Grayson had been patiently waiting for this day to come. For the last six years he has hungered for Georgian, the savior of his clan and the woman that would become his Queen. “So, what’s the mission?” Inquired Levi with a loud sigh. Colin smiled. He handed him a black folder. “It’s simple. You need you to watch the girl in the file…get close to her, and bring her to us,” answered Colin. “You want me to kidnap her. Why? Did she see something, or you want to drink her blood?” Grumbled Levi while he flipped through the file. The fact that the woman in question was a stunning African American wasn’t lost on him. He pulled out a picture that had been taken at a great distance with a high powered camera. The woman had her head tossed back in laughter. Her natural hair was being swept by the wind. The sunlight was hitting it just right to bring out the natural brown tint within the thick locks. Levi didn’t like the fact that they still hadn’t answered his question about the woman. “Is she human?” he pressed. “To a point, yes,” answered Colin. “Then why do you want her?” Levi asked again, this time a bit more firmly. “Because,” smiled Grayson as he scooped up the same photo Levi had just been admiring a few seconds earlier. “She’s going to become my wife.” He bit his bottom lip and moaned. “And I can’t wait.” 27-year-old Georgian had no clue that as she struggled to keep herself together after the loss of both her mother, and later grandmother, the pale blue eyes of the Vampire King had been watching her with a deep desire that now, no longer would be denied.
This Paranormal/Urban Street novel, had the potential to be a 5 star read, but when one has to mentally edit an author's book, over and over again, there is a definite problem. Due to the amount of captivating elements, I am willing to read the sequel... However, if I have to mentally edit another book, that's been written by this author, I will not be so gracious with my next review...
Dear Author: Please, Please, Please... Hire an experienced editor, and submit the changes via Kindle and Nook, when you are finished. You had a great idea, but you "186'ed" it, when you went crazy with the spelling errors..
This turned out to be a very good story, very different from what I expected tho.. Is not like the vampire movies you watch.. It's very different and intriguing.. I'm looking forward to part 2.. The 3 stars were given because there were so many errors.. I'm not usually 1 to talk about them because I understand but there was way too many not to notice.. Sometimes I was actually confused because of the missing or incorrect word.. Hopefully the editing in party 2 will be better..
This show have beeb 5+ Stars but I had to play Editor first and correct the grammar, not typo's but grammar! Ms. Gray, your editor should have been on your ass to present a better product and the Editor apparently is not doing their job to help their clients to be the Best they can be! This Is A Damn Awesome Story! Or it should have been...
First time reading something from this Author, although they had a few misplaced words the story was still good. I love vampire stories and I loved the spin that was put on these vampires and can't wait for the next book.
He is a vampire king. He wants her and he will have her. Now it is time to get her and he sends one of his men to get her. See what will happen when she finds out what is about to happen to her.

Okay first let me say that editing is so very important when you are writing and when you are releasing your work onto the public. If you can not get professional help then two or three friends will do.This was one of they worst written book I've read in awhile. The editing and grammatical errors are all over the place and their are many you can't enjoy the story. If I didn't know any better I would think it was deliberate. The writer has such a wonderful plot for a story only you can't enjoy it because of all the problems. If you as a writer are serious about this craft I would suggest a rewrite in the interest of your reading fans.I also would like that these people conduct themselves in an adult and mature fashion.I just can't believe so many readers thought that this was such an awesome read.
Another great tale penned by the author formerly known as Sapphire. Great to see Frankie and Levi drop in on this new series. The only difference between the Don't Tell My Husband series is the author introduces us to the world of vampires. Yep. Vampires. I was pleasantly surprised in how she smoothly transitioned into this genre and brought the Lin Chens along for the ride. Book 2 was just as good and I look forward to the rest of this tale. Same review given for both books.
Between the typos and the jumping of the story I had to let this one go. I was really interested to see what would happen with Grayson and GiGi but I couldn't relate to the characters . Grayson was all over the place and GiGi just came off as horny and slightly irritated. In the end this just wasn't the story for me.
A heart thumping, heart stomping, tension filled suspenseful romance of the unknown. The hero, King Grayson Sakamoto, is the most powerful of all the vampires. However, that knowledge was only known by few. He is sharp, confident, successful and reigns with a thoughtful but stern hand. Our heroine, is Georgian (Gigi). She is a determined woman, takes crap from no one, (except her poor excuse of a boyfriend Toni. She is a verbal sparring champion, intelligent and hardworking woman. She loses her temper when she is faced with injustice, verbally, physically or emotionally. She was born with a blood illness which required transfusions. Little did she know that she was created for a purpose that was beyond her imagination. After six years of observation, Grayson could no longer stop his longing for Gigi. She was his other half, his soulmate, the love of his life and beyond death for infinity. The time had come for Gigi to be enlightened a little at a time. Gigi had a difficult time coming to grips with what Greyson revealed to her. Greyson knew time was running out for him take Gigi all the way. There is danger, suspicion and death as well as an awakening of an intense passionate love between Gigi and Greyson. This ends in a cliffhanger and I cannot wait to read the next book. I highly recommend this book.
The author has a different take on the world of vampires. Unfortunately, this story is quite disjointed as the components of their world is inserted in this interracial inter-species power couple romance. The attraction and chemistry between the hero and heroine is dynamic and the verbal banter is filled with witty exchanges. The hero is the King of the vampires and he is watching a human woman that may be the woman biologically groomed to be his mate. HOWEVER, she's in an abusive relationship and has genetic limitations until she is taken into the King's world. Her character changes are so jarring that it made no sense disruptive to my connections with this read. Who has what power? What are the power possibilities? Who is on the same side? These questions are touched but not answered in this book. The end result is a dependency on the other books in the series that are beyond those of a cliffhanger. Along with typos, spellings, and grammatical errors is a fragmented telling of this story that could have been handled better by the author. This reader will read on to discover if the foundation is better laid in the next installment.
This had so much potential. SO much potential. I like the premise. I like the characters. I like that the Female MC wasn't a sap and weak. I liked that she and the male MC talked a little ish to each other. They were adults and didn't handle each other with kid gloves.
BUT there are MAJOR problems. This story needed an editor and beta reader bad. Desperately. The thoughts and ideas were there, although it may have been a bit too many ideas, but the organization and flow was off. Then the ideas where just thrown on the paper. It was such a mess of a story. It was like a junky clutter house that needed some help.
The dialogue was also a little ridiculous at times. And again all over the place, sometimes corny, realistic, or weak. Idk. I would have to say a pass. The book needs a lot of work.
Vampire King Grayson's wait for his bride has come to an end. For years he has watched over Gigi, allowing her to experience a normal life before she she marries him and takes on her fated role. For not only is she was mean't for him, she was also to be the salvation of her species as well.I enjoyed this book, but the characters and their relationships made it difficult to follow at times. The introduction chapter had no little relationship to the rest of the story and at times new characters appeared with few details as to whom or what part in the story they play. Several times I back tracked to try understand what part they played in the story. That said I found the story line compelling and look forward to reading the next book in the series with a clearer understanding.

