Informative and filled with tasty sounding recipes

The first part of this book includes information about the microbiome and why it just may be something we should all aim to improve.

This is followed by two phase diet plans to help clean out your gut and build more healthy bacteria.

Then follow all the recipes. While it sounds like a lot of work it’s also fascinating and I am looking forward to preparing many of the recipes and gaining a healthier microbiome.

I haven't tried any of the recipes, but lots of good information on a varied diet including fermented foods. Great book if you want to try fermenting at home. My take away was "go buy some fermented foods, because it's time consuming to make them at home."
