Declan Sanchez is a Special Ops warrior. At six feet two inches he has the black-as-midnight eyes of his Colombian father and the chestnut-shot-with-gold hair of his Irish-American mother. He’s a man who always goes after what he wants—and gets it.
Annie Stanton is beautiful and she’s also the first woman Dec has ever wanted and not bedded. Annie wants him too. He knows that. But she’s inexperienced and he senses that rushing her would be a mistake. That’s okay. He’ll wait. He’ll do anything for the woman he’s starting to think of as his Annie. But Annie has a secret...A secret that will convince Declan she played him for a fool. He swears he's done with her. And he is...until he learns that only he can save her from a hideous fate. What will Dec risk to save her? His life? His honor? His heart?

I've been a writer, one way or another, all my life. Before I could read, I made up poems and my mom wrote them down for me. In elementary school, my teachers almost always let me write poems or stories instead of requiring me to do art projects. Always, I dreamed of becoming a published writer...and that dream came true! I write novels about sexy, powerful men and independent-minded women, and what happens when they find each other and fall in love. My books are sexy and romantic, and they've very often full of romantic suspense. I write the kinds of books I love to read, and I hope that makes my readers happy.

Fantastic Series

This series STUD is one series that I have read, and loved all of them. Full of Dramatic Military Rescue Action, also love stories. If read in order it is easier to follow the characters and learn to love all of them, and they are all characters when not on a mission. They are like brothers, and protectors of all in their extended family. I really liked this one the best of all. I just hope they keep coming.

Good but a workout

This book was so good but I am worn out fighting terrorists. The action was tense, the loving sexy and the story awesome. I had a good time so treat yourself and read it.

The guys in STUD take some kidding about the name of their Special Ops group. Actually, the teasing is well-deserved. STUD special ops warriors are drawn from the ranks of SEALs. They’re hard-bodied, tough, smart—and incredibly hot. Women hit on them all the time.
Declan Sanchez is a STUD warrior. At six feet two inches he has the black-as-midnight eyes of his Colombian father and the chestnut-shot-with-gold hair of his Irish-American mother. Dec is gorgeous. He’s a man who always goes after what he wants—and gets it.
Annie Stanton is a petite, hazel-eyed brunette. She’s beautiful, shy and she’s also the first woman Dec has ever wanted and not bedded. Annie wants him too. He knows that. But she’s inexperienced and he senses that rushing her would be a mistake. That’s okay. He’ll wait. He’ll do anything for the woman he’s starting to think of as his Annie.
Then, without warning, Annie disappears from Dec’s life. The next time he sees her is at the wedding of STUD Chay Olivieri—except she isn’t Annie Stanton anymore. She’s Princess Anoushka of the Kingdom of Qaram. Dec is furious at how she’d deceived him. He’s determined to forget her, but that’s hard to do—especially when, weeks later, it turns out that the only man who can save Annie from becoming the unwilling bride of a brutal dictator is Lieutenant Declan Sanchez and a raiding party of tough, combat-hardened STUDs.

Review:

Declan and his STUD One brother’s are being sent on a mission to rescue an American Ambassador, his wife and  the Princess Anoushka, daughter of the former King of  Qaram. Declan knows the Princess as Annie Stanton. A woman he had met on the beach got to know and then she left.   Or did she?

Will this mission bring the answers that Declan is asking himself? Will Princess/ Annie be able to give him the answers he seeks? Will the mission be successful? You will get these answers when you read this awesome book.

I love Military Romance books. I will be reading books 1 & 2 of this series.

Once again Sandra Marton weaved a story that kept me reading straight thru from start to finish. Renegade is book #3 in the Special Tactical Units Division(STUD) series and is another winner in my book. Renegade features Declan Sanchez a member of the STUD One unit and Annie Stanton. The story begins with the STUD One soldiers assigned to a hostage situation and one of the hostages is Annie the Princess and that is when we find out the back story! When Declan a handsome, big, tough alpha male and Annie, a shy young woman first meet both are attracted to each other. So as the relationship progresses nothing sexual happens but then lo and behold Annie disappears and Declan is mystified and hurt to what happened to her and keeps thinking about her which is messing with his mind and really not wanting another woman. Fast forward to Declan and Annie meeting back up again at a wedding and Declan finding out that Annie is really Princess Anoushka of the Kingdom of Qaram, to say the least Declan is mad(he thought Annie was just playing games and got bored with him) because Annie never said anything about being a Princess and then promptly was gone again. Back to the present, being sent to get the hostages is when Declan and Annie re-connect again. Have I caught your interest yet? I encourage to read Renegade to find out what happens next, I am sure you will enjoy this story as much as I did! If you like stories with hot Alpha males who fall hard and would do just about anything for the woman he loves and a princess who doesn't want to be a princess, along with action, hot encounters, misunderstandings and a great bunch of supporting characters, this book is for you! Great read!!

