I only read 'The Hollow' this time but Goodreads isn't listing it singly.

This one was particularly good. I couldn't figure out at all the direction it was leading and the end was a complete surprise. The quirks of personality for several of the characters were written so well with much more depth than Christie sometimes gives. This one might haunt me a bit.

This book was unlike any Agatha Christie book I've ever read (or, in this case, listened to). It starts with deeply developed character development, which continues throughout, but Poirot doesn't even show up until about one-third to halfway in. The characters are deeply developed, the plot is surprising, and this is the most well-written novel by Christie I've ever read. It's different! But if you don't mind different, I recommend.
