Dover has written countless novels in several different genres, but her favorite to write is romantic suspense. However, she has found a new passion in romantic comedy, especially involving sexy golfers. Who knew the sport could be so dirty and fun to write about.
Audiobook review. This book is proof those Facebook ads with the book trailer video work lol That's how I was made aware of it. Sparked my interest. :) Really enjoyed this second chance story. Not too long by audio standards but it felt complete and fulfilling. Though I wouldn't call Kassidy an assertive or independent female MC, I liked her honesty and demeanor. She was sweet and she loved Logan with rooted passion. Logan was interesting. I respected his determination and drive. The plot was strong and executed well. I found myself suspecting pretty accurately who the "bad guy" was though still ended up surprised by a little twist. The prose and pacing were excellent. All in all solid story. Safety: No OW/OM/Sharing. There were others during their 8 year separation. A little bit of ex drama but not too bad. No rape or abuse.
This story was a fine example of a second chance at love. Although the plot was suspenseful, there was very little drama or angst, the couple was hot, their couplings were steamy, and their love was sweet.
Eight years ago, championship motorcycle racer Logan was involved in an accident at the trace and it left him paralyzed. Tormented by his injuries, he decided to let his love go and cruelly broke up with his then girlfriend, Kassidy, and subsequently left town. He went on to become one of the best FBI agents in the country. Now he's back because his best friend called him for help. There are strange events happening at the track and no one sees them as a coincidence. So Logan is determined to not only solve the mystery of these events, but to also find out who caused his accident and win back his true love, Kassidy.
The pacing was great. The chemistry and bond between the main characters were solid. The author definitely left me wanting more. I'd like to get more of this couple and I hope she writes a book for Micah and Madison.
Recommended for lovers of love and suspense.

Logan Chandler sees his career as a motorcycle racer cut short after a serious accident that leaves him in a wheelchair. But he not only has to say goodbye to his passion but also to the love of his life Kassidy, since he doesn’t want her to sacrifice her future to take care of him. 8 years later he receives a call from Levi, his best friend and also Kassidy’s , asking for help since someone is trying to sabotage them. He offers to help him from the distance but he doesn’t want to go back and see how Kass has moved on with her life. It is not until he receives a call from Kassidy’s father and former boss , to inform him that Levi has been murdered. Logan along with his partner on the FBI Micah decide to go investigate as undercover racers. In addition, Logan wants to take advantage and asks Kassidy for forgiveness, but it will not be easy , although many years have passed the pain of Kass is still very fresh in her heart, but once he explains his reasons, she forgive him. The responsible of Levi’s death is also responsible for the accident of Kassidy’s friend Janie and other issues. Although everything points at first to the members of the rival team, and even Kass partner in the business and ex boyfriend, when they find out the causes and the person responsible for Levi’s death, nobody can prepare them for the hard blow.
“What’s wrong?” “I’m getting tired of people hovering over me all the time. I don’t have space to fucking breathe.”“Are you serious?”“Hell yeah, I am. It’s a never ending parade of people, traipsing into this goddamn room, staring at me with pity in their eyes. I’ve had all I can take. Why don’t you go back home? You never leave, and I don’t even want you here.” Tears fell down her cheeks, but she stood firm, crossing her arms across her chest. “I don’t believe you. Let me guess, my dad put you up to this?” Her dad was my boss. I was the fastest sportbike racer on his Bennett Pro Racing team, and he was none too happy I was dating his daughter. “I’m saying this because it’s the truth. It’s over, Kassidy.” “I don’t understand. What changed?” I stared at her as if I didn’t give a damn. “I’m damaged, stuck in a damn bed. It was fun while it lasted—while I could fuck you and shit—but I’m bored now. I won’t be racing anymore, so there’s no sense in pretending. I don’t think I can continue to sit here and try to hold conversations with you, it’s excruciating.” “But . . .” she stumbled back, clutching at her stomach, voice breaking, “I was going to go to your college to be with you. I don’t understand. I thought you loved me.” I shook my head. “Sorry, Kass. I can see the truth hurts, but it was the only way I knew to fuck you. And now that I can’t . . .” I held my hands up and let my words hang in the air. I might have been a little harsh, but she was only eighteen, and she’d recover from this . . . I wouldn’t.
“He hurt me, Levi. After his accident, he up and left us all.” He hadn’t just abandoned me; he left his friends behind too. No one had heard a word from him in years, not since I found out he had fully recovered and was back on his feet.
