Just don't bother

Unless you enjoy those pointless team building exercises in the location your manager wants to have a mini vacation and (s)he needs a paper trail of team building to justify the expense to accounting. But yay violinist since it is just like free market economics only with "nature".

Great for getting the wheels turning!

The title suggests concrete examples of how to organize work flow and operations within a business. While this is actually an informative and inspirational workshop to get the ideas flowing around how your organization could function by using the principles of biomimicry.

As someone who is studying Biomimicry, this book was really amazing. It is amazing how much you can learn from nature especially when it comes to Organizations. If you imagine businesses as ecosystems is easier to grasp that, there are lessons in nature that can help build a organization that can sustain itself.
