Recieved this ARC for an honest review. Wow Kathryn Thomas has done it again. This book was brilliant written and just pulled you in, a definite page turner. Arsen had seen his fair share of heartache and is not looking for love. On the way back from a drop off with his brothers he comes across a pitiful woman walking down the highway. She has been beaten and is not saying a word. She latches onto him a does not want to let go. This is a story of two broken people who fate has brought together start to heal each other.

It's kinda funny that this book resembles a story that I started to write. It was like de ja 've. That being said I really enjoyed this story, I liked how the author didn't make light on what happened to Quinn. She suffered greatly at the hands of a motorcycle club and when Arsen finds her and takes her in, it was great to see her recover.
I found that this book was mostly about revenge.
Also the way the Blade covered up their illegal activities was genius! I've never heard of that before.
I was hoping there would be a Blacktop Blades MC 2 but I didn't see any kind of book like that, so I'm assuming this isn't going to be a series. I really would've liked to see more of the club.

Two stories
I enjoyed both, looking forward to reading more. I hated that the book had to end, that's how into the storyline I was.

Quinn is the damsel in distress and Arsen is her knight in shining armor. When Arsen and some of his brothers happen up on Quinn, she is broken, traumatized and running for her life. When they first try to help her she is terrified of them, but for some reason she trusts Arsen. As he helps her to heal, they both begin to learn about the tragedies both have faced in their lives.
This book isn't your typical mc romance, but it will quickly pull you in and you can't wait to see what will happen next. The Blacktop Blades are not your typical outlaw mc. Yes, there was violence and romance, but I thought this book was more about healing and finding your true love. I loved the way that the story went back and forth and was told from both Arden's and Quinn's points of view. I received an ARC of this book for an honest review, but I truly enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend it!

Kathryn Thomas's Arsen: Blacktop Blades MC held me riveted from the very first page. It was intense, intriguing and full of suspense and a mega-hot love story to boot. I literally read it straight through, without putting it down; it was that good.I'm not going to tell you about the story - there are plenty of reviews available if you want to know what happens. What I will tell you is how very well drawn the characters are; the connection between Arsen and Quinn was sizzling and if I found a man like Arsen, there is no way I could let him go either!
This is the first time I have read anything by Kathryn Thomas and it won't be the last. She has a long list of published books and there are several I can add to my TBR list immediately! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review and that in no way affected my review.

I received this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review. "Arsen" is an MC book with a lot of action. Arsen is the leader of the club, and Quinn is the nearly broken woman he rescues. Kathryn Thomas gives her readers two damaged characters who find what they need to heal within the other. Unlike many books of this genre, Thomas avoids two of the major stereotypes. Often, the female lead is week or does irrational things. Quinn is well-developed and amazingly strong. The author also avoids the insta-love story. The story develops in such a way that the relationship between the two characters seems to be organic. Overall, "Arsen" provides a very satisfying read. With her well-developed characters and detailed storyline, I have found a new author to add to my favorites.

The first book ,Arsen, ends at 50%. The storyline of the book was great. Arsen was a good character and you fall in love with his big heart but I think the book should have went into more detail about the characters,so disappointed with that. The second book,no. This book is not an MC book. It's a book about sex challenges and fights,it has nothing to do with an MC except they call themselves that. Waste of time.

This book started out soon dark and Quinn was so broken, but in comes Arsen's MC. This book was fast paced, the characters were so well developed, and the book grabbed you from beginning to end!! I love a BB Alpha male with compassion and a strong women who can overcome crushing adversity. Great book, Kathryn!! I was gifted an ARC for an honest review.

I was given an ARC for an honest review. I loved this book. It was very easy to read and I couldn't put it down. It was dark at times. Arsen was both tough and hard, but also sweet and loving. Quinn was strong, but broken. This book was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone that likes Bad Boy Bikers with a happy ending.

I love a great MC romance and this one delivers just what I was looking for in terms of the characters and story. It is a darker story but in the end leaves you feeling good. It is fast-paced and you don't want to stop until you read it all. The characters really connect with you and I look forward to reading more by this author.

I received and ARC of this book for an honest review. I really enjoyed this book, it was fast paced and I could not put this book down. I really liked the characters and how they developed through the book. I would highly recommend this book.

Good book
I liked the first book. Loved the beginning. She got a little to well to fast but this book is packed with drama and sex and a MC shootout. It was pretty good. I didn't read the second book but if I do will comment later.

This was a very exciting read. Kept me on the edge of my seat waiting the the other shoe to drop always. Never knew what was gonna happen next. Love the way Kathryn writes and love what she writes about for sure...

Loved this book! This is the first book I've read by Kathryn Thomas and I am definitely a fan! Very well written...I loved the characters and the story line! Can't wait to read more by the author!

It was just okay for me. I liked Arsen but not Quinn. I know she experienced something traumatic but she was too weak, needy and whiny.
