Genos and Saitama both get things for Valentine's Day from other people. Both are jealous. Both buy/make gifts for the holiday, and both screw up majorly in trying to woo each other.
(Because neither of them thinks that the other will like them. In other words, Genos bakes a cake and hopes for the best as he jumps to conclusions about Saitama's admirer, while Saitama just misinterprets everything.)
