I understand and sympathize with the fact that the author's primary language is not English, but the book would be much better if someone well versed in English grammar and usage had reviewed and revised it. Also, his arguments would be more convincing if backed up assertions with references to scientific research. For example, he says we must eat animal fat(!). This is in direct contradiction of AHA recommendations, even recent ones! How can he substantiate the health benefits of this assertion?
I can't fairly rate this book because I didn't even make it past page one. I don't think the author's native language is English and they didn't get a fluent English editor to properly edit their book. There are a lot of grammatical errors and weird wordage. DNF'd...
