I had such fun with Allie, Bree, and Megan in the first book, Over Easy. It was Allie’s story we got there. Now the gal pals are back and it’s Bree’s turn to find the man of her dreams.

Bree’s plans of a romantic seaside vacation go flying out the window, quite literally, when a tropical storm forces her to change her plans. And this is where she finds herself in a heck of a pickle.

A word or warning here. It’s not just the hangover you have to be worried about after imbibing in too much of the grape.

I swear, I snorted and giggled my way through the first book, and here I am doing it again. These girls may sound desperate for love. Who isn’t when you’re young and single. But they aren’t dumb, just do some dumb things. That’s where I actually laugh out loud.

Fun is to be had as The Continental Breakfast Club strikes again. Expect for things to sideways as these gals get up to their shenanigans once more. A clean, humorous romance. Perfect for a summer read.

I received this book for my honest review.

I am so into this series! It’s great to read a romance novel without getting “dirty eyes” from all the sex scenes. These are sweet, hilarious, and I can’t wait to read the third one about Kristen! I hope the author will come along with a fourth, about Megan.

I absolutely adored Fresh Brewed! I loved this book even more than the first book in the series. I had so much fun reading this one. I loved the setting , the characters, the cover, EVERYTHING! This story takes place in Summer in the middle of a tropical storm. With Summer coming to an end and Hurricane Hermine, the timing to read this was perfect! This book would make for a perfect beach read. Perfect chic lit.

All the girls are back from the first book in the series. This time the story focuses on finding Breanna love. The girls are on vacation and makes for an ultimately fun read. This one was more of a romantic comedy, whereas the first book was more of a romantic mystery/adventure. I read this book very quickly. The chapters were the perfect length. Not too short, not too long. The story flowed very well and there was never a moment where I didn't know what was going on. It was such an enjoyable, fun, cute book to read. It put me in a good mood and made me smile the whole time I was reading it. Drinks, food, dancing, the beach...what else could you ask for?

It may have been a wee bit predictable, but maybe that's just because I've read too much romance in my life. Everything that I predicted would happen in the story did. I am glad that it did though. I wouldn't have wanted the story to go any other way.

If you enjoy cute, happy romance stories this one is for you. Kick back with a glass of wine, some snacks, and a comfy couch and you have yourself a perfect Friday night.

I am really excited for book three. I am looking forward to seeing another one of the girls meet her man, and see what kind of twist the next story will have. This series has been a lot of fun to read. The second book was even better than the first, so I know I will not be disappointed with book three.

The story is a spin off from the first book and focuses on the Bree or Breanna Mitchell. Bree, a teacher by profession is on the look out of the man of her dreams. To find him, she sets off to an exotic beach locale along with her girl gang – Allie and Megan. The have a shaky start as a storm hits their destination and their flight is postponed. Thanks to the storm, their hotel becomes inhabitable. They meet Kristin, a local, who offers a stay at her beach front house, but her offer comes with a catch. Her brother Ethan, is at the risk of losing his inheritance as his grandmother insists that he settles down. Ethan being the player he is doesn’t have a girlfriend at present. Kristin pleads Bree to act as his girlfriend. They manage to convince and fool their parents and grandmother. Unexpectedly, Ethan lands and the show goes for a toss. Bree does get what she came looking for in first place; however now she is unsure if that is what she wants.

Given that I had read the first book just a day back, it was easy to adapt to the writing. The writing was obviously perfect. Just like the previous book, the story in this book was also a well strung sequence of dumb comical events. More like a comedy of errors! This story is all about Bree and the writer ensured to develop and focus on this character like she focused on Allie in the previous book. The other characters were a bit shallow in a way and were not as developed as Bree with Ethan's character being an exception. The climax was perfect and surprised me. I giggled and snorted my way through the book.

The cover is pretty well done again but is a bit misleading when thought of in tandem with the summary.

MY SAY: One fun and warm read.

The second in a cute new chick lit series, turns things around by having Bree find romance this go around. Allie (the main character in Over Easy), Megan and Bree have been looking forward to their vacation getaway for months. The venue is booked, the swimsuits bought, nothing stands in their way. That is until a huge storm cancels their flight, damages their hotel, and leaves them stuck in Atlanta. While there they meet Kristin, a clever young girl also headed to the same vacation destination. Kristin is always looking to help others out so she invites the trio to come stay at her family's beach house. There's only one catch, Bree must pretend to be engaged to her older brother Ethan. Doomed to be written out of his grandmother's will if he's not married by 32, Kristin decided to step in and whip up a fiance to hopefully change their matriarchs mind. No one will ever find out the farce since Ethan is on a trip to China and won't be able to make the family vacation anyway. Or will he? Bree finds herself in over her head as she tries to keep the charade up of being madly in love with someone who she's never met. How will she ever get to enjoy the beach and all the cute boys?

