A Great Cookbook!
I have to admit that the title drew my attention; I love salads! And the cover almost sent me to the kitchen to make myself a salad! But what I like best about this book is that he put some really good sounding recipes in it! I have collected over 100 cookbooks, and I'm usually disappointed to find that the recipes inside do not stand up to their descriptions at all. Not so with this one; they all sound delicious! I can hardly wait to get started on them! And that's why I rated this a 5!
I would recommend this cookbook to anyone who likes salads, and maybe those who have a catering business, even one from home; a good salad takes a meal a long way!

Not For The Poor
I haven't made any of these recipes. Not yet anyway. The ingredients are not something that I keep in my pantry or fridge. It would be an added expense. And that's something most people on an austerity budget just don't have. Room in their food budget for things like capers. So, that being said, some of the recipes sound interesting and I'll keep the book on my tablet and maybe someday I'll be able to afford to make them.

February 12, 2022I really can't recommend this one. Amidst the rampant typos and cryptic formatting I didn't find a single dish I was tempted to try.