How could Levi be gone? I never got to tell him goodbye or hug him one last time. I didn’t want to remember our last days together with me being pissed at him for keeping secrets. Sean held me tight and gently helped me to the floor. Burying my head against his chest, I cried for what felt like hours.
Levi was one of my best friends and I didn’t want him to think I didn’t care. Levi was her best friend, but he was one of mine as well. I’d mentored him and watched every race he competed in. He was like the younger brother I never had, and I let him down.
“I’m gonna miss him too, Kassidy. Levi was a good friend.” Angrily, I wiped my tears away and scoffed. “How would you know? You left eight years ago, and never looked back.” I glanced over at his legs, only everything was too blurry to see. “Even after you started walking again, none of us ever heard a single word from you.” He shook his head and started to touch my face, but held back. “That’s not true. In fact, Levi and I talked all the time. So did me and your father.” I stared at him as if he’d lost his mind. “That’s not true. Levi would’ve told me.” “I told him not to. That includes your father as well.” I felt so lost; nothing made sense. “I don’t understand.” Resting on his knees, he looked at me and smiled, only it was the saddest expression I’d ever seen on his face. “I kept in touch with them to keep tabs on you. I needed to know you were okay.” “Why?” I growled, tears flowing down my cheeks. “You don’t love me, remember? You only said you did so you could fuck me. I still remember everything about that day, as if it happened yesterday.” He clasped my face in his hands and I tried to jerk away, but he held me in place. “It was a lie, Kassie. I never wanted to leave you. This is what I’ve been trying to tell you.” “Liar,” I cried. “Why would you hurt me like that?” Closing my eyes, my lips trembled as I sat there, helpless. I had no energy to fight him. “Open your eyes, Kassie,” he murmured. Reluctantly, I opened them and looked into his crystal blue gaze. “I didn’t want to hurt you, but I couldn’t let you give up college to play nurse to a cripple. I would have been a shackle, keeping you from living your life. I refused to do that to you.” “So you made my decision for me?” I snapped. Sighing, he lowered his gaze and nodded. “It was for the best. Believe it or not, you weren’t the only one in pain. But I wasn’t about to have you resent me for the rest of your life.” I backed out of his grasp. “I loved you, Logan. Even if you were confined to a wheelchair, I still would’ve loved you.” He shook his head. “You say that now, but you don’t know.” “That’s because you didn’t give me a chance,” I spat, getting to my feet. “I didn’t realize you thought I was that shallow.” He stood and held up his hands. “I knew you weren’t, Kassie. And that’s why I did what I did. I only wanted what was best for your future.” I crossed my arms. “
“I’m not trying to get back with her. She deserved the truth and I wanted her forgiveness. Looks like that’s not going to happen.”
Kassie. I hate you’ve been with other men, but it’s something I have to live with.” She stood and walked away, keeping her back to me. “Only one, Logan. There’s only one man I’ve been with besides you. It wasn’t easy for me to let someone in after you left. I wish you would’ve come to me earlier. I needed you more than you know, especially when my mother died.” I walked up behind her and put my arms around her waist. When she didn’t recoil, I held her tighter. “And I was there, Kassie. Your mother was an amazing woman.” She burst out crying and I held her until she stopped. I didn’t want to let her go. “After I let you go, I knew you hated me. When I assumed you were happy with someone else, I had to face the fact I lost you. I’d never been so angry with myself in all my life. I loved you, and even to this day, I never stopped.” She turned around and laid her head on my chest. “Even when I tried to hate you, I still loved you too. I can’t help but think about all the years we lost.” I tilted her chin up and looked down at her lips. “We can’t get them back, but we can always make up for what we lost.” I pressed my lips to hers and her arms around my neck tightened. She opened her mouth and I pushed my tongue inside, loving the way she tasted.
“I want you to kill Logan. Once he’s out of the way, you can get to Kassidy Bennett. I don’t want her harmed. All you need to do is take her to a designated spot, and when the time comes, kill her father. I’ll handle everything from there.”
I am so on the fence with this book. I enjoyed a lot of it. The story was fun, with some excitement thrown in and had some great characters. Let me break it down:
Stuff I liked:
1. Alpha. Male. Yup, I’m a sucker.
2. There’s a chick taking over a racing company. Dude, that’s awesome.
3. Mystery and suspense. LP definitely caught me off guard and kept me on my toes with this one.
4. Skipping over the negative below, the romance was sweet. I love sweet.
Things that didn’t work for me (it’s a short list)
1. One thing. There is one thing that kept me from being able to love this book. Without spoiling, let’s just say I would need a heck of a lot more before I said “I forgive you.” This one thing bugged me, but it might not bug you.
