Not terribly ground-breaking but encouraging and practical. I do wonder though if some of the personal tales recounted lowered the bar a little too far. Maybe I'm just jealous because breastfeeding and pregnancy prevent me blithely imbibing every day at 5 o'clock, as recommended by quite a lot of mums, including the author, in this book. Skipped through the final chapters.
