Mating Wars #2

Marauder Fenrir

Rate this book
He came to kill, but stayed to claim me.

When the captain throws me in the brig, it feels like things can’t get any worse. But they can. A deadly alien assassin slaughters everyone on our ship, but spares me.

If I want to survive, I’ll have to accept this brutal alien’s protection. He’s frustrating, insufferable, and never admits he’s wrong. And the worst part? He says he wants to kill all humans. But he protects me, fiercely and without question.

His body is a deadly weapon, and he’s vicious and unrelenting. So why has he spared me? And why does he keep looking at me with those jade green eyes and that smug grin?

Falling for this cocky alien killer may just be the one thing that saves me, but who can save me from him?

Marauder Fenrir is the second book in the Mating Wars series, it features steamy sex, thrilling battles in space and on Mars, and plenty of romance. All books in this rock-hard science fiction series can be read as standalones, there are no cliffhangers, and happily ever afters are guaranteed!

Aya Morningstar’s Mating Wars Series is a definitely good series. I think she is on a role with this series. Who wouldn’t want to be flying around space with a hunky 7-foot-tall purple bear shifter with a teal man part? The fact that he is an alien assassin shouldn’t matter, should it? Fiona is the sister of Aura who was saved and mated by the alien Cygnus that Fenrir has been sent to kill. Fenrir is a cocky, yet dangerous warrior and he is fighting his pull to the human Fiona. Fiona is a pilot on the ship that Fenrir takes over and kills the entire crew but her. Now she has to attach herself to the 7-foot-tall alien in order to make it to Mars so she can hunt for her sister. A must read, and definitely lots of sex!!!!!

No spoilers. ARC free book given in exchange for an honest opinion

The over arcing story is moving along at a GREAT pace. The build up is kind of awesome! It has a ton of laughs but no weepy moments. Just a light hearted action book where the aliens sound alien but are human enough to relate to. I dont have a lot of series I actually pay for outside of my kindle unlimited script. This is a series I am happy to pay extra for.

So, everyone should read at least one book about a sexy, buff, giant, purple-skinned alien with a 10 inch, self-lubricating, teal cock that vibrates. I mean, seriously, alien wet dream, right there ;)

I've read four so far.
Cuz...vibrating dicks ;)

The books in this series are all fluffy bunny and totally safe. They are great filler between dark and heavy reads. There are rarely any obstacles on the way to the HEA. Just lots of Alpha grunting and sassy babes amidst wars and rebellions.

I can't believe I finally gave into the temptation of sci-fi alien romances...the world is ending, folks.

Better than I thought......

This was Sooo much better than I thought.... When I first started I honestly didn't have many expectations,I said to myself, " looks interesting, let's give it a try on KU."..... Then I started reading it and I found it hilarious but in that " it's bad it's good kinda way". You know like those movies that are supposed to be serious maybe like "Sharknado" ( Just had a small Wow! Moment, get this the crazy old lunatic that Madame or Monsieur Spellcheck actually recognizes the word "Sharknado"? Wow that word is more popular than I knew) Well any who,or like that show they used to have Mystery Science Theater 3000, you know where you laughing at parts that maybe should be serious but they seem funny as Hell and your laughing your ass off instead ?

Turret Female!!

Definitely loving this series! Great concept with the Marauder life and the need to conquer verses the desire to mate.

Fenrir is stubborn and I found myself giggling at some of his antics. Fiona is an awesome heroine. I love that Aya Morningstar writes her chicks with balls of steel. Provides a lot of friction with the Marauder, but paves the way for amazing chemistry.

Four stars and four wet panties. A great read if you like sci fi romance/erotica.

So you have a bad boy assassin alien that hates all humans believing that they all deserve death, and as he boards the spaceship he kills everyone, except he just can't seem to hurt Fiona , and right there Fenrir has to decide on what the Destiny will become.
Plenty of delightful action between the two, scorching, needy, hot!

Much better than I expected. Was expecting silly-fluffy yet steamy alien romance. Got that, but with a really good sense of humor. Still, there were some places where it fell short, so 3+

Fiona (h) is a member of Earth's Space Forces, a turret gunner on a decrepit old ship. When she refuses to fire on an unarmed refugee ship, she's arrested and locked up by her crewmates. Meanwhile, Fenrir (H) a Marauder assassin, boards and takes over her ship, killing her crewmates in the process. He's surprised to discover the human female locked up in the ship, even more surprised to find himself attracted to her - an attraction that goes against his mission and everything he believes in. Can a solider and an assassin from opposite sides of a looming galactic conflict find common ground, maybe even a possible future?

