When 15-year-old- Caitie Finlay moves from San Diego with her little brother Robbie to their grandparents’ farm on Loch Ness, she thinks her life is over. What she doesn’t know is that with the snap of a photo it really could be. On the other side of the Loch, one of the fae has been poisoned deep in the heart of their mountain. Mungan, the Protector of the Daoine Shi sets out to find the one who committed the vile deed and the fairy Leannan fears she’s a likely suspect. Feeling forced to flee, Leannan steps through a portal and the fae and mortal realms collide with tragic consequences when Caitie’s camera captures the fairy’s magic. Mungan now has two wrongs to right, and Caitie’s caught in the middle. Can unlikely alliances form and four heroes from two different worlds work together? They must if they hope to find the truth and save one another.
