4.8 Rush and Hannah were high school sweethearts but split up after they graduated as she didn't want him to join an MC. Years later she is hurt when another club kidnaps the young girls on the bus on their way to camp. Now all Hannah can think about are those poor children especially Isabel she is drawn to the little girl who is an orphan. The Blue Devils are determined to find the girls and seek justice against the Chupacabras. This story shows that no matter how long you are separated if you are meant to be together you will find one another again.

I really enjoyed reading both of these books in this series. I loved Lain and Rush was just as good.

I really loved this one. The characters were good. The plot has twists and turns and will keep you turning the pages until the very end.

Aw Rush & Hannah. Young love rekindled. Hannah is a strong character and loved the connection she has with Isabel. I figured the way the story was going that she/they would end up adopting her. Rush (Timmy) I know he hates his given name & what his family stood for. Kind of an off the wall hot head, but good for the story. They make a great couple. Another story well written and throughly enjoyed.

I so feel in love with Rush and Blue's story. Who wouldn't love hot alpha biker Rush! I loved the plot. The storyline flowed smoothly and I was hooked from the very beginning! This is a heart-warming story of love lost and found due to miscommunications. Our characters had to grow up to realize exactly what they had together. The characters to me were easily relatable and had some depth to them. Worth reading! So much so I've added it to my personal Kindle Library! Can't wait for the next one in the series!

This is a intriguing and action-packed MC romance and I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. The story "Rush" starts off with the abduction of children in Mexico and covers Hannah Blue Wright, a school teacher on the bus who was shot when the children were being abducted. Timothy David Blackburn (aka Rush) a MC rider for the Blue Devils, sees the breaking news of the abduction, and that Hannah has been shot and rushes off to protect her because there is history between them and he still loves and needs her. What you will find in this story is drama, suspense, intrigue, action, humor, abducted children, being shot, coma, emotional feelings, visiting in hospital, protection, attempted murder, Chupacabra gang in Mexico, escape from hospital, a bike, shock, ride to clubhouse, fighting between friends, going to Rush's house, club chapel meeting, phoning father, lies, police, questions, "Turbo" traitorous wing man-dog, eating out, father visiting, talking, Chupacabra's wanting to sell children for sex-trade, finding bus driver, 2 drunk women, intimate moments, going out for the day, discussions of feelings, friends engagement, MC Blue devils save children, adoption plans, disagreements, a proposal and tender loving erotic scenes. The story-line and plot is well thought out and written and keeps the readers attention. The characters are well developed with personalities and moods suited to the situations they find themselves in. This is a well written MC romance with a HEAnand I will recommend this book to people that like to read this kind of book

This is the second series of the Blue Devils MC and it covers the story of Timothy David Blackburn "Rush" longtime relationship with Hannah Blue Wright. The friendship between the trio (Lain, Rush,Blue) as children manifest itself to hatred due to different desires in life. Hannah and Blue met at her father wedding and became lovers not knowing each other would leave on rocky terms (Rush joins the Blue Devils with Lain and Hannah leaves for college). After thirteen years apart, Rush noticed breaking news on TV of Hannah misfortune and the kidnapping of the 30 little girls. Rush knew then that he had to protect her no matter the cost and ran to be by her side. Rush was truly a strong alpha male with protective instinct and true love for Hannah. It had great character development among all the supporting characters. I will not ruin your reading pleasure with telling the dangerous and intensified part but know that when the ending came I thought it was well played out and written well. Overall, it's an amazing story!!!! Pick up this book! It is a quick and easy read, but I guarantee it will be well worth your time and effort.

This book picks up on a storyline that began in book one, Lain, but focuses on Rush and his lost love Hannah Blue. When Blue Devil VP, Rush, learns that his high school sweetheart was shot by another MC, he races to her side, believing no one can protect her as well as he can. Rush hopes he finally has a chance to work things out with Blue, the only woman he has ever loved, but fears that if she finds out the truth about the Blue Devil MC's part in what happened to her, he might lose her for good.
I am crazy about this series. Lain is the first book, which is also included in this volume, and I have to admit it's still my favorite, but I also loved Rush. It's sweet and sexy with some suspense. This author just has the ability to pull you right into the story and make you a part of it and I couldn't put it down. I can't wait for the next book.

Well written about a biker reaching for his second chance at love after years of feeling dead, empty of all good things in life. Rush unexpectedly sees the face of his lost love on a tv news cast reporting she was shot in the head, lying in a coma, thanks to the nastiest, most violent Mexican gang, the Chupacabras. He immediately runs to her side determined to protect her. The journey that Rush & Hannah travel seeking the kidnapped children and searching for answers for their troubled hearts is well written and will keep you hanging on for the adventure. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review and I happily award five stars for a job well done.

