I am in love with this book. This book was written by my 2 favorite Vine Stars, Jack Gilinsky and Jack Johnson, also known as the singing duo Jack and Jack. The book is basically a Q & A. The fans ask them questions, and they answer them honestly. They both also tell the readers about their journey from the day they met in kindergarten to their Vine career and singing career today. Well their Vine career ended because Vine shut down. Cry. I liked how they filled the pages with creativity. There were times they were funny and made jokes. There were also times where they take a break and were serious. In my opinion, that's what made the book so interesting to read because you wouldn’t know how they would answer the question. They would either answer the question seriously or in a funny way. The book is filled the pages with a whole bunch of pictures based on the question they were being asked. If you listen to Jack And Jack’s music or you used to watch their Vines or you just want to know more about them, then I suggest you read, Jack and Jack: You Don’t Know the Jacks. Enjoy. Oh and if you were wondering, this book is non fiction.

You Don’t Know Jacks is essentially an extended #AskJacks that goes into depth about all aspects of their lives in a conversational interview back and forth style between J and G.

It covers their childhood, blowing up on vine and their successful transition into (awesome) music. I already knew some of the stories, like how they met in kindergarten (because I may be a bit of a Jack & Jack stan), but there’s plenty of new stuff to keep long-time fans happy. Especially all the pictures (there’s a lot!) - I could stare at Jack J’s cute and hotness all day…

It was great reading about such a strong friendship as the boys give their views on being successful and offer lots of inspirational wisdom that will leave you ready to carve your own mark with you own passion in life.

I wish they’d gone into more detail about some stuff, like longer stories about the behind the scenes of original magcon, or the struggles of moving to LA to grind and kick of their music career. I’m sure they have loads that would find into a memoir-style read. Maybe book 2?

If you love Jack & Jack you’ll find this a great read that gives you a chance to know them better while enjoying fetus pictures and feeling pumped after their inspiring thoughts.

This book is the last of my three prizes from Fully Booked. The first two (Elon Musk and Sully) were amazing and are now right up there in my "favorite books" shelf. But I find this one a tad too shallow (if you've read about a guy making rockets and electric cars, and another guy who saved 155 people by safely landing a commercial airplane in a river, you would too). I think it takes a breadth of experience to be able to write a book that makes an impact. Maybe in a few years when these boys are at least over 25 years old (unless you're Malala Yousafzai, of course), they can try coming up with a book that's more meaningful.

(Or maybe I'm just too old and I'm not a fan.)

I really enjoyed this book. I picked it up expecting to learn about Jack and Jack's life outside of the internet, and that's what I got. If you don't know who these people are and/or have no interest in internet personalities, I wouldn't recommend this to you. If you ARE a fan, this is definitely worth your time!

A funny and interesting read. This book contains tons of interesting pictures. Loved their views on how to deal with the negative comments people post.

Lacks substance. The photos are cool. But I didn't really learn much new about them. I'm not a huge fan or anything but prior to this book, I've seen some of their YouTube videos and heard some of their songs. If I hardly learned anything new about them, them I'm sure an actual fan wouldn't learn a thing.

I can see how a fan might find this book appealing but as far as actual substance it wasn't good. If you randomly picked up this book Im sure you wouldn't gain much from it. Like most YouTuber books, this doesn't have a wide appeal.

3 stars only because of the vairiety of pictures and the fact that there is story is a little unique compared to most people their age.

Read this for a review and wow, I am WAY too old for these precious 20-year-old BroDudes.

Back in high school, Jack Johnson and Jack Gilinsky created a Vine--a six-second video clip--that they dubbed "Nerd Vandals." That video went viral, wracking up more than ten million plays, and Jack & Jack--now 20-year-olds--became a media sensation. Since then, they've become Vine stars, YouTube celebrities, and popular musicians. This book serves as a photo album, providing photos from childhood through recent concerts, and extended Q&A session, in which the Jacks conversationally recount embarrassing school moments, relationships, and their careers.

Some of their comments are steeped in their youth ("I don't want to be single my entire life. That stuff's fun, but once you're past twenty-five, you know what you want") and light misogyny ("I don't think you should ever, on principle, kiss and tell. Unless it's some badass celebrity chick like Rihanna. Then you gotta brag and tell your bros"), and the book's references to particular Vines, music videos, and inside jokes are more likely to alienate readers unfamiliar with their brand than to entice them to become new viewers. However, fans of Jack & Jack will love this inside peek into the pair's life.

It didn't take me long to read this book. I've been a fan of Jack & Jack for years and I couldn't wait to read all about them. This book told all I'd hoped it would and more! I loved the content and all the amazing pictures.