A fun beach read that will have readers looking forward the third installment, Honey Glazed. Hopefully Megan will find herself a man!

Fresh Brewed is the second book in The Continental Breakfast Club series and once again, Pamela Ford delivers an entertaining read. Having read the first book, I was looking forward to what would happen to Bree, Allie, and Megan this time.

Trouble seems to follow the trio as they are taking a vacation to Hatteras Shores. A tropical storm is just the beginning of what will be a summer to remember!

I can't wait to read the third book in the series. Plenty of laugh out loud moments! Definitely a fun read that I would recommend.

HERE COMES TROUBLE!!!
OMG! Really, this is just what the doctor ordered for a bad case of the downs. Never heard of it? Sure you have. This is an amazing read that is sure to make your stomach muscles tighten. Trust me! I'm so sore from laughing my cheeks and tummy truly got a good workout. Pam has pulled another world wide open for us. This was just a blast to read I was glad I was laying down. I might have hit the floor. Ok! Enough about me. I guess I could tell you how incredibly wonderful this is. Or I could tell you how realistic or how the characters are friends of mine now. No. I'm not looney. Ok. Maybe a little. The scenes are sure to bring you a good dose of happy. You have got to read this series. I don't think Pam knows how to write anything that isn't fantastic, but you'll have to take my word for it. Or you can get it and read it yourself. Drop me a line when you do to tell how great it is. Pam's imagination and talents have no end it appears. She can come up with some of the greatest storylines that would be boring if it wasn't her writing. Pam you are magnificent.

A sensational follow-up to the first in the series, with as much wit and humour and romantic escapism as the first. One of the things I love most about this series is the optimistic nature of the main characters; it's a characteristic that makes them easy to love and empathise with. I very much enjoyed the plot lines in this story. There were some moments that elicited genuine tears, and these were so cleverly inserted between moments of hilarity it was almost impossible not to laugh and cry simultaneously. Even more than the first story, I found myself biting my lip with nervous anticipation: would the two characters who so clearly belonged together find their way to each other? An absolute must-read again!

FIRST IMPRESSION:

I have already read book one from the Continental Breakfast Club series and loved the writing. Therefore, I had some idea of what to look forward to in this book. The title, obviously punny, caught my attention and seemed to fit well. The cover was simple with a good color scheme, closely following the footsteps of the cover of book one from the same series. The summary told me which of the three main characters (from Book 1) were going to be focused on and I sat down to read with pleasant anticipation.

REVIEW:

There is something incredibly comforting about reading the subsequent books of a series you liked. The characters are familiar, the author's writing style (that should have worked enough in the first few books) is likeable and you have a vague idea of how the story might turn out. This might mean that there are certain expectations you have for the series as a whole and the individual book you are currently reading, but if they are met, the whole experience turns happy in an instant and you are left with a pleasant feeling of having visited good friends. After Over Easy, I had grown to like the three lead characters and the subtle humour laced with fun that was the author's writing style. This meant I had little expectations for Fresh Brewed, except maybe sit back and enjoy where the ride took me.

The focus shifts from A to B. Breanna takes over this time from Allie who ruled book one. The setting is a beach in a tropical island where good vacation plans are ruined by a sudden summer storm. When it renders the hotel they were supposed to stay in completely uninhabitable, the friends decide to take up the seemingly generous offer of a new friend - a stay at their place, with a catch. Bree must help out someone in acquiring an inheritance by pretending to be his girlfriend. With the surmise that Ethan, the man who was supposed to be her boyfriend would not be around, Bree takes up Kristin's offer and pretends to be her brother Ethan's girl. Having successfully fooled the parents and the elderly grandmother who would decide on the inheritance, (and who insisted on Ethan 'settling down'), Bree prepares herself for a good vacation. Things turn completely around when Ethan arrives. All of a sudden, Bree does get what she came to the island in search for - a boyfriend. But is that what she wants now? The story follows from there

Much of the story is a continuous series of gaffes. There is a 'comedy of errors' thing going on throughout the book and it is mostly funny because of the author's choice of words and writing style. While both book 1 and 2 follow the ladies' quest to find their perfect matches, each for different reasons, the handling is completely different. Over Easy had a tinge of adventure and suspense with mistaken identities thrown in while Fresh Brewed takes the adrenaline rush on a different, more romantically inclined, route. Though many stories previously had followed the 'it is just acting, what could go wrong?' path to 'everything that could go wrong, does!', this one is funnier and better in many ways.

