Become bold about being in the space of not necessarily knowing where you are or what you are about to do or become. Think of new ideas, practice new behaviors, and be as creative as you wish about the kinds of changes to come. Wearing blinders or refusing to change means you don't get to experience life as fully as possible. The opportunities to be enthusiastic and energetic are drastically diminished.
Start with something new; start fresh. Become comfortable with that. Then work on deleting or modifying the memories and routines established in your conscious and subconscious minds. Shift your focus. You don't have to suffer from feelings of being deprived, whether it be from the chains of memories of the past, today's moments, or concerns about getting by with all the tomorrows you view from a present day focus. Spend your energies on finding other answers. You are in control; don't allow the fear of change control you.

Blend your past experiences and levels of expertise with the new and challenging ventures you embark upon.
Remember that change merely for the sake of change won't accomplish the goal of changing your life in a productive or effective manner. One of the quickest ways to create ideas for changing your lifestyle, belief system, and visions or goals is to ask questions. 14 specific ones are shared in one area and others are scattered throughout the book.
Believe new things are possible despite the knowledge of not having encountered or entertained their existence before. Being lucky (prepared to take action) and “being in the right place at the right time” are important aspects of changing your course.
Everyone has an Inner Director. Request support by “Please help me yourself or guide me to the people, ideas, resources, techniques, or strategies that can help me to ….” and fill in the blank. Allowing your subconscious and intuitive senses to work together often produces better options.
You increase personal value and worth by gaining knowledge, improving skills and talents, and enriching your personality and character traits. Use the power of vision and experience the feelings of what you want to occur. With commitment, courage, and capabilities demonstrated – confidence arrives. Dare yourself to say yes to more possibilities and opportunities.
