The final installment of this six-book series is probably the best of the bunch. The previous five were off and on. This one really clicked. Lots of action and more development of the Cybernarc character, Little too late, though.

The Cybernarc is starting to have independent thoughts. He attacks a group of drug runners in South America when all he's supposed to do is watch them. He has his face changed to look like a head of a drug cartel to infiltrate a big meeting of all the heads of the cartels. They are discussing what to do about the upcoming operation Takedown. American soldiers with help of local troops are planning to disable the drug suppliers to the extreme. Cybernarc and his human partner are right in the middle.
