"How is a 15-year-old supposed to save the world? I know it's an absurd question to ask. A mere five years ago, I never would have considered it, but now it’s become my life’s quest."
It's been five years since we last heard from Benjamin. Much has changed, and The Destructors are close to their final goal. Will Benjamin and his friends work together to take down the twisted Jacee Trevane, or will their own internal discord keep them from from seeing the true vision of The Keepers come to fruition?
C. G. Cooper is the USA TODAY and AMAZON BESTSELLING author of the CORPS JUSTICE novels, several spinoffs and a growing number of stand-alone novels.
One of his novels, CHAIN OF COMMAND, won the 2020 James Webb Award presented by the Marine Heritage Foundation for its portrayal of the United States Marine Corps in fiction. Cooper doesn't chase awards, but this one was special.
Cooper grew up on a steady diet of Dungeons & Dragons and the travels of a Navy family.
Upon graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in Foreign Affairs, Cooper was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps and went on to serve six years as an infantry officer. C. G. Cooper's final Marine duty station was in Nashville, Tennessee, where he fell in love with the laid-back lifestyle of Music City.
His first published novel, BACK TO WAR, came out of a desire to link back to his time in the Marine Corps. That novel, written as a side project, spawned many follow-on novels, several exciting spinoffs, and catapulted Cooper's career.
Cooper lives just south of Nashville with his wife, three children, and their German shorthaired pointer, Liberty, who's become a popular character in the Corps Justice novels.
Nice finale to the trilogy. I gave book one 3.75 stars, book two a solid 4 stars, and I’m giving this one 4.25 stars! I think this would have been a bit better as one 450 page novel instead of a 550 page trilogy, but I did enjoy all three books! There were parts that could have been left out, but also the ending felt a bit rushed. So, though this was far from perfect, I did enjoy the overall story!
The third book in the Benjamin Dragon series aims to tie up the main storyline and deliver our hero, Benjamin, to the climax of the series. Whilst, the first book focuses on his newfound life, hidden talents, family secrets and the realisation that there were others like him, the second covers his story as he comes to terms with his powers, and place in the world.
This book, Genesis, takes a different tack. Benjamin is largely absent from the main storyline, he's runaway on a mission that is lightly mentioned now and then. The focus is on many other characters. I would have liked the story to more closely follow Benjamin, to see and understand what he was experiencing and why. It's because of this that I was disappointed in this final book. I would have preferred more focus on Benjamin. 3-4 stars
Very exciting book, a page turner from page one. Dealing with a mega maniac bent on world domination is no easy thing! But Ben and his four friends are not ordinary fifteen year olds. Get onto the edge of your seat, be sure to have a seatbelt. Enjoy.
This is the third book in the Benjamin Dragon series. Even though this is part of a series, this is a standalone with no cliffhanger. Though I recommend that you read the previous two books so you understand the characters, the setting, and their powers. While this book is geared towards those in middle school, anyone would enjoy this book. I certainly did. There is violence (hard to destroy part of the world without it).
The book blurb adequately describes the storyline so I'm not going to repeat that info here. There is a lot of history between characters in the storyline that keep you guessing what twists and turns will be revealed next. It definitely kept me riveted.
The saga continues for Benjamin Dragon. When he was 10 years old, he developed superpowers. He and a group of peers have struggled to master those powers. Most of the other kids only have one skill. But Benjamin is not like the rest. He has all three within him.
Genesis starts off 5 years after Benjamin got his superpowers. The Destructors are still wreaking havoc around the globe, Benjamin's mom has disappeared, and Benjamin starts hearing a voice in his head. Join him and his team as they try to save the world from the evil plans Jacee has in store.
I really enjoyed this book and had a hard time putting it down. I look forward to reading more of CG Cooper's books.
I have been binge reading all the books listed. Just finished Benjamin Dragon-Genensis. I can honestly say there was not a disappointing book in the lot. I was never bored, surprised a lot, cringed some, smiled some and had a few chuckles along the way. All of your books are believable and not too far over the top. That was very much appreciated by this reader. Even the BE trilogy was written in such a way to be enjoyed by both young readers as well as a more seasoned adult! I will search for more by this author and know I will not be disappointed!
Genesis as the word implies, a new order, a new existence. The forces of evil have been destroyed. A new beginning for a world badly shaken by a false messiah. In reality this man was a con artist, a liar a master manipulator. Benjamin Dragon and his close friends all gifted with supernatural powers have now become the forces of goodwill, kindness. Benjamin also had the help of POTUS who saw the evil in the false messiah. Again, an excellent three book series!! Enjoyed immensely!!!
This book was pretty good like the story: on the road hanging with his friends (Benjamin) but I didn't like how you skipped 5 YEARS and I hate how everyone had their own things and secrets going on and of course it was so complex! Please don't let this be the end I really like this series
The first two books in the trilogy were good. However, the third book was very slow paced and did not move along so that it was pretty boring on the whole. Could be improved and the pace of story telling quickened to make it better.
Enlightened story that encompasses world problems and hope for good..Employs the imagination and creativity of young minds to the very human reaction of good and evil to the same circumstances.
Another great story following the life Of Benjamin Dragon and his four friends. They expand and hone their abilities and come out as some real great humans. This was a good culmination of the three books of Benjamin Dragon. 5
Benjamin and his team are trying to a good job of watching over the world and defeat the power hungry gifted people. There are many threads flowing through the series including new gifted ones making a great read
I just finished the trilogy for the second time. I can see this as a series with all the drama, excitement and intrigue necessary to make it a hit! Harry Potter move over! There's a new kid in town . . . Benjamin Dragon!

Strong storyline and great description of events I would highly recommend this book to highly intellectual readers I gave a five star rating because this fit very well with the rest of the series of books DEFINITELY READ THE WHOLE SERIES
This was a good story. Although, inbound some parts to be a little boring, but after I ploughed through those parts the story flowed nicely and the action was enough. Too bad there really isn't a Benjamin out there or the world could truly be a better place
