Speechless!!!
I really dont know what to say. Every story doesn't have a happy ending, and this was the case in this one. This was A beautiful story, I mean just beautiful. I'm still trying to figure out how the titled matches the story, but that's neither here nor there. I love how the main characters were so developed. The author was very detailed with their backgrounds. I was able to tell the difference in the characters. I knew Ashley was crazy. How do you take a whole person's identity though and use it in every aspect of your crazy life? Ashley was so obsessed with Serenity that she couldn't function. Although the story didn't end so well, we were taught very good lessons. 1. Keep your enemies close and your friends closer. 2. Jealousy is as cruel as the grave. 3. What's done in the dark will come to the light. 4. You reap what you sow. 5. When someone shows you who they are BELIEVE THEM! 6. Never underestimate your opponent. 7. The enemy could be in our own house. 8. Beware of your surroundings. 9. People dont want to see you happy and doing better than them. 10. Proof that covetness is very real and does exist. Great job with this one.

Great Read
Great read it had a lot of twist and turns through out the book but that's what made it so interesting to me and to find out that Ashley was crazy and wanted to be her best friend so bad and it didn't work out in her favor in the end!

Wow speechless
This storyline was crazy mental illness is serious and can be very life-threatening. I didn't expect for Ashley to be so crazy poor Serenity and Dee didn't have a chance.

Loved it!
I spend a lot of time reading and critiquing urban books and pondering over what can be done to make them better. I'm pleased with this author for taking her work to the next level. These thug loves books, although I enjoy them, they tend to be predictable. This book is definitely not predictable. This provides a twist that kept me guessing. An urban thriller. If you want the typical hood romance then this book is not for you but if you want a book that's going to keep you guessing, looking for what's going to happen next, and will leave you speechless and unsure of which emotion to feel at the end then this is for you. I truly loved it and it's a refreshing release from Briana, one that I applaud her for.

Wow awesome read. Briana has done it again with another 5 star read. Book was entertaining from beginning to end but I must admit the title have you thinking one thing and the book is completely different but you won't be disappointed surprised but not disappointed. Loved the characters Serenity and Victoria but that damn Ashley was a grimy lunatic and I was so hoping someone would expose her. Loved the twists and turns that made you want to continue reading to see what the end was going to be.

Y'all this book was so good and the twists are unexpected. I loved me some Dre and Serenity. Ashley was just.....yea I don't even have a word to describe how I feel about her. Victoria was definitely a real friend. The ending has me all in my feelings.

That's crazy
This book was different from the books you usually write but it was just as good! Loved how everyone was connected in more ways than just the obvious. I'm glad Victoria found the courage to tell Serenity the real reason why Dre left. Ashley had it bad but its a lot of people like Ashley out here in the world. Awesome book!
Man this book will draw you in from the beginning. The title thru me off cause I thought it was a bout some chic stealing her friends man.. boy was I wrong lol. All I will say is once you start you will not want to stop till the end. Well written no editing issues. Perfect 5 star read.

Hmmmm no
I didn't like this book at all. It started off cool then it gets to b boring. Then the ending omg sucked!! I hope this is a standalone because it doesn't deserve a second book. I normally like books by this Author but this one didn't seem like she thought it through. Very disappointed!

Amazing read
Briana Crosby never let me down when it come to reading one of her master pieces. this was different then anything I have read from her so far . this book was full of surprise kept me interested from beginning to end my emotions was all over the place reading this .... Don't want to sat to much with out giving it away but this is a MUST READ

Unsuspecting!
Such an awesome read. ABSOLUTELY appreciative for a story that doesn't mirror others. This genre is filled with books of the same storyline, just a different name! Not this one though ! Although a part of me wants to wish that some things were different, I'm so glad it turned out the way that it did. It made the story that much better. A must read.

It was a good read but the ending was so sad. Serenity had it all and her best friend Ashley was so jealous. She wanted to be Serenity so bad. Serenity catches the eye of Dre not knowing Ashley is head over hills in love with him. Ashley refuses to accept them being together and it goes downhill from there. This book is full of drama, lies and deception.

This was a great read! Serenity was an all around good person while Ashley was about as grimey as they come. I liked Dre despite his job. Drama filled storyline with twists that kept the pages flowing.

Wow this was an eye opener this book started off with a bang and ended with an explosion and I'm so sad to see it end it was like Dre and Serenity didn't have a chance and I'm so sad that the mom is left all alone.

I loved this story it was real different. I did not like Ashley at all and serenity got on my nerves because I couldn't believe she was that slow but all in all this was a great story!!

Ashley was certified crazy. Serenity and Dre. Victoria was Serenity true friend. I hated how it ended. Chubb didn't won't to see Dre happy. I am disappointed in Mr. Wallace. Those girls was wrong. I reccomend this book. Its a standalone book.

Dam, what a crazy book. And that Ashley character is one is one crazy broad. I can't believe Serenity and Dre which is two very important characters to the book was just killed like that. Like I'm very curious to see how the next book is gonna turn out.
