This was the first time reading a book by this author, the book was written well enough that it held my attention, right the way through. I can't wait to read more from Jessica

I did enjoy the story line for Roxy. The writing style was a little different than what I am use to. It felt as I was reading a conversation from the characters, rather than the story be told from them. It was a little short, and at first it was little hard for me to follow along with the first couple of chapters. This is my first book by Jessica Caryn and I am interested to read more of her books.

Roxy and Austin are the main characters and they are based in SIN city itself, Las Vegas. Roxy has made some bad choices in her past that is starting to catch up. Austin is use to the no strings attach kind of relationships. He see's Roxy and it was lust at first sight. They rock each other's world. But its not all about the sex. You have some drama brewing and need to read this book to find out exactly what is happening. At the end you find a surprise about Roxy's roots. I hear there may be a 2nd book for this Sweetheart series, and if that is true, I am interested to see what is next for these characters.

This was my first read my Jessica Caryn and I enjoyed it. The story caught my interest from the start. Roxy was just looking for a one night stand but when Austin is introduced plans suddenly certainly change. I enjoyed how it's not just about the sex but the story behind each of them goes a bit further. I will admit that it took a little adjusting every other chapter we we're switching from Roxy to Austin'sPOV and that's perfectly fine with me however it seemed as though it was a lot of "I did this and then he said that and then I felt.." reading. Don't get me wrong the story was good I was just slightly thrown off with this style. I would still absolutely recommend this book. Let me add that I'm voluntarily leaving this as my honest and unbiased review.