Definitely some good laughs. I love expressive ears and/or tails on otherwise stoic characters. Some good humor in the thoughts of the leads (I think my favorite was Fiona realizing that hooking up with Fenrir - who wants to destroy all humanity - would be the 'ultimate hate f*ck'). I loved the culture clash - always my favorite part of alien romances. Everything from her name on up to roles in society (and his mission to annihilate the human race). His use of Turret Woman tickled my funny bone - just the timing and placing of it, how it evolved from a cultural role into a pet name. And the steamy scenes too gave me some chuckles - some of the... adaptations... that alien races have in these sorts of stories can be entertaining. Definitely steamy, but also teal and vibrating. So, there you go.

The writing was a bit choppy, though, especially at the beginning. Maybe because I'd not read book 1? I mean, all the backstory of the war, the approaching Marauder force, the state of Earth and Mars, some of the Marauder culture... things just got dropped in off-hand. Not so bad that you couldn't follow along, but sometimes it felt forced, sometimes a little confusing, and sometimes just underdeveloped.

The chemistry was a little weak. Maybe back to the choppy writing? I liked it once Fenrir came around to the potential with Fiona - I liked their interactions - but I never quite caught what flipped the switch from "destroy all humans" to "lifelong human mate." They were quarreling, she's worried if he's going to kill/abandon her when they reach Mars' surface, and then they were hopping into bed, and he's devoting himself to her. Felt like an abrupt jump.

Editing issue - one of my biggest frustrations, at that. The books is alternating 1st person POV, but about halfway through a chapter, we switch from Fiona's to Fenrir's view with no warning. Continues as Fenrir through the end of that chapter. Basic proofreading should catch that. Some minor mistakes too, but that one was pretty glaring.

Alternating 1st person POV, like I mentioned. No cheating, no OW/OM drama, no love triangle nonsense. Steamy yet silly space adventure. I liked the sense of humor in the prose, the light and fluffy feel to the story. I liked it, but could have been better. A bit choppy, a bit of an abrupt romance, and could have used some proofreading. HEA, but no epilogue. No cliffhanger either, though threads are still out there for future books in the series (who's Aegus going to find!).

Would I read more in the series? Yes. This was fun and fluffy escapism, and especially if other books also turn up as free Kindle finds, I'd definitely give them a shot.

It was.... Different

The story was different. i had never read a sci-fi romance before to this degree, so y opinion may be a little too blunt. I enjoyed the Main character's personality and her sparky attitude, however I did not enjoy the love interest , but for or after his character change. The story was a little too fast pace, the society of new copenhagen government, (two of them were teens) or did I like how quickly the development of Fiona (Woman love interest ) and Fenrir (Male love interest). The met and fell in love within a day of meeting and by the end of it they were sharing wedding vows all within one day. The side characters had no special place in my hear nor was memberable and some of the battles were hard to comprehend what happened (but that could had been a me thing).

Although the world building was extraordinary and the environment did not feel "small". There was plenty of action and the sex scene was nice. I do wish this book could had, had little bit more, but is was a okay, fast read book.

2.75 teal stars!

The best part of the book was the action. It was never dull. Always getting to a new place in the story, and I greatly admire that! You would be surprised over the amount of authors who doesn't know how to "move forward". Luckily this book wasn't like that!

I was not completely convinced about Fenrir and Fiona's chemistry. They were decent enough characters, and I was interested enough to wanting to see what happened to them, but they will not earn the title of my favourite alien/human couple.

Will I recommend: No, the book was good enough, but I found it hard to connect to the characters.

Three and a half stars!

Fenrir wasn't as hilarious as Cygnus but the hero has the same alien alphaness that comes across as comedic. Our heroine is conveniently the Aurua's sister but for a military brat, other than the fact she can fly, she's written like a civillian. Our elusive leader Aegus also makes an unsatisfyingly brief appearance at the end. The book is a satisfying read except for all the bodily fluids... I couldn't helping cringing and wondering whether Fiona felt any shame for the state they left the elevator tram. Disgraceful! XD

Still not good and almost horrible as the first one.
Earth will starve because the Marauder Warriors will eat everything to be strong. I hate that the human people bow and worship those aliens. In fact, I couldn't finish the book at 81% and maybe it will be the last one in this series.

