I’m a lover of all things books, a hopeless romantic, and have always had a passion for writing. Between being a sappy romantic, my love of an HEA, my crazy imagination, and ok, let’s be real, my dirty mind, I fell easily into writing romance.
I’m a huge baseball fan and yet, a complete girly, girl. I’m an obsessive reader and have a slight (hahaha! Slight? Yeah, right) addiction to signed books.
I’m married to my very own book boyfriend, an alpha male with a sexy, sweet side. He is the best inspiration, my biggest supporter and the love of my life. He is also incredibly patient and understanding about the fact that he has to fight the voices in my head for my attention.
I hope you enjoy reading my books as much as I enjoyed writing them!

What a fantastic surprise! I really adored this couple!

At first, I was afraid that I had happened upon a book that was part of a series. It started kind of slow and there was a couple of characters that I felt maybe somewhere in this author's world may have their own story. If that is the case, I want to seek them out! Turns out I didn't feel quite as out of the loop as I initially thought I would.

Drake, what a sexy man. Alpha, brave, and once he hears Ayva's name he is 100% devoted. Once he sees her picture, the mating pull is so strong and he knows he has to find her. With the help of some great friends, he searches for her and saves her life.

Ayva is a sweet, sassy young lady who has no idea what her future has in store for her. Right before her 21st birthday, she is kidnapped. She thinks she is dreaming again when she is rescued by the same man who has been in dreams at night.

-hot alpha (who is celibate for years)
-sweet virgin
-insta love
-hot sexy times
-no cheating or ow/om drama whatsoever
-no pushing away
-great epilogue. (I could have had one further into the future but I was content with what we were given)

I'm thankful to Susan Stoker for having this Special Forces Operation Alpha series because not only did we get a mention of Mozart and Tex (Seal of Protection series) but she turned me on to a new author I hadn't had the pleasure of reading!

Elle Christensen has a winner on her hands!

This book has a different twist to it and is very enjoyable reading. As is all the Special Force books you have a sting alpha male protecting his woman. This time however there is magic involved and it really works well with the storyline. Avya is far but she hasn't gotten her powers yet that happens when she turns 21. Drake has to find her befote that happens because she doesn't know what she is. As this story involves kidnapping, religious zealots and special force troops both human and far you can imagine just how off the hook this story becomes. As Avya and Drake find their way to the HEA you will not be able to put it down. And of course the retired Seals that aid in rescuing Avya are always a welcome addition.

I chose to read and review this book. I liked this one. It was well written and the characters are very captivating. I liked how the main characters meet and interact. The emotions are wonderful as well as their connection. This one has a lot of testing on love and friendship to see how it goes. I recommend it

Freaky fanatic

Our heroine has to be strong to survive the days after her kidnapping. Our hero connects with her from the moment he hears her name, something that only happens with true mates. True friends and teammates work tirelessly to find and free our heroine.

Good story

Did they accidentally publish a draft copy of this book? It truly was a great story but the grammar errors and typos made it a rough read. Needs a good editor!

Fae are a magical race who exist because of the first fallen angels. Sometimes Fae fall in love with humans and create children that are both human and Fae and they do not know who they are until they turn 21. Drake is a full blood Fae, assigned to be a tracker and guard for some of these half human half Fae. Ayva is a one of them. When she goes missing, Drake is brought in to help locate her because it is both close to her 21st birthday and she was assigned to be guarded by her father. But when he doesn't expect and is when he hears her name, to know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the fates had chosen her as his fate, his destiny, his everything. Can Drake find her before anything can happen to her? Can Ayva help herself escape the evil clutches of those who decided to take her for themselves? Will these two be able to find one another and be together as they are destined?

I really did like this book. I enjoyed the characters and the plot. It was easy to read, easy to follow and even being a novella, you get a complete story and are satisfied with the story. You will laugh and cry and scream and love it even more in the end. Plus, we get to see some awesome Susan Seals in a entirely different way.

Of course Elle has hit another home run with this novella! I can say that I have yet to read any of Elle's books that didn't just capture my attention and keep me enthralled until the very end. I love the Fae people and the way that Elle makes them seem so real to us. I can get lost in these stories and they seem so real life that I forget I am just reading a story.

In this novella we get the story of Drake and Ayva. When Drake is sent to help Ayva figure out if she is Fae or not as she approaches her 21st birthday, he knows that there is much more to Ayva than her just being another assignment. From the moment he hears her name he knows that she is his fated one. What Ayva has to go through before she knows that she is supposed to be part of the Fae will keep you on the edge of your seat.

