A truly enjoyable collection.
This was finally a collection of IR stories that connected the couples beyond sex. They were passionate and vulnerable in a way reserved for true love. The connections with friends and family makes this a good read.
There were a few errors that should have been caught in editing. There were enough throughout the book to lower the rating.

Lots of Erotic Sex, Little Plot
This collection consisted of four interracial romances about the McShannons: His Desire: Kenya & Shane; His Love: Camilla & Colin; His Passion: Kiara & Patrick and Versus: The McShannon Finale. The individual books were not standalones. The books were about the three Irish brothers, sons of a mob boss who was in prison thanks to them, especially Shannon who had testified against their father. All three were married to very pretty, interesting, professional black women . The brothers were not interested in being in the family business. They made their money in legitimate businesses.
The books had interesting premises especially the finale. The other books were overwhelmed by erotic, graphic sex and very little storyline and little back stories on the characters. The Finale had a more fully developed plot and was not just sex looking for a story. Perhaps there could be a series with the plot developed as a result of the finale. It had drama, intrigue and danger. The characters were developed from the original books with other characters that made a very good start for a series. Too bad the first three weren't in the same scale.
If the authors developed a series based on the McShannon Finale, it would be worth the the time and the money and this rating is based it. The first three could be discarded except for the characters without the graphic sex which bordered on porn.

This is a compilation of 6 separate very, very short stories by Veronica Maxim featuring bwwm couples. The first 4 books comprise of the McShannon brothers and the women they fall for. The last 2 are of 2 friends who are business partners and fall in love with the beautiful women who move to Italy to start their new lives. I enjoyed them together as a compilation and found the stories to be sweet and endearing. The insta-love hit all my buttons! Everyone gets their HEA, with no cheating and no cliffhangers. 4 stars!!!

I liked the McShannons
The McShannons are a family of brothers trying to break free of their father’s criminal past. Can they build new lives with the women they love?
The first four stories are pretty good, because it’s all the McShannons. I didn’t read the last one because I had already read it in another collection, or maybe as a standalone. I think I could have read about the McShannons as a full series if the author was able. I honestly enjoyed them.
I’d recommend it to anyone who likes novella collections.

Not too bad for a quick read. A story of corruption, game playing, extortion, and low morals wrapped in a cute bow. That is the beauty of fiction. Far fetched things tend to work and things don't really need to make sense or be believable. It is purely for entertainment purposes. It was a nice read and occupied some time I had.

All I can say is…Interesting
I loved the first half of the book with the McShannon brothers but after that, the story with Kerry and Samantha, I honestly think it was dragged out and not needed

Two well written interracial love stories. I enjoyed being swept away to Italy. One of the female lead characters is new to Italy and the other speaks Italian well!

Well this was something
This was a case of bought it forgot about it and didn't even read the description when I opened it. It was pretty ok for the most part. Book 1 and 4 weren't my favs but the rest were pretty good albeit a bit short.