Sci-Fi Delight!!!
Title: Marauder Fenrir
Series: Mating Wars
Designation: Book Two, Novella, Standalone, No Cliffhanger
Author: Aya Morningstar
My Rating: Four Delightfully Entertaining Stars****
I'm completely addicted to anything paranormal, adore science fiction and totally love romance but give me all three in one great story and I'm in heaven! And that's exactly what Aya Morningstar has done....and done it well. Marauder Fenrir is the second release in the Mating Wars series and can be read as a standalone. However, since there is an underlying interconnected storyarc with carry over characters that runs throughout the series, I highly recommend reading all the books of the series in order of their release. I found the story to be cute, well crafted, fast paced and easy to follow with quite a few giggles and a tug at your heartstrings happy ending. The narrative is beautifully written in the first person with his and her perspectives. The dialogue is snappy, well executed and flows smoothly. I fell head over heels for the two protagonists of the story, handsome purple alien Marauder bear shifter Fenrir and smart, brave, beautiful human ship turret gunner Fiona. I felt they complemented each other brilliantly and truly enjoyed their banter and interaction. I was instantly smitten with the gruff conceited assassin Fenrir who totally cracked me up. He was so full of himself but totally clueless about human women and every time he opened his mouth, he put his huge alien foot in it. No one can accuse Fenrir of being a charmer but the big purple lug does grow on you. And Fiona, who as it turns out is Aura's sister from Book One, is an absolute delight. She's courageous, snarky, smart and resourceful which all comes as quite a surprise to Fenrir who is your typical alien male chauvinist. This is only my second time reading Aya Morningstar but it certainly won't be my last! No spoilers from me but I will say this...Seven foot tall purple alien space warrior/bear shifter, trained as an assassin, sent to kill his fellow Marauder Cygnus and wants to kill all humans-check! (Well, maybe he's decided he doesn't want to kill them all. lol...) Beautiful, brave, intelligent ship turret gunner and pilot with the Imperial Earth Space Force-check! A fleet of invading alien Marauders, a misguided assassin and an inescapable war-check! Humor, hijinx, heated attraction, fiery passion, sweet romance and dreamy sex-you bet! That and a whole lot more! If you enjoy science fiction filled to the brim with sexy alien bear shifter warriors, strong sassy heroines, heart-pounding danger, heart-stopping action, spine-tingling adventure, dry humor, fiery passion, dreamy romance and steamy sex, then this is most assuredly the book got you. This is not rocket science nor is it a Pulitzer prize winner but it is imaginative, cute, quick and enjoyable read. Great entertainment and an awesome read!

Obviously ratings are just personal opinions but when I review a book, there are several questions I always ask myself. First did I like the book? Yes, I really liked it a lot. Once I started reading, I was immediately drawn into the story and simply could not stop until I finished. Second, was there anything I didn't like about the book? Actually, no. I thought the book was cute. There were a few little editing boo-boos but nothing that took my attention away from the story. Third, would I recommend this book? You bet and I am but only for adult readers since it does have some very steamy, dreamy love scenes, Fourth, will I read this author again? Absolutely! As soon as I finished the first book of the series, I signed up for her newsletter so I'll know when the next book will be released and I must admit, I'm really looking forward to Aegus' story. And finally, was I entertained? Totally! Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read! If you love humorous, cute, action packed, easy to follow science fiction romance, this is most assuredly the book for you.

Pretty good foundation....

As a fellow writer I will never bash another's creativity, only promise to give an honest opinion, good AND bad. Oh, and I don't know how to write reviews without SPOILERS, so beware!!!

PRO: I really liked the basis of the story. I am not a sci fi writer, but I have a plot line of one and I really like it, so I have been reading more sci fi of late. I love Aya's idea of different colonies in space, plant or in orbit after the fall of Earth. I really like that Earth was a part of it. I like the ides of her assassin race trying to destroy all and the "good" winning at the end of the day to build a better "humanity" for lack of a better term, for all. Fenrir was hilarious and Fiona was evenly soft and strong. Her fight scenes were very well executed and the wording flowed VERY smother in those scenes, very detailed. I could see it.