The book has the perfect script for movies, and when combined with one stupid decision after another, it makes for embarrassing events that turn into good memories. The writing style is endearingly perfect and made me comfortable. The difference in genres of books one and two (should be called sub genre. Romance or mystery, the main theme is still chic lit) shows how the author could manage the different things so well. I liked this book better than book one in some ways, but most probably because I could relate better with and understand the three main women. The additional characters came and went perfectly for the story and the twists (probably planned to surprise) were predictable in the end.

This is the kind of book you would want to sit down to read on a breezy summer afternoon.

WHAT I LIKED:

•The premise of the story - staying true to the series
•The continental breakfast reference
•Writing style interlaced with generous doses of humour.

WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER:

•Predictable - but not really complaining.
•If you really nitpick plot elements - they are similar in principle. But the development is where the magic lies.
•Ethan as a character should have got more space and description - if only to give the story some weight.

VERDICT:
Liked this better than book one, and would really go for book three when it arrives!

RATING: 4.3/5

I LOVE this series! I'm going through the Continental Breakfast Club series like candy, sooo good!

This book hits the ground running from page 1. I still like all of the characters and especially the new family we are introduced to. But my favorite aspect of these novels is the writing. Humorous (I had to read the section about the face cleanser out loud to everyone in the room, in explanation of why I was laughing so hard), believable (mostly), and just plain fun.

Pam Ford - please keep writing!!!

Fresh Brewed is the second in The Continental Breakfast Club and finds our three friends going on vacation to the ocean for some relaxing time. This is also Bree’s idea fantasy of meeting “the one” in a vacation continental breakfast at a 5 star hotel resort. However, things do not turn out the way any of the friends think or planned as a pesky hurricane by the name of Drake has sidelined them in Atlanta, Georgia. Good news the next morning though, as Drake has gone out to sea with minimal damage to the coast. The very busy layover continental breakfast brings them to a chance meeting with Kristin Caruso who is also headed to the Outer Banks for a family vacation. Kristin also happens to have two single brothers. She and the three girls find they have much in common and hit it off. As circumstances collide, Kristen comes up with a zany idea that will not only help her brother Ethan in a sticky family situation but will also benefit the three friends. Bree agrees to be the pretend serious girlfriend of Ethan, who is not going to be at the family vacation so their grandmother, who has been quite put out with him, will be happy.

Again relying on the lies that these four have concocted, Bree paints a picture of Ethan as a most romantic guy that has the whole family hearing wedding bells. However, Bree did not realize that she would feel such a strong connection to Adam, the younger brother. This story takes a ridiculous turn for the worse as Ethan surprises everyone and ends up showing up after all.

This was another laugh out loud adventure with a touch of bittersweet as Bree realizes she has actually fallen in love with the whole family and now her reputation is at stake. This novel was reminiscent of the movie While You Were Sleeping starring Sandra Bullock and Bill Pullman, which was fun to watch, hilarious, and bittersweet too. Again I liked the seeing the three best friends have each other’s backs and adding Kristin to the mix will make for interesting future reads.
Content Warning: Like the first, this book is an adult read and has a sprinkling of bad language throughout; otherwise I would consider this one a fairly clean read.

I received a copy for an honest review through iRead Book Tours and the opinions are my own.

Bree has been looking forward to a relaxing summer vacation with her friends Allie and Megan for months. Both to enjoy the summer after a busy teaching year and as a distraction from thinking about her ex-boyfriend. Unfortunately, a hurricane thwarts their plans leaving their hotel damaged and the girls without a place to stay. While Bree and her friends try to decide what to do, they meet and befriend Kristen. Kristen is headed for a vacation at her family's beach house and invites the girls to come along. The catch - Bree needs to pretend to be Kristen's brother's girlfriend, which should be pretty simple considering the brother, Ethan, won't even be there.

Bree discovers that playing the role of fake girlfriend for Kristen's family is not really as easy as it sounds. Everyone is asking questions, especially Kristen's other gorgeous brother, Adam. Bree's description of a head over heels in love, romantic, Ethan just does not fit the heartbreaker his family has always known. And what is going to happen when unexpectedly Ethan shows up? He knows nothing about this charade!

