Not long after a group of college friends start their junior year, a series of events are set in motion that will change their lives forever…
Rondell is a good-looking, smart, confident young man who seems to have it all, but he hides the pain of his past. He grew up in the foster care system and experienced a series of traumatic incidents that rocked him to the core. He made it out of that life, but it hasn’t let go of him yet.
Faleesha has just transferred to this college to make a fresh start. She is focused on building her relationship with God and leading others to Christ, but she encounters many stumbling blocks – distractions, persecutions, drama, and a growing attraction to Rondell that excites her and scares her at the same time.
Gesston has had enough. He’s grown up in church, and Jesus is all he knows. He has friends but no girlfriend, a good reputation but no street cred. He meets Faleesha and is convinced she is the woman for him.
Shelly’s been in a number of relationships, none of them good. She’s tired of players and wants true love, the kind of love her friend Rashonda has with Tyrone, but she just can’t seem to find her soul mate. Then Gesston asks her out, and Shelly is sure that she has found the man of her dreams. But Gesston can’t hide the truth forever, and everything unravels the more he tries.
This book was insipiring to say the least. The things that theses characters battled with being christians. Its amazing how the Lord will use you everything around you for his glory. This book was well written wish there was more.
I'd come across this book before and read the synopsis and decided it wasnt for me since there seemed to be a lot of characters. Yet something brought me back to it and I'm glad it did. The transition from character to character is smooth and enjoyable. The tears I cried reading this book as the characters each came into their own is no small feat. The lives and trials of these friends are so intertwined you can help but to love them all, even Chris. This book has been a whirlwind of emotions and reminds me of the times I've backslidden and found my way back to Christ. It truly warmed my heart and I cant wait to see what is in store for the gang in the sequel.

Great read for young adult Christians it has real life scenarios and situations that are going on even now. Great for college students that are having a hard time staying in arms reach of God would be great to share with young adults
I think this book would be a great hit with young readers, walking in faith. Sometimes it can be so hard to keep marching. Faleesha was my favorite character; such a sweet heart.
I give this book 5 stars it was a good storyline about how we all fall short and God keep forgiven us. This story reminds me of how different paths taken all will lead us back to God.
This book has so much meaning, I love how everybody came together at the end. I hope Felicia and Randell gets married because they really love one another.
I enjoyed this book. Everyone will go through thing in their life, but we must not turn our back on God. Instead of running from God one need to run to God. A group of college friends go through a bunch of events and things will change. I enjoyed the relationship with Rondell and Faleesha.
First book I've read from this Author but won't. be the last. I was hooked from the get go. I felt like the characters were relatable and the flow of the story left me wanting more
I truly enjoyed every page of this well written story. A different read from my norm, but it is well worth reading. The characters are all interesting, likeable, and dealing with some real life issues.
This book was good. It was about a bunch of college students and their daily challenges in life. There were lots of ups, downs, relationship issues, childhood memories, (good & bad) and religion. It was a really good read.
I cried like 6 times reading this book LOL It was such a motivation & inspiration! We all struggle and face daily temptation and I'm impressed with how Tanisha told the good, bad, and the ugly! Well done!!!