This story was so well written and even thought it is a novella, we get a whole story that will leave you longing for more of Drake and Ayva. The characters are very well developed and of course Elle takes us on a magical ride with them. I loved getting lost in this Fae Legacy and hope that there are going to be many more for us to read like this. Great job Elle!

Fae meets SEALS? Talk about a match made in Heaven =)

Drake is younger than majority of the the other Fae we read about in Elle Christensen's Fae Guard Series. But that doesn't mean he hasn't seen how happy a Fated pair can be and the love that they share. At just 35 he's resigned himself to tracking and loneliness waiting for his Fated one. But just hearing Ayva's name he knows that he's found her. However, he literally has to find her now before he can claim her, and before her 21st birthday!

Ayva is like majority Leath leanbh, she knows nothing of her Fae heritage and has been raised human for the last 20 years of her life. But some crazed religious professor has kidnapped her and is convinced she destined to be his lucky bride.

I was a bit hesitant to read Finding Ayva since I stopped reading the Fae Guard series after Chasing Hayleigh. However, you don't feel like you are just jumping in the middle of some big battle or major storyline with reading Finding Ayva.

Drake is asked by his father to help with a charge while he tends to his mother. Ayva is missing and no one knows what happened to her and it is up to Drake and his group to find her and bring her back home. Ayva doesn’t know what is going on but she does know that she is having dreams about this guy she has never met before now.

Drake knew from the moment he saw her picture that she is the one destined to be his and he will move heaven and earth to find her. Once Ayva sees Drake for the first time there is a chemistry between them that she cannot explain. No matter what happens he will do everything to keep her safe. Overall I thought this was a good read and I really enjoyed catching glimpses of some of the characters from the Fae series. I cannot wait to read more.

I received an ARC of this book for an honest review. I have read so many of Elle's books and loved every single one of them and Finding Ayva was no exception. Elle brought Drake and Ayva right off the page and into my heart as usual. You immediately will fall in love with Drakes commanding personality and intense desire to find and keep HIS Ayva. Watching Ayva go through what she did at the hands of Malachia was horrible, but very well written as not make the mild violence overshadow everything else. Elle knocked it out of the park once again. I would recommend this book to anyone.

Not sure how I feel about this one...3.5 to a 4? maybe?

Yes, there was that Insta-love that we all love and Drake's possessiveness over everything Ayva, but I felt like it was more "tell" than "Show". Towards the end, it all seemed hurried, and even the rescue mission wasn't all that thrilling as I thought it would be. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I didn't feel that the author was telling what happened, rather than showing.. Other than that great short read for those who crave the whole instal-love possessive hero theme with a twist of magic :)

I love all the naughty fairies of the Fae Guard!!! Now we are sing a second generation and couldn't be happier.
Ayva and Drake had never met but dreamed of each other. Fated before they met, their immediate connection could not be denied. Instalove is one of my favorite storylines and this couple fell in love before they even met.
I truly hope we get some more stories of the second generation! With update peeks on the fist.

Another awesome couple to read about in one of my favorite worlds. Drake is funny and tough and protective and everything you love to read about in this awesome Fae world! Ayva is hilarious and strong and not afraid to be who she is or to go after what she wants. It's the perfect combination for this shorter story in the Fae realm. Has just the right amount of everything to keep you wanting more!

Drake is a Fae and he has been asked to do find Ayva who has been kidnapped. He discovers she is his mate which takes the rescue to another level. They are attracted to each other from the beginning. Story doesn't seem complete. She is to learn about her Fae background when she turns 21, but the story never finishes what that means. There were many missing pieces to the story.

Good story.

I really enjoyed the characters and the storyline. What I did not enjoy was the low quality proofreading. It was bad enough that on the text to speech option that I was repeatedly thrown out of the story.

The romance and HEA were total five stars, but the fantasy was not quite there and the way they wrap up the bad guy left a LOT to be desired. OMG get those people some help!?!

The cult aspect was creepy, but I enjoyed the Fae. The instant connection between Drake and Avya was awesome. Need to find more.

This book was more than I expected. The story line took a turn I didn't see coming however it was exciting and a bit scary. I went into this one blind, as in, I didn't read the blurb. There is a paranormal element to the story that I enjoyed and I love the HEA. Great book.