Hannah was traveling with her students to church camp when a bunch of bikers it to bus driver to pull over. She doesn't know what's about to happen, but the one thing she knows is that she needs to protect Isabel and try to get out of this situation. Rush is such a great read! It shows you that no matter how much time passes or what differences are there some people are just meant to be. Rush has a slight issue with acting on emotion, but only when it comes to Blue. Blue is a free spirit with a big heart. Ella is smart and funny and really balances Lain's hard attitude. It's an action packed story that was a quick read for me because I didn't want to put it down. I like that she didn't skimp on words. When Blue has to tell her story a couple times, she writes it and you read it a couple times. I like that. It gives you the chance to pick up details you may have missed. Well done Ashley! Can't wait to read your next book!!

Rush and Hannah Blue have a history, they were together when they were younger. But when graduation came Hannah walked away from Rush to experience the world and go to school. Now when Hannah is in the hospital after surviving a shot to the head and the girls she was a teacher for being kidnapped. Rush will do whatever it takes to keep Hannah safe and hopefully this time she will choose to stay with him because he has never stopped loving her. I got this book as an arc and it was a great read.
Lots of action, evil, trust difficulties and some bad boys.
Rush get the fright of his life when he realizes a deal they made with his MC but was cancelled last minute almost cost the life of his lover from the past. She is hurt and she needs protection and he is in for it.
They find out they still have feelings for each other, but there are somethings which have to be solved first.
Like finding the kidnapped girls and telling each other the truth.
Not an easy love, but worth to fight for.

Rush and Hannah loved each other and seemed destined for each other but life got in the way. It has been many years and danger brings them back together.
I love MC romances and enjoyed the story. These two have a real love for each other in addition to their desire. The characters are very well written and I enjoyed spending time with them. This is the second book in the series and the first is included so you don't have to miss any of the story.

When Rush finds out he stops everything to go to her side. 13 years apart seems like a lifetime but he cannot let her go.
Their past is full of love and regret. He vows to keep her safe and this is when Hannah realizes she must stop running.
This book blew me away. The love and anger and hurt these two characters have is breathtaking. Excellent writing.

Young love. Heartbreak. Reunited with an adventurous twist. Hannah Blue and Rush have a passionate history and the chemistry was not lost. What was once thought to be the best choice for them makes them revisit those and make different choices this time - however, there's danger around the corner that keeps you just at the edge of your seat.
I love that there is a HEA in this book and that the characters surprise you with their personalities and their goals. It's refreshing and definitely draws you in.

What a ride. Thirteen years may have passed, but Rush has only ever loved Hannah. She gets thrown into the middle of this biker war and Rush only has one thing on his mind....protect his Blue at all costs. Plenty of twists and turns in this story that have you turning the pages and holding your breath. I'm a fan of Ashley now and can't wait to read more. Hannah and Rush high school sweethearts go their separate ways after graduation. Thirteen years later after Hannah is in trouble and Rush comes to protect her. The attraction is stronger than ever. This is a fast paced action packed MC read. Rush and Blue met in high school but had very didn’t paths planned for afterwards. Rush was going to join the Blue Devils and Blue was going to leave their small town. Thirteen years later she is back and in trouble and Rush doesn’t plan on letting go this time. Plenty of suspense and drama and the chemistry between Rush and Blue is steamy. I really liked it!

This book is a wonderful follow up and a great stand alone.

So, you're a tough guy, huh?
Ashley Rhodes writes a fun, interesting story about what makes family and duty in a motorcycle club setting.
An adult novel for content and language, it is a good romance novel.
There were a couple of draw backs. Things that could have been gone into, but, would have spoiled some of the fun of the story.
Book 2 handles some of those issues better.
Both books are good. Together, they are better.

I was asked to this wonderful story, for a honest review. I read the blurb and thought this story might be interesting. Boy oh boy was I ever right. It keeps you on your toes. There are a lot of twists and turns. It like the old in day knight in shine arm, but with a twist a shine bike. Mmm. Great story, I can't wait tell the next one is out.

This book is definitly a must read. I couldn't put it down until I was finished and I want more. With it's action packed story line and fall in love, sexy scenes , this book is more than a 5 star. After 13 years Hannah and Rush have reunited and the ends of a gun isn't the only thing smoking. I was gifted this book for an honest review and I tell you , don't pass it up

I couldn't put it down once I started reading it. I can't wait to go back and read book 1 to this series too.

Hannah/ blue was rush's first love there families wanted the match but instead of leaving copper lode rush stayed & joined a motorcycle club.
Blue left at the first opportunity 13 years later circumstances pull them together.
This series is just getting better.

I received this book in exchange for a honest review. It's an edge of your seat, heart pounding, scream at your kindle kinda book. Love the banter between Rush and Hannah. If you like to read romances about bikers, then this is a book for you.
