A short and simple guide that assembles a lot of key information for however is focused on achieving their dreams and becoming the best version of themselves. Like the title says, step by step the authors describe their formula to set goals in different aspects of our life, from relationships to finance, passing through career, spirituality, romance, physical and personal growth, and then the best way to be successful in reaching them.
The simplicity of this guide made me want to reassess my approach to goal setting! I really enjoyed reading it and will definitely try to put into practice their advice to be able to live my extraordinary life from now on!

This is so easy to follow, coupled with the podcasts and Facebook community, it really gives me a sense of purpose that I can achieve my goals, whatever they may be. I will go back to this as a reference point, as the advice is solid and the habit forming structure of what they are trying to say really does work.
I found this book extremely helpful and motivating. They really break it down, so that it's easy to grasp and participate in the activities. I am definitely going to do the 21 day challenge. I highly recommend this book.
Short and powerful ebook on setting goals. It's a great way to get started but not at all your endpoint when it comes to setting goals and working towards achieving them, there's a lot of other material this builds into.