Just like, Over Easy, Fresh Brewed is an exceptionally charming read. There are laugh out loud moments and moments of sweetness which make for the perfect chick lit.

I have completely fallen in love with the characters from The Continental Breakfast Club! They are always fun, funny, and highly entertaining. The friendships and relationships that form feel real and heartwarming. Fresh Brewed is a fast-paced read that I enjoyed probably even more than the first book. The reader is drawn immediately into the story and can't help but root for Bree to sort out all of these hilarious antics. Fresh Brewed is the perfect light literature to enjoy while we soak up the end of summer!

I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

As much as I enjoyed Overeasy, I feel Fresh Brewed was better. I loved the story. It is a very light-hearted simple story with ample room for comical scenes and scrapes Bree can land in.

I enjoyed getting to know Megan, Allie and Bree better in this book. They do know how to land in some ludicrous situations. The previous book had some mysterious element to it. But this one is an out and out romantic comedy with the emphasis on family this time.

The story is done in Bree's POV and I loved hearing her inner voice. Her mind comments had me choking on laughter at times and her penchant to land into hilarious scenes with Ethan's family had me laughing out loud. This is totally a feel good book. If you want some time to refresh yourself this will be a good read for the romance lovers.

The romance is light and subtle. It wasn't overdone and the author has handled it well with the way Bree and Adam get closer to each other. There were a few scenes where I was confused about the male protagonist but it was cleared up soon. The comic scenes were refreshing and the family time with the charades and interaction among Adam's family members was so good. It felt as if I was present among them. The author knows how to make the reader feel immersed in the characters and the story.

I felt Ethan wasn't that well developed. I truly didn't hate him but didn't like him either. Adam was a more mature person with a romantic streak while Bree, well, there are no words to describe her - loyal, friendly, cheesy and loveable goof.

The ending was better than Overeasy. I loved the finale and I hope Adam and Bree have a continuation book of sorts as I would love to spend more time among them and the family.

My rating : 5/5

Think While You Were Sleeping minus the coma, plus a beach setting and you've got the bare bones of this book.

I'm telling you, I laughed, I gasped, I didn't cry but I did get misty eyed, all while my heart was free to soar with Breanna's search for Mister Right. She and her friends certainly have down pat what they want, but sometimes the unplanned option, the someone you never saw coming is actually the one that's best for you. It was great seeing her catch her breath in the middle of the hubbub. It was wonderful to see her realize the truth among the lies before it was truly too late. It was HI-larious when she gave Grandma the "back up" present at her birthday celebration and everyone assumed it was something else entirely than what it was....Ha ha HA. Listening to her get a bit loose lipped after some fine wine and spilling the beans about her and Ethan's wonderfully romantic relationship, just added to the feels and allowed us to indulge our own "the one" fantasies. Bree's friends were a great pair as well, equally supportive and able to call her out on bad decisions, but the family Caruso really stole the slot for next favorite character with their closeness and desire to see each other happy...of course, the brothers being not so hard on the eyes and a soft touch to the heart, didn't do any harm either. They were just a great bunch and really made the story THAT much better.

To conclude, if you like Romantic Comedies, this is definitely a book for you. The characters are likable, the story just plausible enough, and the ending, something to remember. I will say this, though I've not read the first in the series, I didn't feel as if I was missing out on anything...something that can't be said for every series....

Fresh Brewed is the hilarious second installment in The Continental Breakfast Club series. In this book, we find Bree and her friends travelling to the ocean to get away from it all, men, relationships and life in general. A tropical storm almost stops their plans in their tracks unless Bree can pretend to be the girlfriend of Ethan, a total handsome, heart breaker who has never held a serious relationship. Bonus, he isn't even in the country, so how hard can it be?

That is when it all goes south! Poor Bree drinks too much on the first night (this was too funny!) and instead of helping her own cause may have set engagement fever in the home and causes some suspicion with Ethan's brother, Adam. On the second day, Bree can't help but feel the attraction to Adam but she has to learn to hide this attraction even though as the reader you can see that Adam would be just perfect for her, which is so difficult to read through when you want the best for her. Chaos really rains freely when Ethan arrives! Bree just wasn't ready for her "perfect" boyfriend to appear in real life and neither is Ethan! You can just begin to imagine the hilarious scenes that follow, each one even better then the last one!