This book is definitely going down as one of my faves. The characters and their chemistry are electrifying and completely of the charts.
I have to admit, this is the first book that I’ve read from THIS author. But that’s not all of it.
I started out reading the advanced copy of this book, that I received voluntarily from Booksprout. With all the error and mixing of the corrections. I just had to stop in between chapters 2-3 and used my KU account to read its final draft.
I’m on my way to book 2. I’ve got to find out more ...

Christine Gray is a new author to me and this is a fantastic story. Colin Grayson is the vampire king he has been watching over this woman for a long time he has a file on her with pictures and he gave it to Levi to kidnap the woman because Colin says that she is to become his wife and the queen of vampires. Georgian/ Gigi is a beautiful black woman who is human or is she?, when Gigi is taken into Colin’s world her whole life changes when she met Colin and she has powers. I loved this story yes there are a few errors but I was able to get past them, apart from that this is a fantastic story and I can’t wait to read book 2.
I was kinda awed with the plot. Not the usual vampire story that is frequently being portrayed, but an even intriguing one. The "but" are the errors I encountered while reading. Sometimes, its quite annoying figuring out what should be what. I wished the author should have brought out a final draft with few errors instead. Nevertheless, I am expecting to read the second installment, so I can continue this quite intriguing story. I am just hoping that I won't get much headache reading with too many errors.

There were a lot errors. Was her name Georgina or Georgian? It was like 45 errors right there. There was other word placement errors. The action and Grayson and GiGi’s love was undeniable. Although he was Cursed Blood and she was Crimson Blood, their strength together is something to behold. Crissann was a force to be reckoned with, to the point of being a fly on the wall and killing her husband, Guillermo, who was working with Justin against Grayson. On to Book 2.
There is countless of typos and grammar errors, but it did not deteriorate my reading of this tale. In fact I really enjoyed reading this book as it reminded me why I once loved watching vampire movies. This author articulated and relayed the mysterious and sexuality of a vampire, well and she also gave a twist to their background, which I loved and found intriguing. I had to buy book 2 to this story.
I had skipped over this book for I don't know how long, because I was so tired of the typical vampire billionaire meets woman in distress & saves her life story... And while yes it does have the rich billionaire and a woman of intrigue, from the start you wanted to get to know both characters who were equally as strong. The storyline has me very curious to see how and what they will evolve into. I'm glad to be continuing on their journey
Relentless: A Vampire King's Desire by Christine Gray is a wonderfuk story to read. This is book number one in a wonderful start to a brand new seris that I fell in love with. I lov reading about vampires and if you do too then I highly recommend this story for you to read.

Truly unique vampire tale! Amazing new take on the world of vampires. GiGi’s reaction to Grayson, Lisett, and the supernatural is entertaining and believable. Great cast of characters and one helluva storyline with a cliffhanger ending. I SO look forward to reading more of the series. Enjoy!
I received an arc copy and am happy to leave my honest review.
This was awesome. I never really liked books with vampires til The Twilight Series. But thus book right here us just as good no much better and I can't wait to read them ALL
OMG when I say Grayson just gave me life Hunny yessss, I am so in love with him and Gigi I can’t wait to see them play this king and queen to the top yes Justin has a problem on his hands
This is great quick read for all vampire lovers! It is funny, sexy, and cool! I love the characters and the story line. I love how the female character found her backbone! Great read!
This was messy. The writing was choppy, with bad editing, and I was left confused as to what was happening at times. The storyline is definitely intriguing enough that I want to read what happens next, but weirdly, I'm also not looking forward to it.