Overall it’s a fun read, but not my favorite from Mrs. Dover.

REVIEW: HIGH SIDED is the third installment in L.P.Dover’s contemporary, adult ARMED AND DANGEROUS erotic, romantic suspense series. This is former motorbike racer, and FBI agent Logan Chandler, and Kassidy Bennett’s story line. HIGH SIDED is a stand alone story and is not interconnected with any of the previous installments.
Told from dual first person points of view (Logan and Kassidy) HIGH SIDED is a second chance romance story line that focuses on Logan’s return to Franklin, North Carolina. Eight years earlier Logan’s life was destroyed when a motorbike accident left our hero unable to walk and pushing away the woman that he loved. Fast forward to present day where FBI agent Logan Chandler returns home following the death of his friend, and sets up an undercover operation to ferret out the people responsible. Logan has never stopped loving Kassidy Bennett, and he is desperate to rekindle the romance and love towards a possible future and happily ever after. What ensues is the very quick proclamation of love and rekindling romance between our leading couple, and the search for a killer in the small town of Franklin, North Carolina.
The relationship between Kassidy and Logan picks up immediately as though eight years of separation never occurred. Kassidy accepts Logan’s reasons for pushing her away, and the love they had for one another has never wavered. The $ex scenes are intimate, intense and seductive.
We are introduced to a number of secondary and supporting characters including the Bennett and Hendrix Racing Teams; Kassidy’s step-brother Sean; her sister Madison; her best friend Janie; her father Richard Bennett and his mechanic Donnie Baker; and Logan’s FBI partner Micah Perry. There may be a building story line between Sean and Janie, as well as Micah and Madison.
The world building focuses on the world of bike racing, and the behind the scenes rhetoric and competition between the different teams. As Logan’s investigation begins to take a more personal direction, Kassidy and her father become targets from an unlikely source.
HIGH SIDED is a story of mystery, suspense, passionate romance, friendship and family. The premise is entertaining and enjoyable; the characters are colorful, animated and engaging; the romance is a sweet seduction to a happily ever after. There is plenty sexual chemistry between our leading couple. L.P. Dover ARMED AND DANGEROUS series is a must read for fans of romantic suspense and happily ever afters.
I've read all this author's other contemporary books and I'm always excited about a new release from her! I was really excited about this book because this series is very suspenseful and has amazing characters, so I couldn't wait to read more books from it! The synopsis also sounded amazing and the cover is hot! I started this book as soon as I received my ARC and couldn't put it down until I had finished it! It did only take me a few sittings, but it had me hooked from the first page! I loved the sexual tension between the two main characters and I loved that there were some seriously hot scenes! I was expecting some really hot ones lol! The plot was also amazing! There was plenty of suspense and a bit of action in it! I love romance, suspense and action in the plot of any book, and this author tends to have all three in her books, so I was really happy that this book had all three in it too! The characters were also amazing and made this book even better! Logan was the main male character, and he had been through a lot before the events of this book took place! My heart went out to him for what he had been through, but Logan was resilient and he fought back and didn't let what happened to him hold him back from what he wanted to do! This made me have a lot of respect for him and love him that bit more! I also loved the way Logan was with his love interest! It was easy to see that he still had deep feelings for her and I loved how protective he was of her too! He was also seriously hot and was very easy for me to connect with! Kassidy was the main female character and love interest of Logan! Kassidy was a pretty stubborn character when it came to Logan, but I could completely understand why! The two of them had a past, and it had left a big hole in their relationship, so I could understand why Kassidy had trouble letting Logan in at the beginning of this book! Like Logan, Kassidy was very easy for me to connect with and I loved her attitude and personality! She was brave and very smart! Kassidy also had a bit of a vixen side to her too! I wasn't quite expecting this lol, but it added to her character! I loved that this book was written from both Logan and Kassidy's point of views! I was hoping that it was going to be as the other books in the series are co-written, so I'm really glad it was! It helped me connect more with both characters and allowed for more things to happen in the plot! I can also completely understand why this book is a standalone! The ending was left at the perfect place! I also can't wait to read the next book in this series! I wasn't sure if there was going to be another book, but I'm really happy that there is going to be! I can't wait to read it once it releases! The cover for this book also suits it perfectly! I love it and it's really hot! It also suits the other covers in the series too, which I love! Big thank you to L.P. Dover for an ARC of High-Sided and to Love Affair With Fiction for having me on the Blog Tour!
