Various principles for "人を動かす" are supported by materials and practices that the author gathered for many years. Each chapter shows great politicians and businessmen, and a lot of specific examples in business and everyday fields, making it easy to understand principles. Some of the episodes shaken the reader's mind. For example, in the chapter about the principle "not a person", there is a quotation of the editor of a certain father. The father who scolded the child is deeply regretted and reflecting the sentence, but this can not be read without tears. this book can also tell us the importance of being a leader of people and how to manage it.

It conveys the universality of our relationship with people.
No one seems to know about the principles, but we may not be able to act on them unless we are aware of them.
The fact that the book uses examples to convey universal content in an easy-to-understand manner is probably one of the reasons why it has become a long seller.
