Rate this book
When Megan Douglas finds herself about to marry a man she hates, she calls her best friend to save her. Hunter Abbott would move mountains to make sure that Megan gets the happy ending she deserves, but when he finds out her father is trying to blackmail her into a loveless marriage, he decides that there is only one option to keep her safe -- to marry her first. The fringe benefits of a marriage of convenience to a billionaire can’t be that bad can they?

Megan can’t remember how she ended up where she is, but now all she wants to do is find her sister and figure out how she fell head over heels for her best friend. Everything is falling apart around her, and now she has to figure out to handle the future. Is being Mrs. Hunter Abbott really such a hardship? Having a sexy, billionaire husband can’t be all that bad, especially if he can help save her sister from a fate worse than death.

Can Megan and Hunter manage turning from friends to lovers and actually live happily ever after? Or will their marriage be over before it even gets started?

Stolen Memories is a novella and once again one that maybe would have been better as a full length story. As it was everything happened super quickly, Megan was really annoying, and it was all a bit of a mess for me.

Megan is going to be forced to marry a guy she hates so her bff Hunter steps in to marry her instead. Only she loses her memories and then has to figure everything out again. She has fallen for her bff, but when her memories start come back there are some issues. She was...whiny and I didn't like her. At all. So it was not such a good read. Oh well, it was a quick one so I didn't waste a lot of time with it.

Alyson Reynolds another fantastic story my dear, you’re amazing and unstoppable. “Stolen Memories” is another book to add to my amazing list of successes written by this wonderful author.
This book is exciting but the fear and the unknown lurk between every page you read. The whole book is told from the point of view of Megan. Megan is a girl who ran away on her wedding day because she hated the guy she was about to married and because she didn’t wanted to be treated like a business trade. Business that was transacted by her own father, who ought to protect and love her unconditionally. So she calls her best friend to resue her from this nightmare.
Can friendship turn to love? Can you find hapiness when you think that you can't? Will everything turn out in a good way?
“Stolen Memories” have agonized parts, a lot of tragedy, betrayal and violence but also has a lot of love and friendship to the mixture. When everything looked like a bed of roses, that this story would unfold without too many mishaps and behold Alyson had another idea making the story much more intense. And my God the hot scenes are described in detail. I loved every chapter, every sentence, every word, I just love a book that captivates from the first page.
Alyson Reynolds thank you for another beautiful and captivating story and I must say that I devoured this book in one day, and i want more, i want more books from you love.

This is a new author for me, and I am SO glad I gave her a try.

This novella features Megan and Hunter, childhood best friends. At the start of this story Megan finds herself in a situation she'd rather not be in. So, she does the only thing she can think of, and calls Hunter. Showing up, Hunter decides to marry Megan, in order to protect her.

But then, Megan loses her memory. Now she's fighting to find her sister, while also battling for her lost memories.
One complaint: it wasn't long enough! This was a wonderful story, and I know it is a novella, but I wished it could have been longer.

The characters were sweet and interesting. The best friend relationship between Hunter and Megan was well represented and I enjoyed watching that evolve and change. Also, the storyline was intriguing. I got so into it, that I wished there could have been more pages to delve into the plot just a bit more.

Also, I should add, that I enjoyed both Megan and Hunter. Often when I read I get drawn to one character, and kind of take their side. I feel that both characters were equal here and I didn't feel the relationship was unbalanced or unfair.

Overall, this is a read that will keep your attention and steal your heart.

Filled with drama and heat it will keep you turning the pages. Friends to lovers to so much more. Just a great quick read.

Megan hates the fiance that her dad set her up with so she calls her friend Hunter Abbott. He's the boss of his company and very rich. Megan calls Hunter to come and rescued her from her creep of a fiance. She lost her memories and Hunter tries to remind her about her past.

Forced marriage & memory loss??

I could have given this 4 stars if the h wasn't so crazy! Seriously! The H rescues her from a forced wedding, then from crazy ex-fiancée, saves her sister from abusive marriage then she gets mad at him for lying to her when her memory returns? Overall it was a good story just couldn't 'buy in' to the h.

Quick easy happy read

I liked the novel. It was easy, enjoyable and fast. However, no 5th star because of how fast. Everything felt rushed. This would be an amazing dramatic story with some more detail.

Great story, but something was lacking for me. I feel like if it was a full book instead of a novella I would have liked it more.
