Meanwhile at the funeral home, Alice Whitehouse has her own ghosts to contend with. Three to be exact: Donna, Dora and Rock enlist Alice to help figure out what exactly happened to make them this way. And as if that’s not enough there’s her boyfriend Reece, the Hollywood superstar, who doesn’t believe in ghosts, and sics a psychiatrist on her.
Soon, the entire Happy Bays Neighborhood Watch Committee is on the case, comforting ghosts, chasing leads, and even dealing with ghost dogs in the shape of Chazz Falcone’s dead Pomeranian. But when Alice and Fee discover that all clues lead to Town Hall, they know that this time they’ve bitten off a lot more than they can chew.
A TOUCH OF GHOST (Book 5)
When the guests and staff mysteriously disappear from the Happy Bays Inn, Felicity Bell and Alice Whitehouse immediately suspect foul play. Upon closer inspection, however, a more startling conclusion presents itself: the ghost of a murdered traveling cuckoo clock salesman has taken everyone at the inn hostage in his quest to solve his murder. And what’s more, he’s jumped into the skin of one of the committee members to do so. The question is: who isn’t who she appears to be?
Before Alice and Fee can get to the bottom of these terrible events, however, they are kidnapped by a pair of other ghosts, who have dark plans for the two friends. But as they languish in captivity, with no one to keep them company but two cows, Alice and Fee have some serious thinking to do about their respective relationships. Both Rick and Reece have been caught cheating, and the wedding plans have been called off.
Suddenly things look very bleak indeed for Bell & Whitehouse…

Comic cozy
The characters in this series are very broadly painted and this brings a certain comedy to the series. However, in book five, the abilities of some ghosts go so far over the top that I felt I was reading an episode of Scoobydoo. I was not quite able to buy into the ghostly powers. But it is entertaining and at times outright funny, so I would still recommend the series to anyone who enjoys this type of cozy mystery.

A twist of wraith
so what happens when people pass away or go missing .
or when a therapist comes to town and sees Alice .
or Rick who seems to think Fee is imagining things but later finds out she was right .
and can Alice and Fee find out how to help the ghosts to move on or will they forever be attached to their bodies .

so what happens when a man comes to happy bays and wants Felicity and her best friend to be Ghost hunter type people but what happen when they get ghost napped . and what happens when an officer gets gun crazy will the person who is being gunned be gunned or somehow saved by a ghost who gives him advice .
and what happens when his ghost boss comes to town can he change his mind or will he tell his boss he is going to do what he set out to do .
to find out what well must read the book lol
also what happens when both Felicity and Alice think their men are cheating are they or is it one big misunderstanding
