This is a great book for any church leader, lay or ordained. A great and graspable discussion guide for any team working on finance and holistic stewardship. Practical and broadly minded all at once. Great for any size congregation.

Solid overview of the concepts of adaptive change, design thinking, and stewardship as a year round practice. Not much that was new but it is a solid book for congregational leadership to understand stewardship and generosity.
