I picked up this book for my psychology class. I had to pick a self-help book and give a presentation on it. This book would be helpful for someone who is struggling with and eating disorder. When paired with counseling, I believe that this could really help someone.
I have this book there stars because I thought that a lot of what was written was redundant (minus one star) and I also came across a lot of typos in the text, specifically toward the last third of the book (minus one star).
The title leads me to believe more can be said regarding the link between being mindful and how that can positively affect eating habits, but the book is a but thin in that regard.