CONS: The writing, especially in the beginning left a lot to be desired. It read robotically, if that even makes sense, when they were talking. Even Fiona, the human, came off as very proper and robotic. Thankfully her words flowed MUCH better about half way through the book and forward. I suggest ProWritingAid. It will help with a lot of the redundancies and pronouns. And lastly, and this is totally a personal preference as I am not really an erotica reader, choose your words a little differently, to be less harsh. A thesaurus helps a TON, and no I am not being a smart ass when I say that. C**k and p***y can be described much more fluidly that will entice the imagination more and pull a ready in to "feel" what you are conveying. Those words were turn off for me, not turn on. It kind of goes with that show don't tell thing that people drill into us writers. Show me what she feels, not that he just stuck it in her.

I LOVE and covet feedback and helping fellow writer. Feel free to look me up and reach out. Xoxo

I laughed throughout this story. It was sweet, and funny, and wonderfully entertaining which is all that anyone can want in a book.
What I really like about AM's stories is that despite the chauvinistic über alpha H's and a race that make my inner feminist want to neuter them all, it's the h's reactions that keep me reading and enjoying.
Each of AM's ladies are faced with a powerful warrior Alien who sprouts things that make them want to play foot-(to)-ball with their dangley bits, but they hold their own, actually... they rule those giants with such amazing pizzazz it's a joy to read.
I'm hooked and I really can not wait to read more.

Title: Marauder Fenrir
Series: Marauder Wars Series
Note: Book 2 of 3 so far (more on the way, at least a 4th) and does NOT have a cliff hanger ending and has a HEA
Author: Aya Morningstar

This is my review of Marauder Fenrir, book 2 in Marauder Wars Series. I got this second book in the series free through purchase on Amazon . This is the continuation of a great series and it can be read as a standalone. Each of the first 2 books books connect to each other but both can be read as a standalone because each has its ending . Be warned though you will not want to stop with just this one book and I am ready to find out what happens in book 3 with Aegus.

This is the continuation of the story the marauders. Book 1 has Cygnus and finding his mates and coming to trust in Aegus and his true knowledge that Marauder-Human pairings will create what is known as the true Seraphin form. Marauders are constantly on the run because of the fact that once they mate with a particular species the children from that pairing are unable to mate with any of the original marauders or from the species that the marauders mated with. As a result they are constantly on the move from planet to planet taking it over, taking mates, reproducing, and then moving on to the next planet to keep their species alive. Aegus knew (back in book 1) that Humans were the key to stopping this but did not want it to happen by invasion but instead wanted his race to join with humans and co-mingle without war and deaths. The humans have since taken over the planets of Mars and Venus and all 3 planets are split between accepting what Aegus says about his followers wanting to exist peacefully together and between the fact that the other half want to destroy them. This is the story of Fenrir and Fiona (who just happens to be the sister of Aura who is Cygnus' mate from book 1). Fiona is dealing with the war between the planets over the split about how to accept Aegus and his information about the Marauders. Fiona has the last straw handed to her when her jerk of a commanding officer tries to force her to kill a ship full off innocent women and children and she refuses. As a result she is basically shoved in a bag and locked up when Fenrir breaks onto their ship and kills all the men but he saves her. He thinks the men were using her as breeding stock which infuriates her big time. Fenrir is there because he owes a great shame debt and must find, and kill, Aegus and Cygnus. He is not the only one that was sent there as an assassin. Will he realize that his mate and a possible family is more important to him or will he follow through with his mission? Like normal the marauder men have no idea how to deal with human females and as a result puts his foot in his mouth many times. The female characters are smart, quick witted, and extremely patient to deal with the men they have come to love. I enjoyed this book and it was a good book for the 2nd installment.

I LUV YOU, FENRIR!💘💘💘
Rollicking good fun to read and enjoy! Great story and amazingly good dialogue between characters make this a MUST read for fans of Sexy Alpha Male Sci-fi. I thoroughly enjoyed the Marauder Fenrir's character. Fenrir🐺🍌🌋✋🔪🔫 is proud, arrogant, loyal, and naively cute, sexy, and insatiable all at the same time. Oh! Did I mention his huge teal Johnson vibrates, too! YEHAW!
Fiona💋💓 starts out as kind of a man hater, but Fenrir🐺🔪🔫🍌🌋✋ quickly wins her over and wears her down! She will be his lifemate forever.
This one of the best sexy alpha alien male sci-fi novels I have ever read!
YEHAW! Ride em Bareback🍌, Cowgirl! 🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎

In my opinion, although I liked Cygnus too, the book Fenrir is superior by far.