LP Dover never disappoints and High-Sided has everything I ask for in a suspenseful romance!
Logan Chandler, sexy motorcycle racer, experiences a career ending crash that leaves him paralyzed. His girlfriend, Kassidy Bennett, whose father he races for, stays by his side, determined to help him recover. She loves him regardless. But Logan doesn't see it that way and cruely sends her away.
6 years pass and Logan is now a FBI agent and Kassidy is co-owner of Bennett Racing. This is where the story explodes and Ms. Dover really heats up the story!
A suspicious death, an unrequited love, a rival race team, and Logan returns to the team to investigate the strange events targeting them. Of course, Kassidy is still heartbroken over Logan and wants nothing to do with him. That doesn't last long because their intense chemistry is still in full force and Logan is determined to win her back because he never stopped loving her.
Her fingers caressed my face and I wiped away her tears. “I don’t need anything else. As long as I have you, I’m happy.”“You’ve got me, Kassie.” She brushed her lips against mine. “And you’ve got me.”
Logan and Kassidy's 'reunion' is smoking hot!
Logan and his fellow FBI agent, Micah, go undercover and pull off a spectacular deception to weed out the culprits and when the big reveal of who has been killing their friends and trying to ruin the racing team is revealed? Wow!
1-click this exciting and suspenseful, romantic second chances story by the very talented LP Dover!
⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️
As I have mentioned in the past L.P. Dover was a hit or miss author for me in the past, but I am beginning to think that is over because her last couple of books I have really liked or loved and High Sided was another to add to the really liked list! High Sided is a second chance romance that is full of action, suspense, romance and the mending of hearts broken by circumstances in the past. Were there some things that got on my nerves, yes but they aren’t worth even mentioning because in the grand scheme of things they didn’t take away from the story.
Logan and Kassie had a relationship eight years ago, but after Logan’s accident he not only pushed her away he basically shoved her over a cliff (metaphorically speaking of course), so his return is anything but welcome. These two have more than their relationship to deal with, there are things going on that have put them in danger. It took me a while because I thought it was someone else that was causing things to happen, but then I slowly started to change my thinking, hoping I was wrong.
I am really looking forward to the next book because I have the feeling things are going to be explosive between the two lead characters who we are introduced to in High Sided. This is one of the few books I have read recently that wasn’t a victim to my book slump so I really do recommend it for those who have enjoyed the other books in the series or are looking for a good second chance romance with a side of suspense and danger then this one is for you!
High-Sided by L.P. Dover was a excellent read. I love second chance love stories. But not only do we get the love story this one has a little suspense with it. LP sure can keep who wondering who did it and why.
High-Sided is Logan and Kassidy's story. They were in love before, Logan has an accident and he makes a choice to give Kassie a chance at her dreams. Some things happen and he needs to return 8 years later. She isn't quick to forgive him. This is when the book starts to get interesting. We get some twist and turns and a very well written love story with some mystery to it. Some things start happening and no one seems to know why.
L.P. Has written another good book. I was surprised as why and who was behind everything. Wow just wow you will be surprised.
I recommend you going and getting High-Sided you will love it just as I did. Enjoy and happy reading.

WOW!!! This was an incredible ride!!!! Logan Chandler was Kassidy Bennett's first and only love. He's 3 years older then her and has a plan for their life together, until something horrible happens. Logan and Kassidy go their separate ways for 8 years. They both led their lives but never really lived it. Yes Kassidy dated other men and Logan was with other women. BUT there was never any there. there. In the town they grew up in strange things have been happening and NO ONE FEELS SAFE. So Logan reappears, but he is a very different man. But Kassidy is still drawn to him. Let me just say this book was amazing. Once you start it it's hard to put down. Trust me, not everything is as it seems in Franklin North Carolina
I received an ARC for an honest review. This is the first time I have read any of this authors work, and I am seriously questioning myself as to why I have waited so long! Logan and Kassidy were sweethearts until Logan broke Kassidy’s heart. Eight years later he is back in town. No spoilers from me, but you really need to read this for yourself! This is a well written storyline which is packed full of suspense, action, sexual tension, hot scenes, and romance, as well as trust and forgiveness. This author has done an awesome job in writing this story, and I was intrigued and hooked from the very beginning. Cannot wait to read more of this author’s work, and I recommend her work to all second chance romance lovers.
