Colección de pequeños ensayos sobre el Arte Operacional, si es que el título lo describe perfectamente.
Pues eso, es un libro excelente pero sólo para aquellos que están realmente interesados en este tema concreto y que ya disponen de algunos conocimientos en el mismo, en otro caso se puede hacer árido y poco atractivo, pero para los que si estén en esa situación es una pequeña joya en un mundo editorial en el que, al menos en España, no abundan títulos de peso.

Tratándose de una colección de ensayos históricos la calidad y facilidad de lectura varía de uno a otro. Los mapas en lugar de aparecer en el capítulo del libro que corresponde están localizados juntos en varias partes del libro lo que hace más incómoda su consulta. El enfoque por países es original, la parte más amena y comprensible es la última, la norteamericana. La soviética es también interesante pero más teórica. Un libro solo para muy aficionados a la historia militar.