Fresh Brewed is as well written, if not even more so, then the Over Easy. I felt immediately drawn into the story and part of it. It is written in a personal way, almost like a conversation with your best friend. You can't help but love Bree! She is just such a normal girl who gets caught up in a plan that you have never heard of before. You will love each moment in the second installment in The Continental Breakfast Club series.

After the life threatening consequences in the first book of this series, you'd think the friends' enthusiasm for their Continental Breakfast Club (meet single men) idea might fade.
Not so much. Combined with a dream oceanfront vacation, the plan is infused with new energy- you might say of hurricane proportions. When a storm diverts their travel plans, the ladies take in a hotel continental breakfast, however this time no one meets a dream man.
All three meet Kristin, who does have two single, attractive, successful brothers! Plus a grandmother determined to continue the family legacy. When Kirstin introduces Bree to family and friends as absent brother Ethan's girlfried, how could it possibly backfire?
This book is a wonderful stand alone romantic comedy although I believe you will enjoy each book in this series.

Perhaps the wine was a bad idea. Instead of solving two problems, the dilemma deepens and comedy escalates as sexy brother, Adam, manages to spend close time with Bree, (need I add shirtless?) and Ethan's real friend-with-benefits unexpectedly arrives. You can cut the tension with a dessert knife!
Author Pamela Ford's power of description evokes strong emotions.
This book oozes romance - the trouble being who that chemistry is between.
Who will actually end up with a relationship for a lifetime?

This is the perfect read for the beach or in front of a relaxing fire. Puresweet chick lit fun for any women's book club.

I did receive a copy of this book in exchange for an unbiased review.
I eagerly await the continuation of this rolicking series.

I started this book knowing I'd probably love it, as I adored the first, and I was definitely right. This book could so be made into a film. Fresh Brewed made me laugh and smile throughout, but also had a great plot - so great I read it in one sitting (it's now 3:30am).

The characters crossed over from the first book, but this time is told from Bree's perspective. Although not quite as much of a drama queen as Allie, Bree definitely shows similarities to her best friend. The storyline was again total madness, with the girls agreeing to partake in something ludicrous, but the book was written so well that it didn't matter if it was hard to believe.

Like Over Easy, Fresh Brewed is a love story of sorts, and although there's definitely cheesy romance within the story, it certainly wasn't overwhelming. Meanwhile, the fast moving and twisting plot kept me amused throughout and there wasn't a single moment that I wanted to put the book down.

I was hooked from the start (probably due to how much I enjoyed Over Easy) and I'm actually really sad that I'm going to have to wait for more of the girls whilst I wait for Honey Glazed to be released. I'm also sad that it seems logical to assume this series will only be a trilogy. A massive thanks, once again, to Pamela for sending me a personalised copy of this book - I'm so very happy that she was kind enough to do so, as I've been introduced to a whole new genre of books.

Disclaimer: I received a complimentary copy of Fresh Brewed by Pamela Ford for the purpose of an honest review.

It was an absolute pleasure to read Fresh Brewed by Pamela Ford. It isn't often that I get to read two books in the same series for review in such close proximity to each other. This novel in The Continental Breakfast Club series follows my review of Over Easy on August 2nd, and I'm hoping the third installment won't take too long to find it's way onto my reader!

The same characters inhabit Fresh Brewed that we first met in Over Easy. These ladies are up to their unusual antics and this time things are even more serious. An inheritance is at stake and the ladies of The Continental Breakfast Club are ready to make sure that doesn't happen, regardless of the heartbreak that might ensue.

I loved them in Over Easy and I love them even more after reading Fresh Brewed. The question is, how long will I last? I'm ready for Honey Glazed to harken me back to my reader for even more fun! If you haven't picked up these two books yet, what are you waiting for?

I definitely recommend Fresh Brewed by Pamela Ford and give it five steaming hot cups of Room With Books coffee.

I received a free copy of this book for an honest review.

I just read Over Easy and was looking forward to seeing what adventure the girls in The Continental Breakfast Club were going on this time (or getting themselves into). I found it interesting that Over Easy was what I would consider a mystery and Fresh Brewed is chick lit. It shows Pamela Ford’s diversity as an author and also makes me wonder what the next book will bring.

Fresh Brewed is told from Bree’s point of view. She is going on vacation with her friends Allie and Megan. Their vacation is turned upside down by a tropical storm. They’re still able to go but their hotel is damaged so they end up staying with the family of Kristin, a girl they met at a continental breakfast, of all things.

