Hanna and Cross are back in book 2 a follow-up in the Billionaire’s Sub series. In this book, Their Dom/sub relationship is fully there, its present and the story flowed seamlessly from book 1 to 2.In this book, we are seeing them hit a bump in their personal relationship which then leads to that dratted miscommunication. Cross and Hanna do love each other but ye gods reading the pride they each have and the willpower of how they each want the other to fall on the sword, so to speak was somewhat brutal. Again, Its that pesky miscommunication that caused a lot of heartache in this story between the two lovebirds also there are secrets which is about to pop out and cause a lot of trouble if not handled correctly and Hanna is someone who likes honesty upfront. Cross has some secrets that he has been keeping from her. In this story you will see this couple go thru angst and heartache to get to the real picture and find that love that has always been there. Hanna’s older sister, Juliette, makes an appearance in this book several times – in fact she has a sub story going on with her boyfriend. I would love to get a backstory book wrote for her one day which tells their love story (hint hint) So sit back and prepare yourself for a passionate, angst , heartbreaking, love-filled , and at times filled with humor. This story has heart and soul and oh some hunky men that are definite book boyfriend material.
My rating: 4.6 stars **** **I was given an ARC by the author in exchange for an honest review***

Hanna and Cross are amazing together. Their Dom/sub scenes are beautifully written and the story flowed seamlessly from book 1 to 2. Yet, can miscommunication cause so much drama in a relationship? Yes! Cross and Hanna have desires but will it be too late to fix their strained conversations? Who will walk away? Who will fight for their future? Can they find a compromise? M.S. Parker's Make Me Yours was brilliant. It has my happily ever after and so much more. An absolute must read!
This has been the best series I have read in quite a while. Such hot sex very seldom comes with a good story filled with romance, passion and characters that have such chemistry. I did not want to put either book down. What I really liked was how the story built as you read it. First book was great then second book was awesome. I find so often in series the first book is great and with each additional book it decreases because the author stretches out the story too far. Great writing til the very end. Will definitely be checking out all this author's books.
Again the reading flow was choppy. Does give the story of the next steps in the Dom / Sub life. But first, there were shock and issues that needed to come out before the Cross could come to terms with this true feelings. Hannah knew what she wanted, she just had to tell Cross what it was. Trouble in paradise is not the way to start things, but it does help bring them together.
DNF. The first book in the series was cute. Not a great work of literature or anything, but cute enough. But this one… It’s like it’s not even a continuation of the same story.
First off, there are plot inconsistencies. Cross gives her a collar and invites her to move in with him at the end of book one. But now they’re in a sort of undefined somewhat casual relationship and Hanna is still living with her sister, months later?
Secondly. Cross transforms somehow from a dependable and understanding and mature character to a jealous, hot-headed, selfish and cruel frat boy. He sees something that shocks him, and he immediately not only assumes the worst in Hanna, who he claims to love and trust, but also angrily accuses her of nefarious scheming instead of asking her about it? And then doubles down on it when she has no idea what he’s talking about. And THEN he stomps off in a snit and leaves her stranded on the other side of the country without so much as a “I’m leaving” text? So many red flags, I’ve lost count.
She tries to talk about it with him days later, after giving him time to cool off, and he drunkenly doubles down on his irrational anger *again* and spews some nasty shit at her.
And THEN he comes crawling back, ambushing her at work, asking for forgiveness, AND SHE GIVES IT TO HIM AND TAKES HIM BACK without ANY DISCUSSION?!
Jesus Christ. How is any of this supposed to be romantic? Like, I get that there needs to sometimes be angst or drama in a story, but this is just pathetic and a complete turn-off. Absolutely DNF. Couldn’t pay me to keep reading about this fucked up couple.
Written in dual first person POV. Good amount of sexy scenes. My real issues were with Cross’s immaturity, continuity with book 1 and proofreading errors. Cross’s reactions were just all wrong for someone out of their twenties and his subsequent actions later in the book were ridiculous. While I can’t imagine this book as a standalone, I would have been happier had I not read book 1 so I wouldn’t see all of the things that changed between books. Also, the book ends at 65% and volume 1 of another series is then introduced, which I didn’t bother reading.
Really enjoyed this book - part 2. Cross and Hanna have lots of ups and downs, miscommunication and loves of love. The ending is way to fast paced in condensed form. Then Hanna's sister Juliette that was rushed and condensed too. Thought part three would continue with these characters but they are totally different.I am not sure if I like that 'series' but different characters idea for the last book in series. I will read part three to see if there is a correlation between the books. Books 1 & 2 a definite read as well as hot & steamy!!!
This book was well written and had a lot of twists and turns. Really interesting characters. Cross the Dom and Hanna the Sub. Juliette the the Dominatrix and Dalton the Sub. Cross and Hanna are immediately caught up with each other. Hanna was completely taken by Cross when he offered to take care of her while introducing her to his lifestyle of BDSD. Juliette becomes pregnant after a one night stand.
How can you start a book off negating the ending of the first book. Did I dream that Cross asked Hannah to move in with him at the end of book one? Making this whole second book pointless as there arguments stemmed from her not knowing where their future was headed. I'm happy for Juliette's side story after having been kidnapped and an outcast in her family, a family that truly sucks; you can't help what you've been born into.
Loved this conclusion to Cross & Hannah’s journey together. A bit of a surprise twist included to increase the drama. Loved the final three chapters that tied everything up completely. I almost want another book with more of all their lives. Totally worth the read.
MS Parker’s Book 2 was absolutely the icing on the cake. It was a beautiful wrap-up of everything from Book 1 and I loved it!! Hannah and Cross trying to navigate the waters of a relationship in between the trials of life made this book really exceptional. I fell in love with this couple in the first book, but this volume really cemented them for me.
Throughly enjoyed the relationships between Hanna and Cross, Juliette, and the disfunctional one with her mother. Parker writes with a realistic flair for the family dynamic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys erotica.
I found the 2nd instalment better. Cross has some serious thinking to do about himself. Intro of new character and old. A slight twist yet a happily ever after. It’s what happens in between that one needs to sit and read. A pleasant surprise read from #2 instalment.
Loved this series of books. The story line is fab. Love the way Hanna and cross relationship starts with mistaking her for her sister. Definitely well worth reading especially if you liked FSOG
While the end of the first book he asked her to move in but the author seems to have forgotten that. It was an ok story. I wish the two "bad"people would have gotten worse treatment but it was fine. Steamy for sure.
Well these two certainly know how to make a mess. He has this idea of what he thinks he wants. He never thought what his life could be with a family. They did seem to go in circles. They fought more then needed. At least they finally got it together.
The book was a good read. It had quite a few assumptions from both the main characters. I really loved the ending. The intriguing situation with the half sister was a good twist
This book was well written and I loved it. It had a cliffhanger and I need to get the rest. Brothers against each other over a girl....wonder how it will end.