I needed something light to read that didn't require a lot of thought after reading the dark romance Cane series by Charlotte Hart and Rachel De Lune. Marauder Fenrir fits the bill. Short and loaded with banty dialogue between the main characters Fenrir and The Fiona, aka Turrett Woman, this story is F-U-N-N-Y!

Airwoman, aka The Fiona, Turrett Woman, and just plain Fiona, is the only woman on a gunship ordered by Captain Manta of the Space Forces to shoot down a ship full of civilians. Fiona refuses and is thrown in the crew's quarters and restrained in a bag. Marauder Fenrir is the most self-absorbed, arrogant, rude alien ever! Fenrir believes himself and his race, superior to all others, and has no problem letting lowly humans know it. Fenrir overtakes Fiona's ship after his pod renders useless to him in his quest to locate Cygnus and Aegus on Mars and kill them. Fenrir kills everyone on board except Fiona, who he deems as no threat.

Fortunately for Fenrir, Fiona can pilot the ship and take him to Mars. After reaching New Copenhagen, Fiona claims Fenrir is her mate. The two decide to stick together; Fiona for safety reasons while Fenrir isn't sure why he's allowing the two of them to stay together. Fiona is regarded as a war criminal while the seven-foot plus purple Fenrir is feared and revered as his reputation as a Marauder proceeds him.

After Fiona and Fenrir give in to their lust and fall into bed, Fenrir is having second thoughts about whether to kill Cygnus and Aegus, thanks to Fiona. Fenrir is also decided not to wipe out humanity but to protect it (the Seraphic Form got the best of him). Unfortunately for Fenrir, another Marauder, Minos, is sent as back up in case Fenrir doesn't complete the mission. Fenrir also knows that Minos will kill him and Fiona as well or try.

Fenrir and Fiona's adventure continues when she reunites with his sister Aura, aka The Great Mother, who is married to none other than one of Fenrir's targets, Cygnus. A third assassin, Kaius, is also dispatched to Mars for clean up of everyone and everything. Fenrir has to save the planet or die trying if he wants a HEA with Fiona.

Enjoyable read. On my Were Scale of Hotness, 3 stars.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

In this book we meet Fenrir and Fiona. Fiona is the sister of Aura from the first book. She is still in the military and on a ship with 4 other men. She really wishes she had choose the path her sister took because she can't stand to be here any more. On a routine mission everything changes. The ship is boarded by Fenrir who in turn kills all the men and orders Fiona to take him to Mars so he can kill Cygnus. At the time Fiona doesn't know that this is her brother-in-law. All she knows is there is something about this alien that both makes her want to kill him and keep him at the same time. If they can learn to work together they just might get more than either planned. Can she trust him though when he keeps telling her he is there to kill the human race?

Fenrir must wipe away his shame debit and the only way to do that in his mind is to kill Cygnus. However he is learning that their are many things about the human race that they didn't know when they were listening to the radio waves. Such as how good chocolate is. Fenrir believes that he can order anyone including Fiona to do as he commands and it will all happen. He is about to learn how wrong he really is. What will happen though when he learns there maybe more to his time here than just to kill Cygnus?

This story is full of twists and turns as two people learn to navigate their time together. They will either have to learn to work together or there is a very real chance they will both parish together. This story is filled with action just like the first one. I would really like to tell you everything that happens but I don't want to ruin any of the surprises that will come up. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it.

MARAUDER FENRIR(Mating Wars #2) by Aya Morningstar

After refusing an order from the captain of the ship, he throws Fiona in the brig tied and secured. She feels like things can't get any worse, but they can and they do when an alien boards their ship. His big, dangerous, and purple, and kills everyone except her. His arrogant, rude, frustrating, deadly, and if she wants to survive she'll have to accept his brutal alien protection. The worst part is it's his mission to kill all humans, yet he fiercely protects her without question. He keeps looking at her with those jade green eyes and smug grin, but he infuriates her. Falling for him may be the worst timing but the one thing that saves her. Whose going to save her from him?

