Highly readable and an important text on psychology. Although the book is chiefly aimed at psychology in sport, it is written in such a way that anybody can dip in and benefit from it. There are some great ideas here: the effectiveness of non-outcome goals; learning to fail deliberately; how to train; mentors and Pathway 1 thinking of living with courage and planning to achieve the most challenging goal you can imagine. Plenty of helpful exercises along the way. I'm in real estate and I found this really useful.
