Wow Wow Wow!
Victoria did it again. Made me LOL. I was in the bath, Jimmie was sleeping in the bedroom. He can see me from where he is at.When I read the part about little Grey peeing on the floor & Greyson's boot. I laughed so loud I woke Jimmie up. Then I snorted. I had a bit of a laughing fit. He said. Must be the good part. I said it is all the good part!!! My bath lasted a good 2 hours. When I got out I proceeded to finish the book.
It is hard to pick favorites, because Victoria just keeps putting out words that make me happy. I consume them like food.
Yes I loved this book. I read it all at once. Could not put it down.
The story between Cinead (Ken) & Starfire (Star) is so compelling you just have to keep reading till you get to the HEA! As usual from Victoria this book made me gasp, Laugh out loud, kept me on tenterhooks. It has action & adventure. Even if you are not a Victoria Danann fan you will really like this book. What are you waiting for get your copy today!

I had such a good time reading this third book. I already loved the Black Swan series, but here she goes again reminding you why Victoria is such a fantastic writer. The characters are stubborn, and at times silly. They make you fall in love with them almost immediately. The story flows at a great pace, and the story line won't let you put this down. This series is all about loyalty and heart.

Ms. Danann always delights with her ability to create worlds and characters that draw the reader in and makes them feel as if they are right there being part of the tale. Cinaed is the youngest of the 3 brothers...the steady one, the studious one.

Starfire has traveled from Loti Dimension with her cousins to this new and strange land unsure of what this journey has in store for her until she meets Cinaed.

Together along with 3 others they'll undertake a journey across the mountain facing the unknown and discovering that anything can happen when you very least expect it.

Cinaed and Starfire start out on the wrong note and things kinda progress from there. Then when they are thrown together for an adventure with an unexpected outcome things get rocky. Fate and realization have a way of slapping you in the face when least expected. Victoria Danann's books are like taking a walk into the woods on a beautiful misty day, you never know what to expect.

Fire Wolf

I love Victoria Danann’s writing style. I find myself devouring each book as though I’m starving. However, (and this will be the first time I’ve said anything negative) when I started reading Fire Wolf and the whole way that the remaining Elk Mountain pack had come to be in the new world was completely different from book 2 really drove me crazy. Victoria should have caught this major error or at least one of her editing people should have. I wanted to give this a 3 star just for that but I enjoyed the story too much and understand how much work goes into writing, I couldn’t go below 4 stars.

Wrapping this trilogy, Windwalker and the remaining wolves are ready to move to the new world; Starfire, his mate’s adult niece was someone unexpected in the new world, especially by Cinaed, who was visiting his uncle while awaiting his cousin Windwalker’s arrival.

At first glance Starfire and Cin felt the mate pull but Cin was determined to ignore it, he liked his freedom with the other females. Besides, he’d just agreed to take four others on an expedition over the mountain. Against Cin’s wishes, Star volunteered and was on the expedition. In a bear attack, Cin is knocked out and Star is lost over a snowy cliff.

Good addition to series, but... 2.5 stars rounded up

I've got a small beef with this story. I cant rate a story I like more than three stars of I don't like the character(s) and I didn't really like the H. When the H comes in contact with who is supposed to be his mate, yet screws some one RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER, no, no I can't like this character. It might not be a big deal with a lot of readers, but honestly, it automatically ALWAYS ruins a book for me. They weren't actually "together" yet, so it wasn't technically cheating, but for ME, it might as well be. Boo!!

Interesting Storyline Kept Anticipation High

Enjoyed this paranormal love story very much. Anticipation of the two werewolves eventually getting together had a couple of conditions that aren't usually part of the problems faced by mated pairs. Fear and recalcitrance by the male wolf, and interference by a lust-driven mountain lion. Totally different scenarios from the usual problems that confront the hea ending.

Loved it

Waw, I couldn't put it down even had the fella make tea i was to engrossed lol.
Whilst trying to forget about each other and not succeeding they both offer them selves on an expedition to find What s beyond the peak/other side of the mountain.
When an unfortunate turn of events leaves Ken thinking the worst it hits home that he wants/needs star to be safe and his mate where she belongs.

Victoria! Please write faster!

This review is really for the entire series. I hate reaching the end of this series - really hate it! This is a wonderful tale. The individual books are well written with a minimum of grammar errors - always a criteria near the top of my list. The characters are interesting. The worlds are well developed and different enough to keep the reader intrigued and the plots are great fun. Totally deserves the awards already won.

This was not one of my favorites books of Victoria Danann. It was too straight forward with not many challenges or problems for the characters. I like to read about how the various characters deal with various problems within their community and with their emotions. The New Scotia Pack series was more a story of how couples met, kind of had some issues and then seamlessly resolved them. It seemed like an outline without all the problems that face us each day.

Another mating

Great story!

When Ken, the youngest of the triplets, meets his mate on his Uncle's territory, he wants nothing to do with her.

Starfire doesn't know why the wolf from Scotia is so cruel to her when they both know that they are mates; so she avoids him for almost 6 months. It takes her being stranded on a mission for Ken to open up his eyes to what he's been missing.

Is he too late because another wants to be her mate?

Another great book in the New Scotia Pack series! I loved Cinaed and Starfire. Especially Starfire. She was brave and sassy, smart and funny. More than a match for Cinaed (Ken). And while Ken may have been a bit resistant in the beginning, when it really counted he came through with flying colors. Hoping Brandish will get a story in the future!!!

I really enjoyed this story. It action and adventure. They get to meet a cat shifter and discover a new part of there new world. It’s an intriguing principle. Made a good series.