This is book two in the Mating Wars series, and I loved it. This author is so imaginative and expressive, which comes across in her writing. This was an interesting and captivating story, and it's filled with drama, suspense, action, and romance. Hot romance. The characters are just awesome and made a great couple(after they work out their differences;). Fenrir is truly frustrating and arritating as he is halarious. The part where he has a short conversation with his tie about chocolate, is just hysterical. I also liked that Fiona was a strong female character who gave as good as she got, and her patience with Fenrir was unending. Overall a very entertaining and enjoyable read!

MARAUDER-FENRIR-{MATING WARS 2} SUSPENSE, DANGER & SIZZLING ROMANCE

Fenrir is on a mission as an assassin and his sights are on Cygnus as he and his kind believe the humans should be destroyed. Fenrir boards the spacecraft that Fiona is on; his intentions to kill all on board and use the ship as his own. Fiona’s heady scent captures his attention, but he believes she is weak that is until the human beauty shows her bold lion-hearted persona. Fenrir must make the decision to either follow the path he set out on or change it for the greater good.

LOVED this fabulous wild and thrilling space adventure. Spine-chilling action, powerful vivid scene descriptions, and witty dialogue keep you intrigued till the end. I so loved Fenrir’s quirkiness but his alpha protective persona makes him a most valiant hero. Fiona is the voice of reason and definitely a force to be reckoned with. The two blend well together and their romance is filled with fiery passion. A heart-melting conclusion makes this a most entertaining read. If you treasure sci-fi adventures this is a terrific addition to your library. {I was gifted this book and this is my honest review.} In the world of sci-fi romance, the possibilities are endless and always fascinating. Without reservations, I recommend this book.

This alien loves chocolate

Fenrir was an marauder with a shame debt. He planned on collecting on it no matter what and no matter how many humans and aliens he had to kill. Then he met Fiona and she kept tempting him in ways that he didn't understand but he knew he wanted her. He told her that she was his captive until he completed his mission then he would kill her along with all the other humans. Then somewhere along the way he started having feelings for his human and he started finding ways to protect her. Things got dangerous and well then other things got very heated and they bonded. Fenrir knew then that he couldn't let her go and maybe she was right they could live their on this planet and build a life together. He first had to take care of the other marauder's that's coming to the planet to kill everyone. He doesn't want Fiona to help fight but she says its the thing she's taught to do. She know she loves him and she tells him. They both promise each other to be careful and to come back safe. But is that something they can promise when they are outnumbered and out gunned? 3.5 Promising Author

Hi Readers,

If you like hot alien sex, then this is a book you should be reading. There are numerous orgasmic sparks exchanged between the well endowed dominate alien and the feisty female human soldier. Key word vibration, makes all the difference in this alien sexpert.

I think if the author focused on her world building you could expand your readership. This book fits perfectly in the genre of alien breeder books, but the civil war and divided invasion fleet have great potential to expand the universe of the story telling. I was pleasantly surprised that I found no glaring continuity issues in the book. Which I am truly grateful for, as the book has an interesting plot. Fenrir the hero is an a lot like the previous hero from book one Cygnus. Fiona is a lot like Aura the herione from book one. If you read book one you might feel you've read this book too, but with slight variation on the formula.

So if you are looking for that hot read to provide you with erotic images then this book and series are for you.

I read this via Kindle Unlimited.

An exciting addition to the series…
I love a book that makes me laugh out loud, and this addition to the Mating Wars left me snickering and shaking my head often enough that it felt like a treat. Aya Morningstar has a gift for crafting such feisty heroines that I couldn’t wait to see what was going to become of Fenrir and his more than sizeable ego once Fiona got ahold of him. The Marauders are larger than life, oozing so much confidence that it renders them oblivious to basic social courtesies, and I love how perplexed these uber-alpha aliens are by the behavior of human women. The banter flies between Fiona and Fenrir and is so sarcastic and sexually charged that I read this in one sitting. It was also great to see Fiona reunited wither sister Aura, who we were introduced to in the first installment, and I can’t wait to see what kind of trouble the siblings will find themselves in once get to Aegis’ story.
Please note that I received a complimentary advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