I loved the last installment of this series and was excited to pick this one up. And then I found out it was set in the motorcycle racing world I was even more excited. I could not put this one down once I started reading. I loved every exciting second of this book and I had to know what happened next. The suspense/mystery/crime part of the story kept me guessing the entire book and I was not even close to who the real criminal was. Overall it was so much fun to read this book.
I’ve read this book multiple times as well Armed & Dangerous Series as a whole but I’ve never actually gotten around to posting a review so here goes. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I really enjoyed this second chance romance between Logan Chandler and Kassidy Bennett. This book starts 8 years prior and Logan is in the hospital after a motorbike accident. He thinks he’ll never be able to walk again he wants his girlfriend Kassidy to live her life and go off to College instead of becoming his nurse so he breaks up with her then left town and supposedly never locked back. Kassidy has had no idea where Logan is and why he left and that over the last 8 years he’s still kept in touch with her dad Richard and their friend Levi and even came back a few times for pivotal moments of her life like watching her walk for College Graduation and when her mother passed away but because he saw her with some other guys he finally thought that she was happy and that he’d left it too late to tell her the truth about why he left and maybe to earn her forgiveness.
The rest of the book is set 8 years after he left, Logan learnt to walk again and realised his dream of and became an FBI Agent. Some weird sh*t is happening at Bennett Racing, the last being that some stolen stuff was found at their mechanic Ethan’s house which doesn’t make any sense considering how long Ethan has worked for Bennett and why would he steal stuff and leave them in his garage for someone to find and as he was leaving after being fired by Richard he told Kassidy that he didn’t steal anything and that something has been happening for years and possibly that Logan’s accident wasn’t an accident but her dad is too angry to listen to Ethan but Levi decides to see if Logan can come home and investigate since that’s what he does and no one knows that he’s an FBI Agent but when Levi calls him about the situation at home he refuses to come back but said he’ll do his own investigation. He tries to ring Levi back a few times since then but never got an answer so thinks Levi’s still angry at him and it isn’t until Richard rings him and tells him that Levi’s dead so Logan agrees to come back home and go undercover with Bennett Racing to try and find out who has been targeting them and why.
I think Kassidy forgave Logan way too quickly even if he had a legitimate reason for leaving and why he’s come back now but after 8 years of built up anger she got over it in like a hot minute, even if she’s always loved him you think she’d still hold on to her anger a bit longer. Considering she’s taking over Bennett Racing with her friend, ex-boyfriend and step-brother Sean she does like to punch people who make her angry and I really think she’d have a lot more control of her emotions than she seems to have. I hope Kassidy’s sister Madison and Logan’s FBI partner Micah reconcile and eventually get their own book after it was revealed that Micah wasn’t a bad guy, he never knew who she was when they met and he’s actually with the FBI undercover to help Logan find out who’s messing with Bennett Racing Team and why but then she’s also angry that no one trusted her enough to tell her the truth and it doesn’t help that Logan told Kassidy that he’s working undercover. I’m looking forward to reading the next book in the series when it’s finally released which is hopefully soon as it’s been years. I’d definitely recommend this book, series and author to everyone.
I liked the previous book better than this one, but this was a solid read.
I liked this was a second chance romance between Kassidy and Logan. Logan cruelly pushed her away eight years previous due to an accident and not knowing whether he would walk again. Now an FBI agent Logan came back into Kassidy’s life in hopes that he would protect her as well as get her back. There was tension in there once they were reunited again with Kassidy not wanting to see Logan or have anything to do with him however he quickly won her over and told her the truth. I just wish it was a little bit more angsty and drawn out more before they got back together again. It was almost too easy. It was like they had one honest conversation and that was it. He didn’t have to really grovel or woo her to get her back. I wanted to see that.
However once they did get back together, Logan was very sweet and loving towards her showing her in different ways how she was the one for him and the fact that never changed. He took her on some romantic dates. He did throw out some romantic gestures. And I did like them together and the romance that they did have which was really based on their deeper feelings for each other both in the past and the present. It was really nice.
I like the suspense storyline. It didn’t keep me quite on the edge of my seat like the previous book did. That could’ve possibly be because I figured out who the culprits were about half way through and the probable motive behind it. So it wasn’t shocking or surprising. I didn’t feel like the twist was there for me. I felt it could have been a little bit more exciting but it was still a solid suspense part line. I did like that Logan was undercover to figure out what was happening and who killed Levi his friend.
