Everyone has an image of Jameson Riley they can’t forget. Invincibility.

They believe it and essentially create it themselves. It’s his rough and tough exterior, reckless attitude, never hesitant, and rarely questioned persona. He’s born and bred to be this way, sliding two-wide through life, living on the edge of the cushion.
He’s a king. A legend.
Some think he’s indestructible. He can’t fall, right?
What happens when he falls before the woman that holds his heart? He’d gladly give it to her, too.
Let her have it to survive this. But in his heart, he knows what they have is a bond, a foundation that will get them through pace laps.

Authors Note: This book is part of the Racing on the Edge Series and shouldn't be read until the others are read. Due to explicit language and sexual situations, it's not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.

I know Shey Stahl has had a controversial career over this series (and maybe others, I try to stay out of others drama) but the Riley family from the beginning has been one of my favorite series EVER! I wish I could give them all more than 5 stars!
When I read a book, I want to feel like I know the characters personally and Shey is so good at that! Jameson & Sway drew me in from page 1 of Happy Hour and they kept me there through the end of Pace Laps. Even though there was time between me reading books 1-5 and books 6-10, I immediately became a part of the Riley family again as soon as I cracked open Hot Laps.
Shey makes you cry and makes you laugh right along with the Rileys! They work hard but play harder, I can so see myself being a part of their clan!
Bravo Shey, the Riley's will forever hold a part of my heart!

Love this family but not sure why because they are totally crazy. I thought this series was done so it was great to see another book.
It brought tears to my eyes with the pain that Jameson had with the cancer with Sway and then I laughed so hard at other things with the crazy things.
I heard that their may be another about Spencer about Alley and Cole. I would love that.
It appears that I will not get enough of this family.
I wonder what the story is with Tommy and why he is so goof ball.
You can not appreciate this book unless you read the series. Thanks to Shey for continuing this for her fans.

Jameson and Sway returned after a while. Can you believe Jameson is now fifty years old? Yep..but he still loves and desires his wife. There was a scare, but thank God all was well. There was tragedy too. The details of that was too much for me though, hence the three stars.

I never give up a chance to spend time with the Riley family, and Pace Laps did NOT disappoint me. Getting to see things in there lives from a different point of view was an awesome yet emotional rollercoaster ride. Its like spending time with friends and family...and I really need to go on vacation with these people lol. Once again Shey an amazing book. I just can't get me enough Jameson! keep him coming girl :)

4 Riley loving stars!

Shey did it again with these Riley's! :) Absolutely love them! It was great to see Sway and Jameson's POV's for the intense moments in the last 2 previous books, as well as add some extra scenes in there! You can never tire from reading about this family! It is pure laughter, love and family all around.
