I have been avoiding some things recently, and when I talked to a friend about it, he told me to do something. So, I downloaded Procrastination by William Harris. It is a self-help book that dives into the gory details about how to get out of your way.
The book breaks down the issues into what William calls his ten secrets (positive habits). I got the most use out of number 5: Create a specific, time-bound to-do list. I also liked the subchapter: Find motivation within successful people. This concept was quite eye-opening.
This book is terrific, and I got a lot out of it. I recommend it to anybody who constantly puts tasks off and desires to be a better, more productive person.
