Between Worlds

Rate this book
Two lifetime friends go missing while on a hunt for mushrooms. This leads to a search, but what the search party finds is out of this world. What they discover is that they are being stalked by a mysterious beast that has unique alien like features. Meanwhile the sheriff and a trapper go into a cave looking for the missing men only to be killed in a collapse triggered by the beast. Did this beast also have something to do with the disappearance of the two friends or was it something even more mysterious? Soon after the arrival of the army leads to an even deeper mystery. The area is then fenced in and made off limits to all civilians. What is the army trying to hide? Are there more of the beast’s out there or something even more dangerous? A week later the missing men are discovered hundreds of miles away in Arizona with no memory of how they got there while two mysterious men in black arrive in town looking for the new sheriff. They warn him of the approaching planet of Nibiru and the threat it poses to the end of mankind. Some men begin to dream dreams while others have visions of the coming apocalypse or perhaps of a new beginning.