I really like Bree, Allie, and Megan. They’re independent single women who are looking for “the one.” Actually, Allie thinks she may have found hers and Megan was burned when she was young so she’s happy being single. Their new friend, Kristin, fits right in although she tends to try to “fix” things for her brother Ethan.

Fresh Brewed is fun, fast reading. It’s chick lit at its best with lots of humor and a little romance. I can’t wait to read the next book in The Continental Breakfast Club series!

This is a contemporary adult fiction
that I am reading after a long time. After reading the blurb, I expected it to be a fun read.

As expected, it is fun to read about 3 friends heading to a vacation with the expectation of meeting their dream man. They get disappointed when their dream vacation is postponed by a storm and flights are cancelled. But, everything happens for good, right? They meet Kristen and happen to know about her brothers Adam and Ethan. Bree has high hopes if one of them can be her dream man. It's a laughing riot when she has to join Kristen's family as Ethan's girl friend and Ethan arrives unexpectedly. Meanwhile, Is Bree really falling for Kristen's younger brother Adam? You have to read this book to know ☺

The title and cover are very apt, though I felt, cover is slightly dull. The narration is friendly and easy going. Characterization is cool. I liked the plot with the required portions of humour in it. I recommend this to teenage girls and fun loving men and women. I haven't read the earlier part of 'Continental breakfast' series, but would love to read now.
Ps: I have received this book in exchange of an honest review and this is my unbiased opinion on the book.

This is the second book in a fun series. I have fallen in love with these characters as they are such fun to be around. It is like spending the day with your best friends when you are reading this story. This time we get to go on a trip with the friends to find love outside of where they live. But this does not seem like such a good idea when a tropical storm messes things up. But these girls are not to be stopped and continue on in their fun adventures. To only have been a fly on the wall to see the faces of Ethan's family the night Bree gets drunk and starts telling tales. The looks must have been priceless. The author did a good job with describing everything in this story so you can get a good picture of all the antics. Everyone wishes they had friends like this that can help each other find love. I am looking forward to the next book in this series and to see where they seek out love nest.

This book was as much fun to read as the first one. It captured my attention as soon as I started it. The storyline was very unique and interesting. The book stood out to me from the rest of the books I'd been reading. It was a wonderful read. I had so much fun reading this and giggling along as I read through. The characters were wonderful. They were likable. I enjoyed them so much. I loved reading about them playing charades. It was wonderful. I wished my family would play games like this even though I would be so terrible at guessing. But still it's something on my to do list.

The pace of the story was not rush and everything flows nicely. It was a light read and I had a smile on my face the whole time I was reading. The plot wasn't very obvious to me. I kept guessing who's going to end up with who. I was very excited as I reached the end of the book. I believed that the story was done perfectly and I definitely looking forward for more stories from this wonderful author!

In an Oyster Shell – This was a heart-warming laugh out loud read. I highly recommend it.

The Pearls – The concept of this second book was good. It was even crazier than the first book. It was really well executed. The author showed a masterful skill of wielding a fantastical tale that again had me laughing out loud.

The romance in this story was really sweet. I love how this series brings out the concept of love in unexpected places. I like how the love story was just complicated enough to be interesting.

Having thoroughly enjoyed Book 1, Over Easy, I was quick to grab this book too and read it soon after.

I loved the unique storyline - quite as much fun as book one. Another loveable heroine too in Bree. I enjoyed how she got carried away detailing all the romantic gestures that Ethan supposedly made to her and how he was then forced to act upon them to keep up the charade.

Warm relationships, great family ties, and interesting characters are what made Freshly Brewed, really fresh and a book I found hard to put down.

Looking forward to another serving of Pamela Ford's Continental Breakfast!

This is by far the best book I have read by Pamela Ford. She has shown her diversity to write historical fiction and now light-heart romantic comedy. Is there anything she can't do? I doubt it. This woman should be on everybody's read list. In my opinion this book should be made into a movie!

I loved Over Easy, so I couldn't wait for the second book to come out. I was not disappointed. I couldn't help but laugh out loud through the whole thing. I really loved the main character, Bree. The book is a charming, easy read that I couldn't put down.

Book two in the Continental Breakfast Club was even better than the first! Equally as funny and fun, this one switched focus from Allie to Bree. I found myself rooting for Bree the whole time and couldn't put it down.

This book was a great sequel to Over Easy. Bree is a very believable character who reminds me of many of the women in my life. She gets into all sorts of hijinks that had me laughing out loud. Was a fun quick read!
