It shapes the mind of a church member on how to be faithful to God and to the Pastor. It help a Christian to be submissive to God and to his/her Pastor.

This book is a must-read for every Christian. It lays out the principles to practice and the behaviour to avoid on the path to loyalty. Read it in an attitude of prayer, searching yourself for any thread of disloyalty, and rip out that thread. Disloyalty brings nothing but negative effects to a person's life. I believe that any organization that its people employs the principles laid out in this book is on a good path to longevity. Any person who applies what is written in this book is well on the path to prosperity and favour Easy to do and easy not to do. Choose to do.

I enjoyed this book because of the insight the author has regarding the topic. Also, the various lists are great heuristics to look for when determining a person's level of loyalty, or my own.
I thought the book was best suited for church leaders.
Also, I think that parts of the book might not be as effective with churches in the North American culture since it is written with an African culture in mind. However, there are some cultures within the USA that do seem to share the same issues described by the author.
All-in-all: a good book, an easy read, and one I'll suggest to my ministerial friends.
Its wtitten for ministers and pastors, but the same signs of disloyalty can be seen in the business world. Managers, supervisors, etc. Can benefit from many of the same concepts found in this book. Many things are obvious, but this book provides a good reminder for the obvious and the less apparent signs of disloyalty.
The book is well written and it's contents are easily digestible - but even a stone can be made easily digestible (once it has been seasoned properly). To me, adhering to the contents of this book makes it difficult, (almost comically so), not to end up with an ill-gaggle that closely mirrors the Trump administration.
This book has a true element in that there is spiritual submission to one another and that there are presbyters (church 'leaders') but the methods it lays out in associating with people is much like that of a secular power structure, which is counter to that of the Kingdom of God.
