in this phrase. I saw it first time in the passage, I was very surprised. Because I think if they drink them so much, they are to get tired of it, but the fact is fault. They really love it.

5.Before I read this, I have a kind of stereotype to Britain. For example, I think the Britsh men all look like gentlemen so I think they are the last person that being divorced with their wives. But, suprisingly, this book said, there were 283,700 mariages and more than 160,000 divorces (in 2005). So the percentages of both are 1.5:1 and the reason why they got divorced was the men forced houseworks only their wives. So this fact is far away from my old images. And about sports, i think the football is the most popular and to play in Britain because I've already know its origin was there. But in this book, they like to do walking or running as a sport. So this stereotype of mine was overtuned. As I mentioned, I could learn the real British from this book, So I liked this very much and if I am free, I will try to read it again.

I wanted to know about more details of England!! This book was really useful. I could more understand about people, divore, family, and food. I really want to visit to England><.

-I would like to visit there because I would like to visit lots of famous cities and places like London. I also would like to compare with pronunciation in English between America and England. It will be fun! I would like to try to eat British food!!

2. According to one survey, the most popular pets in Britain is fish!!
26.6 million people have fish. What do you think about it?
-I imagine that most popular pet is dog. I was surprised to read that! In my case, I would like to have goldfish.

5. This book is an introduction about Britain. I learned a lot of things, for example, famous pets in Britain, British business, and food. However, this book didn't mention anything about music, so I was shocked. I think music must be part of British lfe, because there are a lot of famous musicians in Britain, such as Eric Clapton, Queen, and the Beatles. That is why I gave this book two stars.

5. This book is written about British in detail.
In my opinion, foreign couples are always on good term with them each other, for example, kissing before go to work and spend time with on holidays. In fact, rate of divorce is very high, so I was amazed by this. I like this book very much.
