改善生活作息從早睡做起!作者強調培養習慣不要貪心,一次只養成一個習慣,並提供了從頭到尾達成理想的可行作法以及時間紀錄表,並一一擊破讓計畫破功的可能障礙。內容非常單純易讀,讀得快的人應該在一、兩小時內就看得完,適合在執行時隨時重讀提醒自己。
