There is so much information on supplements and products in this book. Reader beware and do research before launching a supplement program. The author is affiliated with a great many of the products in this book, for better or for worse....

This book was a waste of time and shipping. It oozes with cocky masculinity and advertisements. He recommends amphetamines, a neurotoxin, for brain focus. In the beginning, he introduces a female first by describing her looks, then referring to her as her job title (assisstant) and lastly, we learn her name. This guy is obsessed and measures success with looks, money and the individual last.

This book is poorly written and organized. He could very well know what he’s doing, but you wouldn’t know it based on this book. It’s basically advertising and name dropping with very little actual information to use.

This book has way more information than I was looking for but it has become a great reference guide. You have to get past his writing to get to the meat but worth it. I sleep better and have more energy.
