Not that the book is bad, it's just that it contains a lot of marketing and sales related information that is making me more and more confused about the industry. It does tell me that being an editor is not simply editing books but more, it doesn't actually elaborate what exactly an editor do on a daily bases... I would have liked to read more on what an editor has to deal with in the office and how an editor communicates with writers and et cetera.
And wow... took me a very long time to read this. But I don't understand 80% of it... sorry, I seriously have little knowledge on business related things...
