I enjoyed this book and agree with most of the messages (there was one minor thing about not letting emotions overpower thoughts, which was really odd to me because some people, like myself, are feelers and NOT thinkers and the idea of ignoring feelings because they are "illogical" just seems completely ludicrous to me) but I found there to be more information about WHY it is benficial to think positively and not so much about HOW to be a positive thinker. For some people, it's simple and comes naturally, but for the rest of us (maybe us "illogical" people who live by our emotions), we need explicit, detailed instructions, and something a little more in depth than "just do it" types of advice.
