Melanie Nowak is author of the venomous vampire series ALMOST HUMAN, and a happily married mom of two boys. She holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science, and lives with her family on a peaceful mountaintop in the forest of upstate New York. She has always had a vivid imagination and a fascination for the paranormal. Acting and singing are loves of hers as well. However, upon conceiving the idea for her ALMOST HUMAN series in 2003, she discovered a previously unknown passion for writing! Best vampire series ever! Maybe the best series of any kind EVER!

I cannot wait for the next books (3rd series). This was one of the best reads I have had in a long time.

Such an exciting book!!!

This series gets better and better!! The United One is needed but at what cost? Can she or will she even try to save her friend and go against the powerful Arif? Can Cain stand by and not do anything to help? Mattie wants to help but isn't in any position to leaving Allie almost by herself. Can she trust Kieran and anyone else not to betray her? There is a shocking end to this book which will leave you wanting more, as always. The storyline is magnificent and it flows so well. The characters are amazing and some annoying lol. Another great job Melanie Nowak.

Final book in Series 2

This is a very climatic book, wrapping up the 2nd Almost Human series, and giving an opening for the next series (which i know is due out soon). I think out of all of them, the final books in the series are the best, as they are the most twisting and climatic, and energized books of the series. This story is indeed something worth reading, and worth looking for future books. The writing and storytelling and showing the audience these characters, is amazing. Giving the readers the insight into the fine line between humanity and immortality, and each has its own flaws and perfections.

Divinity

Allie proclaims to all she is the United one. An amazing battle of both physical and paranormal abilities occurs. The aftermath of winning may be more than Allie bargained for. Fantastic book!

I love this series as usual. I love how Cain and Ben have an ego match with one another. I am so glad that Arif finally got what she deserved. Something happens to Felicity however this back had me sitting on the edge of my couch because of what happened. What happened to her will have a long lasting effect in some way. I love how Ben wanted to talk with Allie; that was such an awesome moment and the fact that he and Mattie also had a moment as well. All in all I loved this read.

***THIS BOOK WAS PROVIDED TO ME IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW***

This is the twelfth, and final novella in the second series of the Almost Human Novellas by author Melanie Nowak and although readers don't need to read the first series of Novellas I do feel they would need to read the first novellas in this second series to enjoy it.

Wow! I don't even know how to put words down to express my feelings on this final installment. What I will say is I am officially making this my must read vampire series of 2016. I am 100% sure that nothing will come along between now and December that could possibly beat this.

There is an ending but I was thrilled that although this little chapter is all wrapped up the story is definitely open enough for it to continue and I would definitely want to read a series 3.

An EASY 5 stars and a HUGE well done from me!

Note - these ALL on Kindle Unlimited at the moment so if you have that program I would highly suggest taking advantage of it. After all you have nothing to lose!

This is the last chapter in the second series and I can't wait for the third one! Sindy finds herself being cared for by none other than Ben, a man who has spent years hating her. Ben is also ready to do whatever is necessary to insure his wife Felicity's safe return. Arif appears to hold all the cards, but Cain, Allie and Mattie with help from Kieran have come up with a plan they hope will work. But whose side will Ben be on?





Allie is ready to put all her powers into action and do whatever she can to ensure the end of Arif and his coven. As the United One can she turn Arif's coven against him and get them to follow her? Mattie is still recuperating from his fight with Zach and does something very surprising for him. Cain wants to save Felicity but once she is safe can he walk away from her again?





All I can say, is that if you have been reading these novellas then you don't need me to tell you about this book you will have already gotten it and are reading it. If you haven't begun this series then I once again highly recommend doing so!
