Her favorite hobby is Karaoke. One song that she sings is Smile, originally by Myco. She has two cats, named Riku and Kai. She has one elder and one younger sister and one brother. She's the type who hates to lose in anything. She also likes Ribon.

Sadly couldnt get into it.
Brutal pet death in the first chapter, and the pet gets reincarnated as one of the MMCs. Not for me.

Ich hatte mehr Hoffnung auf ein bisschen was anderes, aber irgendwie ist es trotzdem sehr Tanemura-like.

Shunkan Lyle quizá no sea la obra más emocionante ni la más intensa dentro de la trayectoria de Arina Tanemura, pero es innegablemente suya. Desde las primeras páginas se percibe esa combinación tan característica de fantasía ligera, dulzura y romanticismo que define su estilo.

La historia tiene ese tono etéreo y delicado al que la autora nos tiene acostumbrados: elementos sobrenaturales, personajes de corazón grande y emociones expresadas con sinceridad. No busca grandes giros dramáticos ni conflictos desgarradores; más bien apuesta por una narrativa suave, casi de cuento, donde lo importante son los sentimientos y la conexión entre los protagonistas.

Shunkan Lyle no es una montaña rusa emocional, pero sí una lectura agradable, dulce y reconfortante. Ideal para quienes buscan una historia breve con ese toque mágico y romántico que solo Arina Tanemura sabe ofrecer.

I really enjoyed it. The story was a bit different to what I expected, but really interesting and I am intrigued for what will happen next. The art style is beautiful - as expected - and I also liked Yoichi as a character. It truely is a mix of isekai, mystery and fantasy, and I haven’t read something like this before. However, I do am a bit scared about whether this series will find a satisfying ending in only four volumes. This first volume was slower than I expected, but really gave us a good start and understanding of the situation with two small plot twist. I just really hope, the other volumes will not be too rushed .. But let’s see, I have to read them to find out.

Ich habe es wegen Arina Tanemura gekauft. Vor einigen Jahren war sie in Italien äußerst beliebt und dann verschwand sie. Niemand hat ihre Werke übersetzt. Deswegen habe ich sie auf Deutsch gekauft.

Das war ein bisschen verwirrend, um ehrlich zu sein. Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, was die beide Autorinennen schreiben wollten.

Ich mag die Zeichnungen auch nicht. Aber ja, es gibt nur vier Bänden.

Mmmmh, anders, als ich erst dachte.

Die magische Welt und die Verbindung zur Fremdwelt find ich ganz interessant, auch der Wassergott und Lyle. Was es mit allem auf sich hat, wird sich wohl noch zeigen. Optisch ist's aber schön, auch wenn's an manchen Stellen auch gescribbelt aussieht. Die Charaktere sind noch etwas "roh", mal sehen, wie sich das entwickelt. Hätte ich nur Band 1 da, wär ich etwas unsicher, ob ich weiterlesen oder abbrechen würde. Es ist interessant, ja - aber noch hat es mich nicht so richtig gecatched, schwer zu beschreiben 🤔
