This book.

It breaks the healthy function of the brain down so simply. This is my second time reading this book, and I am gaining more insights. I will read it some more and more closely also. Great work.

Simplistic and Out-dated

The author needs to provide an evidence-based update this simplified overview. This is especially true for the nutritional requirements for optimizing brain health.
