I never fail to learn something new when I read a book from this fun and interesting series. The human body with its intricate parts and processes is certainly amazing. Here are a few highlights, but don’t worry, I’ve left out the more disgusting facts in case you’d really rather not know!

All people with blue eyes have one common ancestor.

Fingernails grow fastest on the hand you write with.

Your eyes have more than two million moving parts.

Your body’s smallest muscle is tinier than a grain of rice.

Some people dream only in black and white.

Newborn babies have tiny amounts of gold in their hair.

300 facts about the human body. I couldn't not read this. So much information and some of that was about pee. Perfect for the 9 year old boy in all of us.

Cool things to learn, though gross in some parts. I suppose the facts arent supposed to be comforting, just fun, abd they were!

My nine-year-old son's favorite word is 'weird', and he will read anything that is science-based, so he loved this series. He really enjoyed sharing with me his newly-acquired facts about the human body.

The book felt kind of weird to me. Because it was about different things like. One thing and then another thing. About the body.

It was fun to read; it took me less than an hour I am pretty sure. I loved it but it was really fast. I would give it a 4.5 but it doesn’t let me. :)

I love learning about weird facts, but they're true. Humans have the same number of hairs on their bodies per square inch as gorillas.