This one is right up my alley when it comes to drama and adventure. Nothing more yummy than a military man especially one in a special unit such as this one. Declan though has it bad especially when he can not seem to get his mind off a certain female. Then he is called in with others to rescue some people with one of those happening to be a princess whom happened to be the one who clouds his mind. You will find yourself given some hairy descriptions on what they are up against then they swoop in and the fun begins sort of. There is of course drama galore but the banter back and forth by Delcan and Annie is what really heats this novel up. The fire between them actually could of been used to light a fuse of a bomb to get rid of all the enemy but then there would of not been much of a book. They have one adventure that will be cutting edge suspense with a few twists. Just when you think all is lost though with you being really twisted up in knots because of a unexpected turn of events this author will take you on a journey to straighten you out.

This was a great addition to the series. I really loved Dec and Annie. They were adorable and sweet. We meet Annie and Dec in Chay's book and this book jumps right into the action after that. I was kinda baffled because I felt like I was missing something. We did get the details about how they met and what their relationship was like later on in flash backs.

This book is truly great and would have been 5 star but I think Dec is a jerk at some points and should have to grovel. Instead Annie just forgives him without any explanation or effort. There's some points where I was baffled at how easy she acquiesces.

All in all its a good read. Lots of action and sexy times. I cant wait for more of the STUD guys!

This is third story about a new military group (STUD - Special Tactical Units Devision) who are selected from the Navy SEAL's. They take on difficult military challenges. This story concentrates on Declan and Annie who met in Privilege, the previous story. We find out more about why they were separated. Then we learn about the problems that Annie has in her home country of Qaran. Dec (Declan) is part of the team sent to rescue her. He eventually learns everything that has happened in the past and promises to help her. It ends up in a question of what is the right thing to do.

WOW

This is book 3 in the series and all I can say is wow wow wow. Annie and Declan met in book 2 and this is their story, it starts out with the team going on a mission to rescue 3 Americans Annie is one of them Declan is not happy Annie left him with no goodbye or a reason why, he is kind of jerky to her but then the action, suspense and adventure starts and it is a wild ride throughout the book. I laughed, cried and held my breath at time Sandra Marton has hit another one out of the park with this book

Wow! What a great read! This is an action packed, intense, suspenseful, hot, steamy, romantic story. I loved Declan and Annie. Declan, the hot, alpha, brave, loyal warrior and Annie, the unassuming, unspoiled, brave, spunky princess. Their story grabs you at page one and doesn't let go. I highly recommend this book and can't wait for the next book in the series. Received copy from author for honest review.

Wonderful read

This book was fantastic but that is no surprise because books 1&2 were fantastic. This book had me angry, laughing, crying and holding my breath. I felt for both Dec and Annie as they struggled with him his realization of his feelings and her that she feels she lost him because omitted the truth. I love Commander Black he has his men's back. I look forward to the next book. You will love this series.

Annie has lost Declan before. Declan is in a tough place, he loves Annie but he can’t trust her due to her past lies. Renegade unfolds in some tense settings, upping the excitement of Annie and Declan. I love Military love stories, and this was a good one.

Renegade review:WOW! What a book! Renegade is intense, action-packed, hot and gripping. Declan and Annie seem to be fighting a losing battle where their lives and love for each other are concerned. You will LOVE their story. Of course, always a bonus is getting to see the other STUD members again.

Sandra I loved this story. Declan Sanchez was a big, handsome, brave man and I could just picture him. Mix that with the princess, Annie, was a spitfire and they made a great couple. The challenges they had to be together kept the book interesting throughout the entire story. Great read.

This one was Declan and Annie's story. It is fast-paced and suspenseful, with plenty of romance. A good addition to the series. I'm looking forward to more stories about the men of STUD One.
