Focusing Your Church Board: Using the Carver Policy Governance Model
Church boards are often the scene of confusion, conflict, and chaos. What’s the job of a board? What’s the role of the pastor in relation to the board? This is a great introduction to policy governance. Hull gives enough detail to help you understand without getting bogged down in the weeds. He brings understanding by keeping it practical and focused.
