About the author

As far back as I can remember, I've had a love affair with books. I loved to live vicariously through each character, and dreamed of the day when I'd write my own books. I loved to write and make up stories, a talent which was both loved and hated by many of my English teachers. As I got older, I had teachers encourage me to write, but they admonished me to ‘stop writing the weird stuff and tone down the sarcasm!' But what fun is that?

However, my other love was music, and playing clarinet and saxophone ended up paying my way through college by way of a scholarship. As is often the case, life happened and I didn't get back to writing until 2003, when my husband and son encouraged me to ‘stop talking about it, and go do it!' So, I joined my local Romance Writers of America chapter and poured myself into learning everything I could about writing and publishing, and both the business and creative side of being a writer.

I worked hard, and in ten months wrote INTO A DANGEROUS MIND, and set about the business of submitting and entering contests while I moved on to writing STONE MAIDEN. I entered dozens of contests and rewrote and revised that book several dozen times. I also received tons of great rejections from both agents and editors. Yes - you read right - GREAT rejections. Most of them saying, "we really liked your story, but it has the following weaknesses..." With every one, I refined and rewrote and learned everything I could. Then in October 2004, I received the fateful ‘call.' Okay, it was an email, but thus began one of the best chapters in my life. Since then, I've hit the ground running and never looked back. I also write under the pen name Cassie Ryan.

I currently live in sunny Arizona with my two favorite men--my husband and my son--and our two cats.

Another Gargoyle book but with a different twist. Only four in their existence are left and a prophecy that seems to involve all four. I love how it places emphasis​ on how God rewards obedience and hardwork and offers redemption.

hhhhhhhhhhhhh novel yg aneh terjemahan yg ancur
lengkaplah sudah........

ariel, salah 1 klan gargoyle yg tersisa, memiliki perusahaan sekurity bersama ke 3 saudarinya.
kali ini mendapat tugas dari malaikat tertinggi Gabriel untuk melindungi logan macallister, artis & song writer.
yg tidak disangka ariel adl logan tidak spt manusia biasanya, ada sesuatu dlm diri logan yg membuat ariel sangat tertarik.
lha apesnya melindungi logan artinya ariel harus berhubungan kembali dengan james wellington, vampire yg sudah mematahkan hatinya 200 tahun yg lalu.
james adl logan's business manager.
tapi mau tidak mau ariel sudah menerima tugas untuk melindungi logan.
jadi ariel & ke 3 adik2nya harus sekuat tenaga melaksanakannya.

mo cerita lebih banyak ttg nih novel tp apa yg mau diceritain?? lha dari awal sampe akhir aq bosen berat baca nih novel....
disini bercerita ttg gargoyle yg cantik & tangguh.
tp dari awal bayanganku ttg gargoyle adl spt yg digambarkan di novel2 alexandra ivy jd untuk bayangin kecantikan 4 kakak beradik knight duh susyehhhhh
yg kebayang malah ekor mereka xixixixixixi.

yg kubaca terjemahan & terus terang terjemahannya duh ga banget
bikin pusing orang bacanya
so... ga banget deh dengan buku ini

Ariel Knight harus mengawal seorang pencipta lagu terkenal Logan McAlister yang juga merupakan anak dari mantan kekasihnya James, seorang vampire kuno, karena merupakan perintah lansung dari Sang Penciptanya dan diberitahukan melalui Malaikat tertinggi yaitu Gabriel.

Ariel yang sejak pertemuan pertama lansung merasakan getar membahana terhadap Logan tidak perlu menunggu waktu lama untuk terjadinya penyatuan untuk memuaskan keinginan mereka. Disatu sisi Ariel harus menjaga keselamatan dari Logan yang mendapat banyak ancaman pembunuhan dari Succubus, Mumi, Vampire bahkan Penyihir Kuno.

Disayangkan ada beberapa ketikan yang salah dan beberapa bagian yang tidak pas,tapi over all semua menarik

Oke.. Buku ini emang buku terjemahan.. Dan setelah membacanya Yap aku setuju banget dengan bbrp pendapat bahwa terjemahannya anjuran banget.. Hehehe.. Tapi so far.. Cukup menyenangkan sambil ngebayangin bahasa Inggris nya maksudnya gimana.. Meskipun akhirnya janggal.. Hahaha.. Tp cukuplah menghibur.. Jadi ingin seri lainnya dan juga mencari yang Inggris ya..

Enjoyed that this was something different and was about gargoyle girls and they were fun, and spunky to read about. Was an entertaining read, Fire Maiden is next and I think it will be a definite read!