I thought it was interesting that this was set in the motorbike racing world that I have not really read a lot about before beer. It was just an interesting and unique spin on things as I was immersed into this world and just learning some things here and there. It wasn’t a huge thing where it was disconcerting but it was just enough to bring a unique flavor to the story. That I appreciate it very much.
And I really liked the character of Logan. I knew from the previous book that he was a good guy but this more or less proved that was the case. He was such a sweetheart yet he was such a bad ass too. He had his moments where he was soft and tender with his friends and his lady love but then he had that protective alpha male streak that when push comes to shove if someone hurt the people that he loved he was going after them full force with no mercy. He was very much the perfect blend of sweet and alpha. I loved that so much.

Eight years ago an accident took Logan Chandler's love and career away from him. Even after he recovered, he stayed away from North Carolina and the only woman he ever loved. Now another accident forces him to go back home and face his past, his choices and the consequences of his actions. Kassidy Bennett never recovered from the loss of her first love. Once upon a time, Logan had been her everything. Then, when her life fell apart, her two best friends picked up the pieces of her broken heart and kept her going. Now, a killer returns and claims one of her best friends, so Logan comes back. There is no way they could salvage what once was. They don't even know each other anymore. Still, the attraction they felt then is just as present now. Determined to figure out what's going on, Logan reveals to Kassidy that he is FBI and that he is there to figure out the murder of their friend. He is also going to keep her safe no matter what. The more time Kassidy and Logan spend together, the harder it is to deny how they still feel about each other. Danger is all around them. A killer is out to get them and still, love and lust are in the air. An action-packed, steamy hot romance with lots of twists and turns and the most unlikely of culprits...
She’s the key to solving it all, but bringing her in could put her in grave danger. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize she was already there. To save her, I have to put everything on the line. It’s a race against time, a race to the death, and only one will make it to the end.
Logan Chandler is one of the best motorcycle racers out there, when an accident nearly took him out, and left him paralyzed. With the injuries looking permanent, he broke the heart of the love of his life, Kassidy, by making her hate him enough to leave, then he left town for good. Eight years later, he's healed, and one of the best FBI agents out there. When one of his old friends calls him for help, he ends up going back to face his past, and the girl he never stopped loving, in order to solve the case. Kassidy Bennett has lost a lot in her life. She never moved on from the boy who destroyed her heart, and even though she's still at the track, she never really got that spark back. Now someone is out to destroy her dad's business, and if that isn't enough, Logan comes back to town. With danger around every corner, and Logan back in her life, will she forgive him so he can protect her before it's too late?
I LOVED LOVED LOVED every minute of this story! The character development is great, with a colorful cast of secondaries. Even though my heart broke for Kassidy in the beginning, I couldn't help but cheer for her and Logan, when he came back to town. Their simmering chemistry was ever present eight years later, and it boiled over into some sizzling, sexy scene goodness that had me sweating. The well placed humor, especially Kassidy's boxing skills, had me rolling in laughter, and while there is angst that I felt, it was tempered with that humor, and sexiness. LP Dover's super talented writing style had all of my attention from the blurb, so it wasn't too big of a stretch to devour it in one sitting. Her diabolical twists and turns kept me guessing to the very end, which made for some serious OMG moments that had f-bombs dropping. This is a fantastic story that I never wanted to end, and I just want to beg for more of Logan and Kassidy, but I'm ready for the other feisty Bennett's story soon! I can't HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIGH SIDED ENOUGH!
Another great edition to the Armed and Dangerous series. Loved how Kassidy and Logan found there way back to each other. Have to say totally shocked at the culprits in all the problems. Waiting patiently for the next one.
I was really disappointed with the previous installment in this series, but this book ended up being a pleasant surprise. I liked the second chance love story, and the couple was likable. The plot was interesting, although I predicted one of the villains very early on.
High Sided is a second chance at love read that’s filled with danger, suspense, and shocking twists and turns. I loved the characters, and the story is one I’ll definitely enjoy listening to again and again!
L.P Dover has a way of drawing you into the pages and making you feel like you are right there with the characters, living and breathing. This book is no different.
A story of second chance love for Kassidy and Logan. Kassidy is crushed when Logan leaves her to follow his dream. Times passes and they meet again and there is instant heat!
A great story that will keep you turning the pages until you are finished.
